The delivery guy didn't bother checking house number & went to the house that usually orders. For that very reason, it's been a year since my return. Welp! They missed the mark on this one! I understand that people, myself included, LOVE convenience, and that convenience is something we pay for in addition to the actual food, but when I read some of these poor reviews, I have to ask myself "How lazy are these people?" I've been going to this Domino's for easily 10 years. I place my order on the app, arrive when the food is supposed to be ready, actually enter the building, my order is hot and ready the overwhelming majority of the time or I wait the extra couple minutes (gasp!), I pay, open the box(es) before I exit the building for a quality check and then drive home. I don't think I've ever received the wrong food/toppings and the people there are always friendly. For $9, you can't expect or ask for much more, in my opinion. read more

The pizza is good for "fast food" pizza. However, the customer service is lacking. I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup and marked that I was there in the app when I arrived. The app promises that they'll bring out your order in a few minutes or you get a free pizza. Well, a few seconds after I marked I was there, the app timer stopped indicating that someone was on their way out with my pizza. No one came out. I even waited 15 additional minutes before I finally went in. When i received my pizza, no one even apologized. I asked about the free pizza and they said that their computer was "broken" so they couldn't give it to me. This felt an awful lot like a scheme where they press a button that they're being out your order so the timer stops and they don't trigger the free pizza. This is false marketing and terrible customer service. I hope this franchise closes down and is replaced by a more respectable one. read more

Something went wrong with my online order. I checked pepperoni and onions, but it didn't take. It was missing these two toppings. I got it home, then brought it back. 6:46 order confirmation, 7:35 received. 24 to 30 min was estimate. Then ticket was 7:08 so still overdue but worse, food Luke warm. Was specific no contact delivery instructions. Got a call from driver that said could I come get it. Then I go down and told how confusing never been to hotel. While I prefer a more traditional pie(my favorite being a Trenton tomato pie) I have to say they churn out a decent pie at a low price point. I have ordered from several different Domino's over the years and this location has always been consistent with quality and service. Rarely is an order wrong and if so they are happy to take care of it right away. The staff is always helpful and the location is well kept. It's a great option if working shift work or you just aren't up to cooking. I usually opt for a 3 topping large as it rings in at the best value (7.99) and allows for some customization. read more

This place was difficult from the start. I arrived late into town, and for those of you familiar with the area, the sidewalks are pretty much rolled up by 9 pm. I came in at the ungodly hour of 9:45 and there weren't any other options available. It was difficult to understand the person taking the order and there was a lot of back and for and repeating things on my side. They seemed to not understand where the hotel I was staying is at. This is not a big town, and there aren't many hotels in the area and I found that a little puzzling. The order arrives at the hotel in a decent span of time. I request a copy of the receipt because I'm on a business trip and need one for expenses. The delivery person said they ran out of paper at the store. Ok. I bring the pizza to the room and find that there isn't any sauce on it! Then onto the garden salad. The onions were spoiled and the whole thing smelled stale. Go local when in Newtown, they have some very good options, but not much is available after 9:00 pm. read more

Not sure about all the previous reviews. Our experience was great. We were on our way from the NJ shore on Sunday night at around 9pm and had to find some place to order a quick dinner. Our "regular" pizza shop was already closed. But pizza, wings and cheesesteaks were on everyone's mind... :) Domino's Pizza in Newtown was right on our way home. Well, our pickup order was done in 15 minutes. Great and fast service, no issues with the payment, nicely prepared food. Chicken wings were juicy, with the right amount of sauce (Honey BBQ and Buffalo Mild). Kids loved Philly Steak pizza, we really enjoyed the white thin crust one with mushrooms and roasted red peppers. And cinnamon bread for the desert - GREAT! This place is awful. We've given the benefit of the doubt many times - but they can never find our address. Sometimes circling the township for as much as an hour - with our pie. When asked why he didn't phone for directions, the driver indicated he wouldn't call while driving. In an hour it didn't occur to you to pull over and make a call?! We have phoned in concern & complaints and gotten one excuse after the other. . . "our GPS is awful", "our system says it is delivered, but it is not. Always happens." and my all time favorite -- "You should try to only order after noon, we have more than one driver then." ***Your store opens at 10:30. I ordered at 11:00 with 25 minutes given as the delivery time. At 12:30 the driver showed up at my house - with no explanation for his late arrival. You are part of a service industry - if you cannot serve the community that early, don't open that early. I've worked in restaurants, and I understand the challenges - but I also know that the customer is always right. My "contactless delivery" driver, stood at my door until I answered. Kinda defeats the purpose, huh? Kids love the pizza, but they're going to have to find another favorite. read more

First time ordering here. First I call at expected delivery time of 6pm asking where my food is and learn it could be an hour wait because they had one driver and am offered pickup instead. I ordered delivery so I would have to do that. Decided to wait and when the food was dropped off, it wasn't even my order! I wish I could give them zero stars. Sadly, Yelp hasn't made the one rating they're missing. I've ordered here 5 times. Every single time my food takes well over an hour. After the food has been prepared. I've revived the wrong order, missing items, a raw pizza, and frozen pizza each time. When you call, they're beyond rude. I had to drive to the store once to pick up my food because my food was sitting around for an hour. When I walked in it was disgustingly filthy. I love dominos but if corporate doesn't step in here what does that say about their brand? I don't like negative yelp reviews, but five times? I'd suggest skipping this place. There are plenty of good pizza places in Newtown. We ordered 2 pizzas and the email sent by them claimed the pizza had been delivered. We didn't get the pizza. We waited and waited and much later discovered it sitting on a neighbor's porch, cold. We heated it up but it was awful so we threw it out. When I called Dominos to request a refund, they said no. i ordered a pizza and a italian sandwich. first of all, the pizza IS NEVER CUT. every time i order from here i have to cut the pizza myself. Called back at 9:21 PM, on hold for 7 minutes. Individual who finally answered was difficult to understand (ESL?) and said there were 20 orders ahead of mine and couldn't tell me when order would be delivered. I canceled order. ATTN this dominos pizza place has the best pizza, service, and workers around. Called in late Friday night with a few of my buddies and called for delivery. A few mins later I called again to change it to pick up and they were so happy to do it. They even gave me a promotion code without me asking. Once we arrived to pick up our order we were welcomed by friendly faces. I've never felt so welcomed in a pizza shop. We had to wait a few minutes and they were extremely apologetic and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. If you are ever in the Bucks County area, no matter how far away you are, I recommend you make the trip out to the Dominos in Newtown. This review is for the cheesesteak. Skip it. Pieces of steak had exited the roll during delivery (which was upside down in the box) and I hungrily scooped them up. Much to my surprise, there was little steak remaining in the sandwich. So the bulk of the sandwich was a toasted roll with melted cheese and a few pieces of onion and green pepper. Dominos does a lot of things right - like the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich - but this isn't one of them. I should have driven to the store and returned it - but that defeats the concept of delivery. Amazing service. Amazing food. I am very happy with the service they provide. One time they had difficulty finding my address. They had no problem coming back out to me in order to finish the delivery. I have ordered two straight weekends and I absolutely love the food they have brought.
