I read the reviews and thought there's NO WAY it can be that bad. But I proved myself wrong... it was... THAT BAD. I decided to come on Saturday at around 6:15 pm. It wasn't too busy but most of the booths were taken, but we were seated quickly and didn't have to wait. We knew what we wanted so we didn't even have to wait, we put our order it promptly at 6:20 pm. Let me tell you when we FINALLY got our order, keep in mind we only ordered a total of 20 boneless wings and fries. That's it!! And it came out 7:35 pm. It took an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for 20 wings!! We were 5 minutes away from leaving but luckily it came out right before leaving. The funny thing is, our waiter was the one who made our order. He saw us still waiting after telling us 5 more minutes 30 minutes ago, so he ended up walking to the kitchen and making our order himself. Which was NOT HIS JOB! I appreciate our waiter and he was great, it was only the people in the back. I want to know if it's the manager, the people they hire are not doing their job. I really could not tell you. But there's no way it wasn't even busy yet it took almost an hour and a half to receive a few orders of bones less wings. I will be submitting a complaint to corporate because there's no way this place should still be running. I am severely disappointed. read more

The host seemed sweet, our server was running around packing to-go orders and trying to help his tables to the best of his ability. i would say the server himself was trying the best he could i just feel it was definitely a lack of support from the rest of the staff. Genuinely waited an hour for food when it was completely empty. While it may not be fair to say that when going at 10:40pm, this has been a common problem when I've gone at other times in the day. Also, there were times when people were waiting for service and calls were coming in, but they were all on their phones in the kitchen. Food is good, classy wings with sauces to choose from. Thursday bone wings are much tastier than the boneless ones. Service has been quite slow, this time on Thursday and the last we visited. Had to wait for an odd 20-25 minutes for the silverware and ranch+blue cheese by then we were already done with fries and potato wedges. This is the ABSOLUTE worst BWW I have ever been to. I travel for work from southern CA, to the Bay Area, to Oregon, northern Washington, eastern Washington, and Idaho - I've been to them all over. I've been to this specific location about half a dozen times and have had to ask for them to put SPORTS on the TVs. World Series, game wasn't on - had to ask multiple times to put the game on with audio - EGREGIOUS. No Buffalo Wild Wings should not be playing major sporting events and instead playing horrible pop music over the speakers during those events. Monday night football, Thursday night football, same thing every time. I sit at the bar and other patrons come in and sit down and are in disbelief as well. That's just the beginning, terrible service from the staff behind the bar as well. Never checking in on me when I'm there for over 2 hours, attitude from the bar tender when I'm discussing with a random bar guest how bad the service there (amongst ourselves). Not kidding, wings took an hour and a half + to come out on one occasion. I gave up after a while and stopped coming here. We've been regulars at this Buffalo Wild Wings location for a while, mostly because we enjoy the food and the atmosphere. However, the service continues to be a major disappointment. During our most recent visit, we waited nearly 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by a server -- and this wasn't during a busy time. There were plenty of staff on the floor, but no sense of urgency or attention to customers. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time issue. It's been a consistent problem every time we come here. We keep hoping for improvement because we genuinely like coming in, but the lack of basic service -- like being greeted or getting a drink order in a timely manner -- is really frustrating. This location has potential, but something clearly isn't working with the way it's being managed. Very few people were in the restaurant when we arrived for Bolo night of traditional wings. We are a member so we were eligible for 2 for 1 on Tuesday. We were with friends who are also members. We ordered 10 traditional wings. Ten of the Wings were supposed to be medium dry rub. Five came Chipole dry rub. They were very dry as if reheated. In fact they crumbled like a cookies they were so dry. One wing still had feathers on it. Star, the Shift Manager, informed us they were working hard to improve in the last six months. Both restrooms were filthy. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. Savannah was our server. She attempted to do a good job since we were her only table in the beginning. On 22 March 2025, I took my family to BWW for dinner. The waitress didn't take our drink/appetizer order for 30 minutes. We didn't get our drinks or appetizers for another 45 minutes. The appetizers we had to tell them 3 times what they were, and they came out with the dinner orders. We also made our food order, the kids were hungry. Three food orders came out wrong and cold. My food didn't come out until 2 hrs and 10 minutes total waiting time. Our second drink order waited ant the bar for 25 minutes and my daughter had to go up and grab them. I had talked to the manager 3 times while still waiting for my food.... He said he guarantees food delivery in 15 minutes after ordering. Well, that didn't happen in this case. Excuses after excuses. Came here at 2:00 on a Sunday to watch an NFL game. There were 10 tables total with seated parties, the rest were empty. About 5 parties waiting. Hostess said it would be 45-60 min wait. We waited and about 45 minutes later, placed a to-go order thinking that might speed things along once we were seated. Finally got seated and it still took more than 30 minutes to get our food (which was mediocre at best and cost about $20/person). While we were waiting, they turned off the game we had come to watch and couldn't figure out how to get it back on (so 3 TVs just stayed blank). I don't know how a sports bar can stay in business if they can't even fully staff for college and NFL game days! A pitiful experience overall - surprised this location hasn't been closed. Door dasher here- usually this restaurant is really good at having the orders ready not too long after I walk in, but today I stood in there for 40 minutes waiting for this order to be made. I was asked what the name on the order was, and then they had checked the delivery rack. I was told it should be out in a minute. During the 40 minutes I was waiting I was asked 4 more times by the same 2 employees at the front what the name on my order was. (this was only one item I was waiting for).
