I know Dominos has never been Grandmas 100 year old recipe but at least it was eatable. We ordered a MeatZZa thin crust with mushrooms and an Ultimate Pepperoni regular crust. I threw out what was left of the MeatZZa and pepperoni out it was really that bad. No sauce, very salty, just lacked any kind of appeal whatsoever. I should have bought a frozen pizza it would have been better and cheaper. read more

Honestly, this pizza establishment is a disgrace to the pizza community, and the employees are wildly disrespectful and irresponsible. Apparently, on route doesn't mean it's on the way, and to be honest the pizza was mid. Also while eating my chicken wings, I found a hair, which I suspect to be a pubic hair in my food. We didn't even get our food. They claimed they arrived yet we were at the door and they didn't show up. Told them to get here at 10:30 and they never arrived yet claimed they did, wasted our lunch break and actively lied about the supposed number on file when we had a confirmation on it earlier. This is an update on my previous reviews. Every time they do something nice you have a few employees that really screw it up. One of the cashiers is almost always angry and rude, always raising his voice. Almost no one keeps their mask on. The delivery drivers still drive like there are no laws and one almost slammed into me and my then-pregnant fiancée. I only come here because the food is good and cheap (whenever they read the directions). I am not sure why I do at this point. read more

Looking at the other reviews and assuming they are dramatic? They are not. Ordering something three hours before they close? You will not get it. Think you'll be able to eat pizza only because you paid for it? Think again. Just refrain from ever ordering here. Dominos makes good pizza but this dominos does not make any pizza. When I ordered two specialty large pizzas and a dessert. It arrived 30 minutes after they said it would, and it was cold to the touch. And because it was a gift card they said they will do nothing about it and they would send my $3 99 cents delivery charge check back to the address I ordered from, and my children was visiting me that day and had to put their pizza in a microwave. And I also live in a nursing home because I'm paralyzed. And the owner threatened me taunting me saying he did not see my review on the yelp yet. This was February 26th and I still have not even received my $3.99 which a I placed on my credit card that they refused to put back as well. Ordered a pizza from here while working on midterms today. It was at 2 a.m., but their hours say open until 3 a.m. I got a phone call at 4:24 a.m. saying that they were backed up and that they were sorry and supposedly refunded my order after I called with no answer for two hours, but I was still charged for the order and now they won't respond. I've stayed up for 2 hours now and now I'm even more exhausted because I was waiting for the pizza, and the pizza tracker was going through everything. I've contacted Dominos customer service and no one has gotten back to me, but it's sad because I used to love ordering Dominos from here and they've been so great until recently. :( read more

I had the worst online order experience here. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken, a mushroom sandwich, and 2 bottles of water of 20 oz online and then waited for about an hour without receiving anything. Then I called the restaurant and talked to the manager manager, and was told that the information on the tracker is not accurate, for it said the order had already been picked up while I didn't get anything. She meant I'll just need to wait for the order and it would arrive soon. So I waited for another 30 minutes and still got nothing, and then I checked my debit card and discovered that the they've got the money of the food which they don't deserve to get. It's totally a kind of cheating and I hate this to death. I'll never order anything in your restaurant again, and I'll also tell all my friends not to place any order in your restaurant. read more

Pizza quality is good. Just special instructions are overlooked. Say you want extra cheese, there's no real difference from a normal cheese pizza. Same with extra toppings, they don't put more. Delivery is faster then the estimate most times. Stick with the basics and you'll feel it's a fair deal. read more

I order from this location a lot since it is close to Miami where I go to school but I have had several issues recently with this location. Their estimate for delivery time used to be fairly accurate but has been way off recently and is my biggest problem as of now. I had one major issue with this location about two months ago. The actual delivery time was more than double even the longest estimated time and I was not able to eat my food before I had to leave for work. I was promised a free pizza and cookie for the trouble but after all of their apologies I never received those certificates which made me feel less than valuable as a customer. I wasn't trolling for free food or anything like that and thought it was a very nice offer for them to give me, but the fact that they never followed through with the promise was my biggest issue. I decided to let that issue go and continue to order from them but this issue has happened again and again. The issue most of the time is that the online pizza tracker says my pizza has already been made and checked and then it sits in the store for 30-40 minutes before it leaves for delivery. By the time it gets to me it is not hot anymore. If this issue happens a lot, I think it would be a good idea for them to change the estimated time of delivery on the app. I can see this estimate being slightly off, but more than double the estimated delivery time for a majority of the deliveries is a problem for me. I order from Domino's a lot and will probably give them another chance but I felt it was a good idea to warn people about these problems in case they decided to order food from here based on the time they need the food. Plan for much more time than estimated! read more

Ordered 15 pies to be delivered to the parking lot at Millett Hall during the WGI Percussion contest. Driver called while we were still inside and we texted be there in 10 minutes. Driver recognized our phone number was from Las Vegas and asked a security guard which group in the lot was from Las Vegas and figured out on his own where to deliver the pizzas. Gold star for common sense! Our group of 30 totally appreciated the packs of paper plates and napkins. Thank you Domino's for being so awesome. read more

Absolutely the Rudeness of these people should not be tolerated, I ordered a Italian hearty marinara pasta bowl, (Dish) with extra sausage I received a pasta bowl with no Sauce, 4 pieces of meat along with hard burnt parmesan bread bites, I called back after paying the driver $25 plus $4 tip, and asked to speak with a manager after a 23min hold he told me I could not speak with a manager, he would take care of it. I asked my food be remade and delivered since I've had 40 surgeries on my right leg and can't drive and can't eat after midnight due to surgery in A.M. He told me to crawl it back over there. My wife just left to go there to get names because he told me to get the manager myself? And put me on hold. I will not stand for this no matter how far I have to take it. The health department and who ever else I have to involve. . If they treat us like this how is our elderly treated? Not to mention the manager told me he would highlight a code on the box so I could receive my loyalty points which he did not.However Besides not highlighting the box the manager was very nice and helpful we had a simple misunderstanding on the order. The Employee was way out of line.The owner is John Black, or something to that nature, and I guarantee he didn't build a business with people treating customers that way. I will not stop until the operator on the phone makes a written Apology. Also the Bobby Delivery guy is dating the District Manager, so that is where they get they cant talk to customers as they please. Once again the manager Josh was very helpful respectful and professional, I thought there were managers for a reason, Someone needs to teach those kids customer service, The 1st thing in retail you should know the customer is always right. read more

I made a yelp account in order to try and make sure Dominos got less business. They made me wait for 2 hours then told me to go to hell when they messed up the delivery and said to come and pick it up. I am a college student and do not a have a car. Them telling me to come and pick it up is basically the same as giving me the finger. I will never eat at domino's ever again. Also get rid of that fucking tracker if it is not accurate.
