Plain and simple, we never received our pizzas. We called at 4:20pm to place our order for delivery, they said it would be about 50 mins to deliver our pizzas. Ok fine. 5:45pm comes around and no Pizzas. I call them back to see what's up and they said they were really busy and it should be arriving any minute. He also said if the pizzas did not arrive in the next 10 minutes, they would give us a discount off our order. They literally delivered here 3 weeks prior. Even if this was so why am I calling to find that out. I wish there was a way to give negative reviews, I am so disgusted with not only this store but how Dominos is handling this as a whole. On Saturday December 21st I ordered online like I always do to come pick up. I came in when my order was supposed to be ready and got told there was still 6 orders ahead of us which honestly didn't bother me a whole lot considering I still had to run one more errand. When we returned we were standing in line and a little dog with no collar came running up to us, barking and growling. The owner of the dog grabbed it and sat back down where the dog started itching itself and had fecal matter sticking to its fur. I was so disgusted that not only were the employees allowing this to happen but the owners of the dog was laughing at us for being disgusted! So we finally get to the front of the line and even though we had paid online the cashier tried to charge us again!!! I pulled out my email receipt and he just shrugged and said ok. Not an apology, nothing. Well with the dirty flea infested dog running around I wasn't going to open my food so I went out to the car and drove home. Come to find out 90% of our order was wrong and one item was missing all together. So I called the restaurant never spoke to a human just sat on hold for almost an hour before it disconnected. I used to love Dominos Pizza and now I will never eat there again and I will make sure none of my friends and family never eat there as well. I am not going to stop until they at least refund me for the food that couldn't be eaten and the food I didn't receive. But until then I will take to every social media platform to tell them of the horrors of this restaurant and also making sure the health department knows of this as well. I ordered pizza over the phone and the worker who answered was rude when I asked where they were located because I'm new to the area and just searched up a phone number he said "idk you called me". When I went to go pick up the pizza there were tons of workers who looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I was finally able to get someone's attention and while ringing me they looked like they had never used the register before. He didn't give me a receipt and I didn't think anything of it. Before leaving I asked if I could have a packet of cheese and peppers and the worker looked at me like I was crazy and went to go talk to whoever was in charge. She then came to me and informed me that I had to pay for the packets which I had no problem doing but before she rang me up she asked the worker in Spanish if I had paid as if I couldn't understand what she was saying then when both the worker and I responded that I had in fact paid she asked the worked one more time if I had paid in Spanish in front of my face knowing that I fully understood what she was saying. The way she kept questioning made me feel as if she thought I was stealing the pizza's. It's not my fault I didn't get a receipt and I hope they retrain everyone who works there especially the keyholders. I won't be back again. read more

Usually these guys are on point. Whether it's delivery or carry out. Today was not their day. I ordered through the app for carry out. The app said my order would be ready in 47-53 minutes. I went to go pickup my order as soon as they sent me the message saying my order was ready for pickup. When I went up to the counter they couldn't find my order at first and then they couldn't find all of it. When they finally figured out what was missing they said it would only be a few minutes more till my missing item was ready. 30 minutes later I finally got my entire order. I usually have a very good experience when I order my pizzas online and pick them up in store but tonight I can't say the same. I placed an order online like I always do and went to the store to pay and went for my pizza. AN HOUR LATER I got tired of waiting and asked an associate how much longer was the wait time for my pizza and she went to go check. Apparently they misplaced my pizza and she told me it would be another 10 minutes to replace it! I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a pizza, let alone have it "misplaced". I feel that they mess up on my order 50% of the time. It's the only one around me and they stay open really late compared to the other pizza places around here so I still order from them more than I should. I ordered a 14 piece wings one time and didn't notice they gave me 8 till I was home. I called them back and asked them what I was charged for because they didn't give me a receipt. Well instead of answering me this girl on the phone responded with "well how many did you get?". Then she told me to go back and pick up a 14 piece, but I live 15 mins away so I wasn't going to go back for their mistake. The first time we went to this dominos we order with the dominos app, the order said it was ready when we got there and when we arrived only one of the pizzas was ready and the pasta was forgotten. So we were told to wait a few minutes for the order to be complete. 30 minutes passed and we heard the phone ring straight without stopping and no employe even flinched to answer. Another 25 minutes has passed and we finally got the pasta and the 55 minute old pizza that we would expect to be fresh out the over but now it was slightly warm pizza with the cheese already hardening. Also, as we were leaving, a man had entered the store complaining that his order was wrong and ordered his money back because he also knew he would have to endure the long wait and constant phone ringing. And that wasn't even the worse of it, when we got home, as I was putting the pizzas in the oven to get warm and have that melted cheese again, we noticed that the order was wrong. I am very disappointed with the service in this location. I knew about the bad service prior but I gave it some time to see if their management has improved. I make an order online for 2 medium pizzas and 36 pc Parmesan bites around 3:50pm-4:00pm. The order was suppose to be ready 15-23 minutes. I did not know I was going to be there for more than an hour and for carry out. Upon arriving, one of the associates said that there was no order under the name. Then I showed the associate the e-mail confirming my order. I could have literally finished my college homework just waiting on the order. Never again will I go back. That ship has sailed. Horrible customer service. To start off, my mother called first and asked to speak to someone who spoke Spanish. They put her on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up. Then, I called and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I spoke to the manager. We ended up ordering our pizzaz online because we didnt want to deal with anybodys shitty attitude. The estimated time for delivery was 35-40 minutes, which is ridiculous. After 50 minutes passed, I decided to call the Dominos and ask them why our order was taking too long to get delivered. The guy answered very rudely and said that the driver was delivering multiple orders and that was the reason why our order was delayed. I thought to myself "Then maybe you should hire another driver." Our order FINALLY arrived 55 whole minutes later.
