First time to this location and I probably won't be back. The workers are very nonchalant and not welcoming and the veggies in the display case as well as my sandwich looked old. The lettuce had a slight brown tinge to it and asking for only lettuce got me extra onions and tomato's. Guess you don't have a say in what veggies you get. I really like Jersey Mike's. I prefer them over Subway. We stopped in and was greeted right away by the man behind the counter. We ordered the regular Turkey and Provolone $11.45 and added a chip and 32oz. drink $4.55. We got it Mike's Way. This includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and the juice (red wine vinegar and olive oil). I got it without the tomatoes. The sandwich was delicious, especially with their in house juice. They have this Stubborn Agave Vanilla Cream Soda that I've never had before. It tastes like Verner's soda, but without the ginger. It was yummy. Horrible General Manager at this location. Esteban Bonilla had reached out to me on August 10, 2025 because I had filled out a comment card via the website. On August 8, 2025 I had ordered a #26 excluding tomatoes because I'm allergic to it. When I got home there was tomatoes in my sub. Esteban had reached out to me asking for the pictures that I had took and for my address so that he could send me a gift card. As of writing this review I had not heard back from him. Tournament day and needed my daughter to carb up. Jersey Mike's was exactly what she needed. We both got the super sub, hers on white bread and mine in a wrap. Both super juicy and tons of meat. My husband got the hot Italian and loved it. He did mention the peppers on it was a great addition to the sandwich. We did an online order and it was ready when it said it was supposed to be. In high school I frequent the old Mr. Sub in Puck's Alley. They were my all time favorite and to this point no one could compare with them. That being said, I don't go to Subway anymore because Jersey Mike's is more of my kind of sub. To me the bun is important and I like Jersey Mike's buns better than Subway's. This location is right across the mall from CPK. First time here and I notice how clean this restaurant is. While waiting I look at the prepared add-ons to your sandwich. Then I notice the off-putting brown lettuce, really sad but I need lettuce in my sandwich so I went with it. It didn't affect the taste but it was not a pretty sight and the brand should be represented better than displaying brown lettuce. I had to try the sub that people said it's the best sub. I walked into the store, the store had a smell, the funk like organic, raw meat, blood smell... very dingy smelly, I nearly...almost when I walked in. So I looked over to their cutting station. It was filthy, dirty, and they were slicing my meat right from that same blade that didn't seemed to have been wiped off or washed the entire day. Looked under the slicer, had splashes and spots, dirt, crusted old stuff stuck on the machine, and i know that's been there for months. It was absolutely disgusting. And around the glass shield where the metal part was, it has stuff there too... the produced was in bad shape too. I took the sub and left, I wasn't going to eat it. There were only two customers ahead of us, so the restaurant was not particularly busy. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the rudest customer service we have ever encountered. The male employee working the counter, CAESAR (his name may be spelled different, I asked another employee what his name was when paying for our food), spoke to my son in a very disrespectful manner when taking his order. Rather than politely asking him to repeat himself, he loudly and abruptly said, "REPEAT THAT." When it was my turn, I politely asked whether the Portabella Mushroom sub was still available. Caesar responded with a disgusted look and said, "WHAT?" After I repeated my question, he replied, "I GUESS NOT BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS." His tone, facial expression, and overall attitude were extremely unprofessional. I was shocked by his behavior and was preparing to address the situation when a female employee kindly stepped in and apologized, explaining that the sandwich had been discontinued. I thanked her for answering my question in a polite manner. Her professionalism was very appreciated, but it DID NOT excuse the treatment we received from Caesar. We have eaten at this location many times and have never experienced service this poor. After this encounter, we don't plan to patronize this location in the future. I strongly recommend that management address this matter with Caesar and provide additional customer service training. HE NEEDS IT. read more

My wife and I have been regular customers of Jersey Mike's Mililani Town Center since it first opened, most times at least once a week. we've experienced the typical decrease in quality control whenever there was a new employee. We would watch while other customers sandwiches were being put together then adjust our order to reflect the lack of condiments or too little meat, but we mostly just politely requested the manager check the portions of meats and condiments going into our sandwiches. But after Jersey Mike's was sold, is obvious that the new owners have instituted cut backs and cost saving measures. The sandwiches are smaller and the portion of meats is significantly less, so much so that it has affected our going to Jersey Mike's as a last case option when trying to decide where to go for lunch or dinner. I can definitely say that we now maybe go there once every three months versus once or even twice a week. It is really sad that the owners ruined a good thing, placing profit over customer satisfaction. I am old school, was taught that if you take care of your customers, they will keep coming back out of loyalty. read more

