Dominos is my favorite place to get the Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bread bowl, the chocolate lava cake and the cinnamon sticks, soo yummy. Great prices for what you get. The staff tries their best to keep the dinning area clean and tidy, but during rush hours the small staff can get overwhelmed, I'm forgiving to the staff because dispute being small, they do such a great job in everything they do. They have my full support. To save time for your lunch breaks, I suggest ordering through their App or order ahead, the orders can take from 10-20mins to complete because everything is made when ordered. I like coming to this Domino's Pizza location and I feel like I have back them up why they deserve 5 star review considering they are fast food chain, pizza place. All my visits to this location have been positive so far. This location is very clean and service is top notch. I've visited other location like downtown. This location is way better and staff are so much more helpful and efficient. As for the pizza and food, it is very easy to order online and you can pay at the store. I'm one of those who like to pay cash for my small orders. Also, they have discount coupon for online order every so often. A couple of dollar discount is always nice. This time I took a chance and ordered a small, deluxe pizza with crispy thin crust. It looked and tasted like something that you would order at a higher end pizza place. I was pretty satisfied. They precut the pizza into squares for convenience. They have pretty good pasta selection too for around $8 if the price didn't go up. He gave me whatever they had made (I believe it was 1 pizza, a pasta and Parmesan bread), then comped my order for future. I was obviously frustrated, BUT how he handled everything was top-notch service!!!! It's never about the mistake, instead it's about how it's handled. I used my credit tonight, and actually ordered more than the $57. I was ready to pay the difference (about $8), but Aiden comped the whole thing. WOW!! Do NOT order from this Domino's if you live in Pearl City. This is the second time they have screwed up. Order tracker said my order was delivered... Called the store and asked what was going since I never got anything. Guy said order was delivered to the wrong address and they had to remake it and are having it redelivered. After another 5 minutes a domino's car pulls up and drops off three boxes. Pizzas are all Burnt and it looks like the pizza boxes have been tossed or thrown as pieces are turned over... If you have never had the PASTA CARBONARA BREAD BOWL you are missing out, it's delicious. I always ask for extra sauce because without it has been dry. I'm giving a 4 star because I will be honest I don't like much of anything else on the menu but that is just my preference I'm not a pizza person to start so take that as you will. One of the best parts about Dominos is that it's of the only place in pearl city that you can get food late (i.e. past 9p), this place is always clean and I've always had great service whether that be by phone or in store plus they offer delivery so this is a lazy day dream LOL For me this place is a treat, I have a dairy allergy (high lactose intolerance) but I have these pills I can take every so often and treat myself during a window of time which I usually will save for something veryy worth it, that pasta carbonara bread bowl to me IS THAT BOWL! I went to pick up an order in the evening and couldn't find the store. I had to call the store at least twice because their directions were not helpful. After about 10 to 15 minutes, I finally found the store. The exterior lights and signage were out and the store looked dark. This pizza was so oily the bottom of the pizza box was drenched through to the bottom. Gross. Better to eat an actual cheeseburger for less $$ and more protein. 3 stars for the gluten-free pizza with spinach, onions and sausage. Not burnt, hurrah! The toppings were pretty sparse and the onions sliced so thinly they were almost nonexistent. But the overall taste was good, and the pizza crust was delightfully crunchy. More cheese and toppings would boost this pizza up to 5 stars, but that would double the cost. Will try a different Dominos next time. read more

This location is the worst when it comes to getting your pizza in a reasonable time. They mark your pizza as done in the app but when you go to pick it up it's still in the oven. In one case they didn't even start making my pizza until I arrived in the store. I used to work for dominos and always preferred their pizzas over the other big names but this location is pushing me to order from somewhere else. read more

