I will not order from this location again until they fix their service. Ordered at 7:02pm, it is now 9:09pm and the app just said the driver just left with my order. Tried to call several times and was put on hold, then disconnected. Finally they just turned off their phones because the number doesn't even go through now. Original quote time when I placed the order online was 25-30 minutes. Then as I continued to track the order it kept changing, ending at 159-169 minutes. I would rate this place a -10 if I had the option. Do not come here. Ordered ahead and when I arrived at the store they didn't even have my order ready. I wait for 40 mins only to be given lame excuses. I was told that I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Manager is very unprofessional. I asked for a refund and she gave me attitude. I placed my order over the phone at 7:06 they said it would be ready between five and 10 minutes got there at 7:16 they said it was gonna be another seven minutes waited for 15 minutes while people came and went and got their pizzas finally got up to ask what was going on with my order? Considering COVID-19 is in full effect. The people here don't seem to mind, No hand washing between jumping stations or grabbing on to theirs shirts keep in mind I saw this after returning a pizza that had long black hair in between the toppings. The "manager" lilian was trying to say no one there had long hair that was black (over the phone) so she doesn't know where it's from. I go to the store & it's majority females with long black hair. Meanwhile a skinny female told me she was the manager & couldn't return my money because we ate some of the pizza? Wow. Turns out she wasn't even a manager. Case closed there was blonde hair on the fkn sticker as well where they have the pizza info & order details. They keep the open sign off . I got pictures of the hairs the "open" sign off during business hours. If the "gm" was professional. I wouldn't make this review but her lack of professionalism is insane. Insinuating it was our hair. We shave our hair!!!!!! Fire her or this business will continue to lose. It's not right to lose money over someone who hates their job. I called to order pizza yesterday night and the employees kept putting me on hold so I drove there to place an order. Came back an hour later & my order still wasn't ready. The reason was because another customer had took my order So they had to remake my order . They ended hooking me up with cinnamon sticks & chicken wings. I have moved different locations and Dominos always seems to disappoint me no matter what. They mess up my order all the time. I order my pizza with extra sauce and extra veggies and I never get the extra sauce or veggies. What I do get is OVER CHARGED. Tried calling them for 30 minutes continuously waiting on hold or being hung up on so I wasn't able to check the status of my order and ended up having to drive down there. The two stars are only for the young lady who helped me after waiting for my long over due order after a while. I had an unpleasant experience at this location. I placed an order for some chicken wings,and followed the progress of my order through the tracker. When I arrived to the store at 1:30 by the time the tracker said it should've been ready the employees seemed confused and told me it would be ready soon. I sat on the bench and waited for about 20 minutes until one of the employees offered my cousin (who had also put in an order and recieved it on time but was just waiting with me) to put her pizzas back in the oven while we waited for mine to come out. After this we waited another 20 minutes and an employee was kind enough to look over our order even though she asked me for what it was that I had ordered. We waited over 40 minutes and when we got our food the pizzas and wings were no longer hot. I'm very disappointed, after my family and I would make our way to this location anytime we wanted pizza. Terrible experience!!! save your time and money. I checked the tracking it claimed my pizza was delivered. I called back every 30 minutes for over 2 hours each time being told it was in route. The manager Brandon never apologized and lied. He claimed the tried to call me Because they could find the house right after he said I didn't answer the door. It's one thing to make a mistake I understand human error but it's another to make it the customers fault and then refuse to provide your supervisors contact information.