My experience here is nothing short of a DISASTER full of DISCRIMINATION of a DIABETIC! Would give 0 stars if could! This happened on 9/4/2025 at 7:30 pm - 9 pm. I filled out a comment card on the site. It has been over 2 months and I still have never been reached out to. Avoid this place. Don't give them business or you will regret it!!! The highlights: - I waited over an 1 1/2 hours for my food - Incorrect food - RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISCRIMINATORY behavior. - Discriminated against for being diabetic (Almost went into a DIABETIC COMA and PASSED OUT ON THE FLOOR due to low blood sugar and their actions) - Rude treatment by manager: Called "CRAZY" and "THEIF" by the on duty manager at the time + no humanity/compassion - Broken equipment The story: I had 2 mobile orders (1 for me, 1 for my parents). 3 subs total, all with rosemary bread. I go there to pick up my order, but notice all are incorrect as none are on the rosemary bread. I ask if they can correct the order, they say they ran out of bread. It will be over an hour for the bread to be ready. As apparently they failed/"forgot"to put more on earlier when they were running out. I asked, why didn't they call me? They at 1st lied and said they did. I said no, I have the phones right there and my call logs indicate that neither of our phones were called to let us know about the orders. The then admitted that their phones are "BOKEN". In addition, I am DIABETIC and so are my parents. We cannot wait over an hour for food or our blood sugar drops too low and we go into a DIABETIC COMA. I ask if I can bring back some of the incorrect food home so we have something to snack on so we don't end up in a DIABETIC COMA. And to comeback for our correct order in over an hour when it is ready. The manager said if I leave, NO I cannot get me correct order, so I must wait there at their store. I did not bring anything with me, as I thought this would be a quick pick up, in and out. I did not expect to have to wait over an hour for the food because they failed to make the correct order, be responsible and communicate/call that the bread was out, and were irresponsible by forgetting to put more bread on when they were running low. If I could get a refund I would, but they couldn't because I/we used points for our food. So the only option would be to give them my address so they could send equivalent "coupons". Let's just say, after everything that had happened so far, I did not trust them with knowing where I live. So here I am standing at the counter, trying to explain that my family and I am diabetic, UNABLE TO LEAVE, being forced to wait over hour and half for the food, and about to PASS OUT and fall into a DIABETIC COMA due to actions of the manger on duty. I ask for his name, but he REFUSES to give it. Says that if I am making "problems", he will call security. Eventually, I convince him to let me keep 1 sandwich to snack on as I wait because even he can see I am about to pass out right on their floors. I also ask for a drink cup. I go to grab some soda as I need some sugar fast in my system to raise my falling blood sugar. As a diabetic we are taught to drink such drinks with sugar (preferably something like OJ, but I didn't see that, so I thought the soda would be close enough). He then calls me a "THEIF"! I try to explain that my blood sugar is falling fast so I need the soda it took a long time to get to that point, and eating the sandwich will not get me blood sugar up fast enough. The drink will raise it back up faster. Throughout my time there. I heard the manager call me "CRAZY" multiple times to his staff right in front of me. In the end, I waited over an hour and a half for my order to be made correctly. My parents did not get to eat it though, because by the time I got home it was almost 10 PM at night and by that point had to eat something else or risk falling into a diabetic coma themselves. Would you want to be treated this way? TREATED WITH RUDE, DISCRIMINATORY, lacking any hint of COMPASSION and HUMANITY!!! The one duty manger at the time is a TERRIBLE and DISCRIMINATORY person who does not know how to treat a customer right. Much less treat them with any hint of compassion or humanity. He treat this DIABETIC person like a THIEF and CRAZY person, when I just have health issues. At the end, I never received any apology for their RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISCRIMINATORY behavior. Due to the way I was treated I/we have not been back since, which is a shame as I/we used to always go there for a sub (hence having the points for the subs). My recommendation: You are better off going to any other restaurant at the town center. Please do not give a place who would treat a DIABETIC PERSON who is about to PASS OUT ON THEIR FLOOR and go into a DIABETIC COMA any business!!! If you are DIABETIC, AVOID AT ALL COST!!! GIVE THEM SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK! read more

8-28-22 Came once only when this business opened up at the town center and still on a hunt for French dip... came up blanks again so... Plan B let's try a Pastrami Reuben. Glad they had an option like this since we usually get sandwiches from S-way. The package, double wrap looked good but when finally revealed it looked smaller than expected and for a person who doesn't really like greens missed the color in this sub. In my mind I compared it to Shafter Bowling Alley's one I enjoyed 25+ years ago when Doc bowled with her teammates. That baby had a toasted bun, grilled onions, melted cheese, sauerkraut and lots of juicy and generous heaping of pastrami. It was worth coming for a second try but my search will continue. read more