So I'm really disappointed with my pizza order tonight! I called in and ordered my pizza and told whoever took my order that I would like EXTRA SAUCE and didn't want my pizza DRY! I spent 5 minutes explaining to the person who was taking the order about not wanting my pizza DRY! When I picked up my pizza, after paying, I gave the guys a $5 TIP!!! Came home and my pizza had practically NO SAUCE! What's up with that? OMG! It's so sad that I couldn't get what I wanted... I have always enjoyed Domino's pizzas and other items, especially in the past 5 or so years, as other competitors' pizzas seem to have gone downhill and just aren't what they used to be. Once in a while, in my personal experience, the food may not come out optimal as it usually is for me, but for the most part, it's pretty good. With that said, I have had a negative experience at the Kuala Street location in Pearl City for a walk-in order. I placed a small order on the app for carry-out and paid for the items on the app as well. The ETA for the order was roughly 20 minutes. The order ended up ready for pick-up in about half that time, which was great, as I was already sitting in the parking lot early. I went into the store and saw no other customers, so it wasn't busy, at least not in-store. As I walked to the register, I noticed there were 3 guys in the front area. One working on an order, an older, bearded Caucasian guy who appeared to be training a younger looking gentleman, mentioning something about stacking the bad pizza boxes "over here," or something to that affect. As I walked to the register, I said "hi," and I watched and listed to the workers doing their thing, however feeling a bit invisible, as no one even glanced my way or greeted me or even acknowledged I had walked into the store for a good 20 seconds. 2 more guys came out from the back area to join the crew in the front. One of those guys nodded to me and said hello, which was good. He continued on to go to a station and work on something, and the other guy that came from the back also walked to a station in the front area. Finally, the bearded Caucasian guy made eye contact with me and asked, "Picking up?" I said yes and gave my name. As he proceeded to get my order, he continued talking to the young guy he was training about the boxes and handed me my order, not looking at me, not saying anything to me or thanking me for the purchase. I took my items and said, "Thank you," but I was not acknowledged at all. I had other things I needed to take care of and go to, so I just left with my order. Call me old-fashioned, but is it really too much effort to show a little courtesy towards the customers who walk into the store, especially when it's not crazy busy? I get it, there's probably a laundry list of things that need to get done, but your customers are the reason you stay in business, and I think a little bit of politeness and courtesy towards your customers goes a very long way. Who wants to walk into a restaurant to feel like a nuisance and get brushed off like one after spending good, hard earned money on a meal? The pizzas are good, but not THAT good. Will I order from Domino's again? Yeah, probably. But I would rather just get the items delivered from now on. Looking on the website, a production team member starts at $21 an hour. The other positions didn't show what the starting pay is, but I'm sure it's in the double digits per hour. When I started off in an entry-level job, making much less (I understand economics caused the increase in wages), I would get grilled for not acknowledging customers after they walk in. Domino's, is my experience the standard you set for your employees? I sure hope not. Times have changed, and if this is where we are headed, I feel sorry for all future generations. read more

Food is good. I usually don't have issues with my order but today there was only one worker. She ignored the store phone the entire time I was there and every time I looked up from my phone she was still on her personal phone talking to someone. I'm guessing it was family? My food was finally ready after an hour of sitting there and she dropped my lava cake. She remade it, took another 8 minutes, but I just got off from work and I was so ready to just head to bed already. Before I could tell her to just cancel my lava cake or give me the other two without the dropped third, she started to bake the third one. She was very adamant about making me wait so I did, sitting felt nice on my feet anyways. There was also another customer that came towards the end of my experience today and she ignored him while continuing her conversation on the phone...unsure if management knows about her personal phone usage but I hope they see this review. read more

Dominos is like many other establishments that requires if you pay with a card to make a selection of how much tip you want to leave. If your making a take out order, why would you have to leave a tip? For taking your order? They also need to learn from Japan, where tips are not accepted and they still provide superior service. Dominos needs to take that $hit off their card machines and just tel the payment itself. If they want to leave a tip, a tip jar suffices. I feel extorted, where if you don't leave a tip, they mess with your food. You may say it's the wrong way to think, but how's about not causing anyone to think that way by just removing that extortionate Means of a card machine and just allow your patrons to pay for their meals cost without asking for a tip. What are we teaching our younger generation these days? Beg for more money even if you're getting paid? Take that crap off your card machines and enable your workers to feel that they can ask for a tip for doing their job. Idk why there's so many one star reviews, this was my first time having Domino's in years and it was absolutely perfect! Ordered through the app and it was quick and seamless. We ordered two specialty pizzas, spicy Buffalo wings and the lava cake. The person who prepared our order was Sabrina and everything was perfect. Because of traffic we actually got there 30 min after we got the notification our order was ready so we were worried everything would be cold but everything was still nice and warm! The pizzas were nice and crispy, lava cake crispy, gooey and warm, couldn't have been better! Customer service was A+.
