Usually I would have said " No Way" but I needed something delivered and I knew Pizza Hut has let me down to many times with calling and they have no delivery person. With Dominoes you know what you're gonna get. A decent pizza, decent price, some special offers here and there, all pretty good. This local branch had no delivery available, so I drove to pick up two pies and some cheesy bread. It was ready on time. The shop was obviously quite busy to just this side of chaotic, but I was there and out in about 5 minutes. Got the food home and a ravenous pack of 14 year-olds had at it without complaint. We had a very simple order, one cheese pizza and one cheesy bread. It was delivered on time, and the delivery driver was very nice. Once we started eating, my wife realized that there was bacon in the cheesy bread. We specifically ordered cheesy bread without bacon and even put in the comments of the order to please not put bacon in the cheesy bread. I called the store and the lady that picked up the phone was very rude. I was calling to let them know if there was some way we could notate our address to make sure that we did not receive meat in the future in our orders. I never once asked for a refund, or even a replacement. She proceeded to put me on hold, and then come back within 2 minutes to say that the change was notated, and then hung up on me. About 5 minutes later, they called my wife's phone and said that the manager would call us back tonight to speak on it. She had a very rude tone with my wife and my wife tried explaining to her that we cannot eat bacon for religious reasons, and the lady on the phone started laughing and said, "that's pretty funny," in regards to my wife saying that we couldn't consume bacon. My wife asked her for her name, and she laughed again and hung up. We initially called to make sure this didn't happen again. We never asked for a refund or a replacement either. It doesn't take much to be nice, and reading other reviews on here, we can see that this location has terrible service and that our experience wasn't unfortunately the first. read more

Don't do it. I had bad experiences before but tonight decided to try again. Miserable! I ordered on the app, everything smooth, and was very pleasantly surprised when the tracker said pizza was on the way 20 min later. The email said delivery time was between 29-39 min. I went to sit outside and wait, almost immediately the tracker said my order had been delivered. I waited 5 min and called, the guy said it was on the way. He just saw the delivery guy leave with my order. So I waited. Fifty minutes later I called again. She just saw the delivery guy leave with my order. Are you sure? That's what they told me 50 min ago! Is this food going to be hot? The tracker said it came out of the oven over an hour ago. No sir the food is hot I just saw it come out of the oven and leave. Not 5 min later the food arrived and I asked the driver if it was hot. He assured me it was and I took it inside. Does anyone think it was hot? It was so cold it went right to the trash. I called them right back and asked them to remake it. After some back and forth with the manager she said yes but it would take 1.5 to 2 more hours. Will It be hot? Yes of course it will be hot! You know I don't trust you. How about a refund? More back and forth with the manager and the offer was to refund just the pizza. The breadsticks are cold please refund them too. More back and forth resulted in this gem. We will be able to refund all the hot food, but you have to give it all back. Oh lord. You send me garbage and won't refund it unless I give it back to you? Take your trash back, I didn't touch it. I put it out on the porch and don't care if it takes them all night to come get it. I love Dominos Pizza & this one always makes them just right. They have good specials and extra cheese is really extra. The online ordering is easy and you earn a free pizza with every 60 points. I've never had bad pizza from this store...I always get the special medium with 3 toppings and it is always good. I use delivery & their fee is rather high but the pizza is good! read more

So last week I pre-ordered at 3:00 PM for delivery at 5:15 PM. Following the Pizza Tracker, it said the Pizza was out of the oven and checked at 5:21 PM. At 5:55 PM it said my Pizza was on its way. So, that means if the tracker was correct my pizza sat there for over 30 minutes. I called the store and spoke with Larry and he told me they had drivers call off and that my tracker was incorrect and it didn't sit there for over 30 minutes. I told Larry he should just tell people no deliverys tonight. He told me that is what he suggested but the owner wouldn't go for that. The Pizza finally arrived at 6:30 PM. So it's been a while since I've ordered anything from this location. Since my last review I have ordered food from the Allison Park location and received excellent service. They even gave me extra marinara for my order. On a whim I decided to give this forest hills location another try. Knowing that they were likely to mess up my order, I called during the "quality check" on the Domino's tracker to make sure they wouldn't forget the salad dressing and the marinara. The guy assured me they they wouldn't and that the order was about to go out the door. This was @ 8:32 pm. 9:22 pm rolls around and I finally