I ordered from this Domino's location on the Domino's app. However, my order was never delivered, even though the app claimed it was delivered. I went outside in the freezing cold and checked neighboring houses. After not finding my order, I called Domino's to tell them my order was not delivered. The person on the phone said that the delivery person left it on a table. I went outside to look for it again and couldn't find my food. I called back and the same person said that my order was delivered and hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 more times and I was hung up on all 3 times. Then I went to the Domino's location in-person to complain that I never got my order and that I was treated badly on the phone. The night manager took my information and said he would tell the owner. But I never got a phone call from the owner. Don't order from this Domino's location unless you use DoorDash or something like that, which has actual customer service. King Street NOHO -Terrible customer service. The order takers on the phone do not know the specials that are on their own website. I wanted to order three medium 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 ea., the order taker refused to acknowledge that they had that pricing. I spent a few minutes arguing with him to get to take my order. Oh yeah, if you do not specify that you want the special (which they do not want to give you),they will charge you full price. I arrived at my hotel after traveling the entire day from the West Coast. I placed an order for wings online, then watched as the Domino's Tracker indicated that they were being prepared, then cooked, then reviewed for "Quality Check". I then waited for the Tracker to indicate that the food was on its way as I do whenever I order Domino's online at home (which typically happens within 2-3 minutes of the "Quality Check"), but never got the notification. I called the store 30 minutes AFTER the wings had been cooked and checked, and was told that since they only had two drivers, there would be a delay, and that the wings hadn't yet gone out for delivery. I explained that I had been traveling all day from the West Coast, and that since this would be my first food of the day, I didn't want it to be cold. I was assured that once the food is made, it sits under a heat lamp to stay hot until the driver picks it up, then is placed inside the driver's insulated bag. I explained that wings cooked 45 minutes earlier and that have been sitting under a heat lamp for a half hour couldn't possibly arrive hot, and asked if they could prepare a new batch for when the driver finally showed up. I was told yes, but that would cause an ADDITIONAL hour to an hour and a half delay (which was inexcusable; I ordered *8* wings). I couldn't wait that long, but explained that if the wings arrived cold, I would want a refund...at which point I was told okay, but that the driver would need to then bring the wings back. I decided to roll the dice, and when my wings arrived 45 minutes after being cooked, they were barely warmed over and mushy. I was so famished by this point that even cold, mushy Domino's wings were better than nothing. Sorry, but a paying customer shouldn't be forced to eat cold food simply because the Domino's store can't provide enough drivers; they should have simply granted my request for *8* fresh wings so they would arrive hot as ordered (or I should have been immediately notified upon placing the order that I should EXPECT the wings to arrive late, and be asked if that was acceptable). Instead, I ate the worst Domino's wings I've ever had, and was so annoyed by this that I sat down to write this review. This isn't about the cost of *8* wings; it's the principle of giving the customer that for which they paid (regardless the price). I hope the management understands that they're providing a service, and when they fail to provide that service, they should do all they can to make it right. It would not have been a big deal to cook *8* fresh wings, but it was clearly unimportant enough to management that their customers receive satisfactory food. Given this measurable lack of concern, I'll be calling someone other than Domino's the next time I'm in town. read more

Ordering online is super convenient, though I wish you could see prices before checking out. Food's always hot, order's always right, and the driver's never late. Oh, the pizza toppings do tend to be sparse... but all in all there's not much to complain about! read more

Our pizza was sitting for 40 minutes before it left the store for delivery (according to the tracker). It came more than half an hour later than the longest time range for delivery when we ordered. The food was barely warm and the crust of the pan pizza was gooey (not cooked through). The confirmation email went to my spam folder, so I didn't give immediate feedback; I thought I'd figure it out today. However, they won't let you give feedback more than 16 hours later (it's been 18 hours). Umm...I can still remember what I had for dinner yesterday so I should still be able to give feedback. My wife is pretty much gluten-free and I eat paleo (mostly), but sometimes we don't want to cook and we don't have an Against The Grain pizza in the freezer... and then the Dominos gluten-free pizza is surprisingly good. And just the thing when you have pizza-hungry guests but don't want to crash your GF/Paleo regime. We've ordered it at least a dozen times. They are prompt and accurate and reliable too. Insipid crust - too soft, tasteless, floppy, weird texture. Toppings not good, especially cheese. Was that cheese? Hard to tell. No flavor. I've given this Domino's Pizza in Northampton my loyal business because their delivery is quick. However being easy going I've let them slide much to many times. Wrong order with the wrong toppings and very little topping on pizza, etc, etc. All doe no go. I called up to complain and the Manager Nick wouldn't talk to me over the phone he hide behind the order taker like the little chicken that he is and bad mouth me. That's deformation of character. The staff is very poor, impolite and not very intelligent.One order taker talks real slow like he is on drugs. I have to repeat my credit card numbers 3 times before they get it right. The Greenfield location was about to close so the owner Scott Ackers bought them out and is never at Northampton anymore to solve problems and complaints.