Spent almost half an hour at the competitor trying to order 15 sandwiches for an evening meeting. The competitor's employee looked irritated that we wanted to spend money at their restaurant. Frustrated and pretty much pissed, we walked out and said, let's go to Jersey's Mike. We were greeted with a smile from Dane and when we told him what we wanted, he said, no problem! The food was ok, even though the bread was a little stale and the veggies on the sandwiches were sparse, but the reason for one star is because customer service was horrible! My daughter went in around 6pm and there were 3 staff, two males and a female. The female was so rude to my daughter for no reason. She barely responded to her questions, would not speak to her and when my daughter thanked her at the end of the transaction, she snubbed her and turned her back to her. One of the male staff responded with a "you're welcome" but what a unwelcoming and unnecessary interaction. I had heard from a friend that Jersey Mikes had gluten-free bread. Having a soy allergy, I often find myself eating gluten-free even though I can eat gluten. I came to the counter and told the person about my soy allergy and asked about the ingredients of the gluten-free bread. She was kind enough to go in the back and take a picture of the ingredients for me to see. I was excited to see that it was something that I could have. I ordered a regular ham and provolone on gluten-free bread with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Due to me getting the bread due to a food allergy, they made sure that they cleaned the area, changed utensils, and changed their gloves. I brought my sub home and enjoyed it immensely! It was nice to be able to go out and order a sub and eat it in sub form instead of a salad. I will definitely be coming back! read more

It's been my 3rd time at Jersey Mike's and I think I'm able to make a more accurate review... "yessir I like it!" I got #13 The Original Italian with extra bacon! The extra bacon was worth it. It gave a little crispy texture against the other meats. Don't expect a lot of sides to choose from like Subway. It is a different style of subs. They have a set menu but what they different than Subway and other quick sub sandwich chains is they hand cut their meats in front of you. They also have their special olive oil and red wine vinegar goodness called "The Juice" they liberally drizzle on your veggies. The Juice add a lot of yummy flavor to both the veggies and the meats. Overall it was a delicious sandwich! Taste different than Subway. It's a different concept. I've grown up on Subway so I can't help but use it as my measuring stick. I'm my opinion, even with its smaller ordering options, it's a step up in flavor "from Subway's counterpart sandwiches" for sure. Subway has way more options to personalize your sandwich to just they way you want it, so when you go to Jersey Mike's, just enjoy it's simplicity for what it is, delicious sub sandwich! read more

Ordered my sandwich online and when I got to store sandwich was not made. The sandwich maker started trying to rush making my sandwich so he put too much vinegar and oil on sandwich causing in to leak through the bag. I realized the wrap is supposed semi leak proof but he also didn't wrap the sandwich completely so when I pulled it out of the bag a part of the sandwich fell out and landed on the ground. Be prepared to spend quite a bit of money on a regular sub, $9.75 and up or average price for full sub $15.75. Add chips and drinks for $3.75. Limited toppings in a sub with least of 3 and max 5-6. Majority of subs include provolone. Not much diversity of cheeses. Only one type of bread. Bread feels and tastes soft on outside with a slight crisp on inside where it hits the grill. Attempted five times to bite my philly, and each of those five times, it was definitely heat hot! I had to blow it, before I could bite my philly. Regular sub tasted yummy and filling with provolone melted nicely with philly and bell peppers. Opted for no onions this time. Great to taste at least once or once in a great while. When we got there around 7:30pm, there was no line which made for quick service! There have both hot and cold subs sandwiches here. I opted to get the Club Sub which was a cold sub & comes Mike's Way (unless you choose not to). Mike's Way comes with lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil, vinegar, pepper, & oregano. At first I was like OMG!!! My sandwich is gonna be soooo soggy because the person making my sandwich put soooo much oil & vinegar! I was honestly having second thoughts! But, to my surprise, the sandwich was perfect! Not soggy at all. The liquids also weren't overpowering. I loved my sandwich. It had ham, turkey, bacon, and cheese. I got a regular sized sandwich and had leftovers for lunch the next day. I have to say, it was still just as yummy as the first day the second day! Again, it wasn't soggy at all!! How do they do it!?! The boyfriend decided to get the Pastrami Reuben, a hot sub. He likes hot sandwiches so this was perfect for him. As any good Reuben has, it comes with tons of sauerkraut. He loved it so much he went back 2 days later and tried a different hot sub! The second time around he got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak & this time he got the full sized sub! But, be warned! There is no choice of bread. There's hardly customizing of sandwich. And that's about it. I don't enjoy purchasing sandwiches in general. Its the easiest thing to make at home, its a darn sammich! So for me to buy a sandwich, it better be stellar. This was lacking in so many ways compared to the other sub shop. I've had samples from the workers walking around. We've gotten many coupons.
