I figured it would be kind of hard to screw that up, but they did. got 40 hot wings looks like they put cold chicken in a pizza box and poured a tiny bit of hot sauce over the top. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service. I called and placed an order for delivery, they confirmed my name after I gave my phone number.... that was it, they took my order and said wait time. 34 minutes. I was watching a movie awaiting my pizza, when I saw a text saying the pizza delivery was outside my house. They were not. 51 minutes after ordering I called to find out were my pizza was. They had the wrong ADDRESS! Don't you think that would be a key thing to confirm at time of placing the order?!?!?! My order took over 3 hours before I finally canceled it. The girl on the phone was rude and continuously lied about the status and timing of our order. Said it would be 45 minutes, an hour later we called again and they said another 30-45. Another hour they said it was leaving in 10. 30 minutes later called again and they said the driver had just left 6 minutes before, yet we never heard anything for another 30 minutes at least. We finally had to cancel it because we waited up until 5 am for this food that never showed up. We ordered it to UMaine so it's not even an 8 minute drive it's not that hard. Honestly worst service and delivery i've ever experienced. Actually crazy how this whole store is not a messed up joke. Was worried when the pizza meter said my pizza was delivered, but it really wasn't. I called the store and turns out, I put in the wrong address when ordering online. They still remade my pizza even though it was my fault and had it delivered to my house quicker than ever. Really appreciate their customer service, even when I messed up. read more

I called the restaurant simply asking if they sold beans, I had never been before and was wanting some beans. The lady on the end of the phone then proceeded to tell me to, "Go and wait in the middle of a busy road for a car to come hit me." Employees on the phone are extremely rude. Ordered at 3:45 p.m. and got a call saying they could not deliver until 5 p.m. Online tracker said food was being double checked for quality at 4:47 p.m. Called at 5:20 p.m. (store is 5-7 minutes from my house) to see where my order was. Employee told me there were 40 people in front of me 2 or 3 times before he even looked my order up. Put me on hold twice and then said the order was out for delivery and should be there soon. 5:40 and the order still has not been delivered. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he couldn't speak to me because he was too busy. Called back at 5:45 and the manager said they were operating in the stone age and then hung up on me! This pizza place used to be amazing, now it just sucks because you probably won't even get your order unless you place it a day in advance. The management is garbage and there isn't enough staff to run the store so for the third time in as many times ordering from them, I waited almost two hours for my food and still didn't have it but this time I canceled my order and told them what I thought of their restaurant. It's not bad food, it's just the worst service on the planet. This location SUCKS at making pizzas, I mean literally sucks a**. Ordered from them like 3 weeks ago and my handmade pan pizza was weak, it had like 10 pieces of pepperoni on it like wtf and then tonight I ordered from them and my small cheese pizza was fine but my handmade pan double pepperoni pizza was disgusting, too much sauce, and there was no cheese on like half the pizza. So I called and complained and they sent a SECOND pizza but when it got here it was WORSE than the first one. I pulled a piece from it and it looked inedible, so I called back to get my money back and the guy was being a complete asshole to me and ended up only giving me store credit??? Like thanks I don't want your shitty store credit and you can shove it up your ass. 10/10 wouldnt recommend ordering from here unless you want shitty customer service and inedible pizza than go right ahead read more

I'm a student at UMaine, and having the Domino's in Old Town is great (especially for those late-night weekend munchies)! They are usually very timely about delivery, and have never gotten an order wrong since I've been ordering from them. Great place, and I highly recommend them. read more

First allow me to say that my 2 Star rating doesn't have much to do with the food. Its just as good and consistent as any other Dominos chain I've eaten at. It's more of a reflection on my customer experiences. Sub par. I found them to be dismissive and even argumentative at times. Example. A friend of mine ordered food from here. I arrive at his house the same time his food did. It inspired me to order my own lunch. I called, placed the same order my friend did and the employee argued with me that said coupon deal did not exist. I then overheard another employee in the background correcting them. At this point the one I was speaking with said she could "make an exception this time". I understand the stresses that come along with working with the public in customer service positions. People can be real pains. I try to be at the very least pleasant to people in public, but on the phone here I get grief and in person I do as well. 2 or 3 times I've physically gone in to place my order, been the only customer in the place and had to stand there for a fairly long time given the situation while I watch a cluster of employees behind the counter circled around laughing like they're hanging out in somebody's living room. It's just frustrating. So like I stated previously. The food is fine, but the customer service in my opinion leaves much to be desired read more

These guys deliver to my house a couple times a month. The app makes it super easy to order, and they've never messed it up. We usually order two mediums for 3 people, and always have leftovers. I recommend trying the garlic parmesan white sauce, its so flavorful. You'll never see a canned mushroom, and the Italian sausage is really tasty. In the app, you can double and triple ingredients without extra charges. I recommend tripling the amount of philly steak, as the normal amount seems sparse. All in all, its a great, quick option and the people seem to really care about getting it right and doing it quick. read more

I ordered from dominos, very excited by learning that they deliver until 3 am. I was finishing a 16 hour car ride and thought a pizza sounded great! I ordered my pizza using the dominos app at 10:38pm, (also don't recommend) it said my wait time would be around 30 minutes. No big deal. At first everything was going smoothly, a little slow but I thought it might just be 10 minutes late. Then I get the notification from the app that says "your order is on the way!" It was probably 11:15 at this point so I was very tired and hungry so I was very excited to be getting my pizza! Then 11:30 rolled around, then 11:45, at this point I was definitely getting antsy and wondering why it was taking so long since I only live 5 minutes from dominoes... so at 11:55 I decided to call and see where my pizza was since an hour had gone by. When I called to ask I was informed that they were pretty booked with only one delivery driver and my pizza would be there soon. I waited patiently, knowing it must've been a busy night for them. Then 12:30 came and then 12:45 and that's when I decided no pizza is worth waiting TWO HOURS for. So I called them back. Told them how long I had been waiting and they said "yeah your pizza is actually sitting here on our heating racks, is there any chance you can come pick it up?" EXCUSE ME? I told them I would not pick it up and I canceled the order all together. Now I am patiently awaiting the refund to my bank account. So basically, do not recommend this dominos at all, and I will be getting my pizzas from The riverside house of pizza from now on read more

I was amazed tonight by the crew and delivery person at the the Old Town Maine Domino's. I accidentally ordered my pizza wrong and then called and wrote a review saying that it was made wrong. The Domino's employee explained that I had ordered double pineapple on only half of the pizza instead of the whole thing but he said he was already making me one with double pineapple on the whole pizza. I was so impressed by his professionalism and desire to get a pizza to me the way I wanted it. The same driver delivered both of my pizzas and she was very friendly as well and had a great attitude. read more
