My favorite pizza! I always get the thin crust and haven't had a pizza I don't like yet. My recommendation is to get extra pepperoni if that's your only topping because it's a little sparse. The pizza is great, I can't eat their wings though, I find them inedible, they taste boiled. read more

Despite it being almost 8:30 my delivery order was placed easily, and delivered within 30 minutes,despite them closing at 9 PM on Thursdays.Order was packed excellent,and actually labeled with the item name and order number.No mess, my pasta was in a plastic container, salad was in it's own bag and container. Food is always great but this review is not about the food but about the employees that worked on 1/11/18. I went into the store while i was waiting for a pickup order i had placed. The female employees were goofing around throwing food. The place was trashed and needed to be cleaned. The music that was playing in the store was offensive and had curse word after curse word. None of the employees were wearing hair nets or gloves. I saw them place my food on the oven but yet nobody came to the counter to help me. Finally someone came to the counter and asked me what i needed and i told him that my order had been sitting on the oven for almost 15 mins. Worst experience I've ever had at Jason's. I ordered from Jason's for the first time tonight, and it will be the last. I placed my order for pick-up and was told it would be 50-55 minutes. It was still in the oven when I got there and they got my order wrong. No sausage. I was told they would add the sausage and it would be an additional 5 minutes it was more like 15. The cashier was also doing food prep. No gloves, which anyone in the food business knows is a huge sanitary issue. When I got it home the sausage looked like thinly sliced discs of processed meat. Crust too think. The salad was good, but then again it's pretty hard to mess up a salad. read more

I called an order in at 5:30 and at 6:15 went and got it. They had no clue that I had called and ordered which I was 100% positive that I did. Went into the store 5 times before they found my order, while being called stupid by a manager. Jasons in brewer was my go to for supper when in the Bangor area. I've never had an issue with the service or food. Until yesterday, i know they like every one else is short handed and busy but when you put 45 minutes to be done on an order it should be at least close to being done. I got there to pick it up 50 minutes after ordering and they hadn't even started to make it. then they expected me to wait longer for it to be done. Tried food from Jason's a few times, two out of three times it was not good. The cold sandwiches are not great tasting, the chicken salad was sour and had little to no salt or seasoning at all. The bread just didn't taste right to me, either. The chicken wings are large with plenty for a meal, but the skin is flabby and rubbery, not crispy like what would make them so much tastier and easier to enjoy. The pizza is okay. Little skimpy on the toppings, I know supplies can be costly especially this year, this seems like a recurring review topic, though. I was hoping to enjoy their food more. They have a disgusting habit of throwing dressing packages, etc., in with a salad. That in itself is not sanitary. I received my salad delivery. I already was not too happy about eating a salad with packages thrown into the food. When I went to open the packages they were so greasy with something that I could barely open them. I called to have the salad remade and said that I would go pick it up. They refused to remake the salad or refund me unless I contact Doordash. They claim that's their policy to put packets in with food. It's disgusting. read more

We had the special which was 2 single topping pizzas, garlic bread, and a 2 liter bottle of pop. The pizza was truly "NY style" and was good (could've used more topping though). We added the cheese to our garlic bread sticks and my kids loved it! Was plenty of food for our family if 5 and under $40. I call that a win!! read more

This is my favorite pizza in the area. I would rate it 9/10. The sauce is perfect. It's not 10/10 because of the crust, which is good, not great, and it detracts a little bit overall from the pizza. Not a place where you can really sit down being that they have 3 two-person tables, but we always do sit down there. Wish they would open in Ellsworth, where the pizza is not so good. I have never ordered anything else from there besides pizza, so I cannot comment on anything else. read more

I'd like to start by saying that I really do love Jason's. The food is really good and fresh; however, they consistently take at least an hour to deliver. I am not exaggerating. They have never told me a time that is under 55 minutes, and they typically exceed that time. Tonight, they told me it would be "approximately 65 minutes." That was 105 minutes ago. I live two miles from them. So, to make a long review short, eat their food; it's delicious. Just don't have it delivered. Take the time to go pick it up and save yourself the headache. read more
