Enjoying the Midday Siesta Mexican Lager!
    Alden C.

This was a very pleasant stop! I haven't ever stopped in the town of Palisade before even during my time as a Colorado resident. Back then there wasn't brewery here or at least it didn't come up in my Yelp searches which was why I didn't stop before. However you can get delicious Palisade Peaches here so perhaps that does warrant a stop after all. I had a light supper here at the brewery and a beer to go along with it... of course! The salad was just a garden salad but I enjoyed the fact just how fresh and tasty it was. I left very satisfied there. The beer I had was their Midday Siesta, a Mexican Lager which I was enjoying a whole series of at various breweries that I was trying. This beer had pleasant flavor highlights of breadiness, lightness and a touch of crisp. It was very refreshing! Nice location for this brewery! It's in a peaceful part of town... actually the whole town is peaceful it seems where you can kick back and relax from a long day on the road.

Great brewery centrally located right in town! Plenty of beer options and decent food. Live music outside!

Adorable place and great staff. We split a basket of chicken tenders and fries. They were fine. I love both the beer selection and the casual vibe. I'm guessing this place is really hopping' during better weather.

In addition to my recent review: the Woodcutter's Daughter (Oak Aged Imperial Stout) is amazing! Its a stout full of flavor. A strong stout with notes of s'mores and a light smoky flavor. Definitely a dessert ale. Bought several four packs to go. Worth trying if you enjoy dark ales. Cheers!

A nice hang out spot in Palisade. Of course, you don't come to Palisade for beer (or I guess some people could!) but it's a nice change of a scenery since wineries close pretty early, which leaves you with not too many choices for a place to go later in the evening. They do have ciders and a decent selection of very basic food (something for everyone). Lots of seating inside and outside!

This place is amazing. We stopped in for a quick beer and ended up getting food too. Football playoffs were on couple big screens inside and flat screen outside. Place has heated tents as well. Foods amazing. Pretzel with cheese dip and meat sampler. Smoked Turkey didn't need any sauce. Simply amazing. The staff super friendly and knowledgeable on what beer to try. This will definitely be a return trip since it's a mere 20 m ride from home

We stopped by Palisade brewing company for a late lunch and was happy we did. It's a pretty cozy brewery with a nice selection of beers and food. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Although I really enjoyed the sandwich, I didn't taste much smoke, assuming they probably just use a slow-cooker. Not a big deal for me, because I'm easy. It was a great sandwich regardless. The one thing I think they can improve on is the amount of seating. They could probably use a few more tables to help busy times. Overall, I loved it and will definitely be back.

Stopped by due to the bluegrass festival! Fun atmosphere and great staff! Good food and beer.

Food portions were good. Sides were basic. Food was ok and typical for what you'd expect. Price was a little high for what you get. Beer was not cold, but not hot. Flavor was good. It appears to be more fun in the evenings.

Average beer, decent selection and not too IPA-heavy. Average food for a brewery. Great service.

The beers were great. Going inside to order it was muggy and dark. Really enjoyed the patio outside with the live music.

They had plenty of outside area (a patio with seating and some open space where you can enjoy a drink while waiting to find a seat somewhere) which was perfect for me because I got a cocktail and Togo food. Lots of people had raved about the Massaman katsu curry so I had to try it! It did not disappoint! At first I was disappointed to see how full the bowl was but the amount was PLENTY! I was stuffed after a few corn and about half the curry plate. I am so happy I tried this place out! Will definitely be trying it again when I'm back in town!

I also really appreciated that they had hard kombucha on tap, which was a unique and welcome option for me. I spent most of my time out on the outdoor patio, which is very nice and was filled with lots of people hanging out, making for a really lively and fun environment. However, my biggest complaint about this place was that the food was pretty bad; while I understand that it's primarily just a brewery, I was still quite disappointed by the quality, especially since the menu items were not cheap. Come for the beers, skip the food and same yourself some dough figuratively and literally.

The Swiss melt with fries. This was the best "grilled cheese" ever. The apples and bacon jam on it was absolutely delicious.

He took half of it to go. I loved the spring berry salad to which I added grilled shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. First, the pricing transparency on modifications is frustrating. My son ordered the $12 mac and cheese (which includes a drink). Upon ordering the server offered broccoli or chicken as an option. He chose broccoli, assuming it was a standard side swap or inclusion. Instead, we were charged $1 for the broccoli and an extra $3 for the fruit. Second, drink pricing was a letdown. -For $14 the frosted coconut margarita was served in a short highball glass rather than premium glassware. -I was charged $17.57 for a double Malibu Pineapple, (they added an extra $1 charge just for the pineapple juice mixer). -To top it off, the drink took 12 minutes to arrive because our server was preoccupied with a recently seated large party. Finally, be aware that they add an automatic 3% "Kitchen and Brewer Appreciation" surcharge to the bill, on top of normal tax and tip. While the food was great, the unbundled charges for standard mixers, deceptive side options, and extra surcharges leave a bad taste. Food: Rueben was great. Husband wished for more sauce but I thought it was the perfect balance. Kiddo loved the broccoli and mac. Pro tip: Check your receipt (which we didn't get until *after* we cashed out). Server (who was great, by the way) came to our table in a break from his large table and announced our total so we didn't see the breakdown until the text receipt arrived.
