The breaded cauliflower app would have been better with some salt/flavoring in the breading and the brussel sprouts had great flavor and texture but they burnt them a bit and it took away from making them a 10/10. The environment was a little loud but the view of the river was nice and the server was pleasant even if a little busy and absent at times.

Since I was only waiting because they hadn't made the food they claimed was ready, I stepped outside, came back, and they were still mid‑sandwich. Eventually, after watching them wrap all three, I escaped. Now for the part they do excel at: the sandwiches were fantastic. Our Reubens were warm, flavorful, and satisfying -- lively rye, great sauce, and a crisp, refreshing pickle. As for ambiance, I didn't dine in, but the interior color scheme is pleasant and modern enough that I wouldn't mind eating there... assuming the food is actually ready when they say it is. Our food arrived in a timely manner and boy did we time it right. While eating the line for dining in went out the door. After that wave another Sunami came through, two athletic teams from UMFC arrived. First their baseball team then 10 minutes later their soccer team arrived. Talk about popular. So now for the quality of the food. The p popcorn chicken were really good. No sauce needed. The waffle fries were delicious, crispy in the outside and soft I. The inside. Now for the wrap, not so great. As you will see, where's the chicken?? Looks more like deli meat than real grilled chicken. It was a dry sandwich to boot. Thankfully you get a sauce to go with, ranch for me. I ate the whole thing with the help of the sauce. Lemonade was good. The reason the substitution was not acceptable, it's pre made in a sealed plastic container. Not really sure what the hype is about this place, maybe it's the service from start to finish, maybe it's the atmosphere that makes you feel welcome, or maybe they have a favorite that keeps them coming back. I suppose I'll have to come back and find my favorite.

One of us ordered a meatball parm on a sub roll, you could tell it was left out sitting. The cheese was cold and congealed and the meatballs were cold in the middle like they had been microwaved. One of us ordered Mac and cheese and it was all watery and it came with garlic bread which was hard and had raw garlic on it. The last adult meal was there cheeseburger meal and the burger was frozen, we're not dumb and could tell it was frozen not fresh burger and drowned in ketchup. They did take the things we weren't happy with off our bills. But the server acted annoyed that she had to even do that. After there was a slight issue with the check and what was supposed to be on them our server, ZOE, (I've read in different reviews that she acts fake nice once it comes to paying). I'm usually a good tipper based off of the service that I'm given. We paid our bills and didn't tip because of Zoe's service. She noticed my one friends check and how she didn't tip. She looked at me, plastered on a fake smile and said in a fake voice, "thanks for coming in and I hope you guys have a great day". So freaking fake it was ridiculous and rubbed me the wrong way, you work in the service industry and shouldn't treat customers with that type of attitude. Should've just gone to McDonald's for this sub par food and customer service.