get the knock on my door and guess what..... no marinara.... not only am I baffled that they forgot the marinara when I called specifically so they wouldn't but why did a 5 minute drive take 50 minutes? Please corporate Domino's, fix this location once and for all. Update 8/18/19 Every order from this location is always disappointing and there is no accountability for the screw ups. The manager tried to blame the issue on the driver but it wasn't the drivers fault. I ordered using the online app then called the store to make sure that the icing and marinara were not forgotten. The kid who answered the phone refused to give his name at first then made up the name Gary. He sounded like he was high. An hour after I ordered my food it arrived without marinara or icing. I called the store to get a refund because I sent the food back. When discussing what went wrong the manager told me that it's not the end of the world, it's a sauce cup. I'm sorry but it's my entire dinner. The blatant disrespect is appalling. This has been going on for years and for some reason you guys can't get it right. This location should just be closed. I've given this location three tries now, which is two more than I should have, but I'm finally giving up and writing a review - wish I could give zero stars. The first time I ordered from here I was getting it as take-out - just a regular pepperoni pizza and an order of the bread bites. When they said it would be ready in fifteen minutes I didn't question how it would be done so quickly but I definitely should have ! Some parts were underdone and some parts were raw ! The crust wasn't browned at all - it was a uniform beige color and there were no crispy parts at all. I should have opened the box to take a look ! Even a casual glade would have told me to ask them to finish cooking it - this is not how a pizza looks when it's done properly. The second time was delivery - unlike most reviews here my pizza came very quickly, less than half an hour. Again, I know how it arrived with such speed - they just cut the cooking time ! As I'd specifically asked for it to be well done it was a bit less raw, but still nearly inedible. Shame on me, but I gave them a third chance, and was once again disappointed. This was take-out, and I used the online ordering feature. It has a place to note any special requests, so I again asked for it to be well done, hoping it would actually be baked to a regular standard of pizza doneness. I assume that was either ignored or it's just standard policy to undercook every pizza they produce, as this one was also undercooked and still raw in some places. I don't understand how this place is still open ! Sure, it's cheap and it's fast, but there appear to be no kitchen or cooking standards whatsoever. If they told me they weren't allowed to have the oven temperature go above 200 degrees I'd believe them ! I hate writing reviews like this because it can affect peoples' lives and livelihoods, but at some point the management or corporate bigwigs at Domino's need to realize that producing such consistently bad food is going to doom this location. Yes, people want their food quickly, but not at the expense of the quality ! Terrible. Pizza undercooked, inedible and looked terrible, as were the bread bites. Delivery showed up over 30 minutes after the online tracker said he left (and 15 minutes after it said Mmmm your pizza is there and we hope you're enjoying it). I'm usually very understanding but I just couldn't. At least when I called they connected me to the manager who said he would send someone to pick up the food and would give me a refund. First time ordering from domino's Pizza . It was a triable experience. I received my order almost 2hrs later. I received email telling me it's been deliver 1hr after my order was placed but didn't receive the pizza. I called the store to speck to them about my order. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional so I asked to speak to a manager and his response was "you speaking to him". So them I asked for his name and if there is anyone who can help me with my order. He wouldn't give me his name and said he only had one delivery person so my order is on the way. I feel like he wasn't trying to help me in anyway or hear what I had to say. To tell you the truth it sounded like he just walk up and answered his personal phone. THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I waited 1 1/2 hours for my order to arrive. I called to check in on my order and after waiting on hold for 6 full minutes, I was hung up on. When my order finally arrived It was cold, the order was wrong and burnt. The delivery driver was ridiculously rude throwing my change at me when I questioned the issues with my food. I called back and spoke to a manager, He issued a full refund but the driver took 3 hours to bring me my money. When I order pizza, it's from this Dominos. They always deliver a quality pizza, and the store has always been clean when I've picked up there. One time I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of wings online. When I got my order and saw the wings were not what I wanted, the driver said he would fix it and bring me the correct ones, even though it was my mistake. This place is terrible. We have had many problems with this location. Delivery time is a complete mess the pizza will sit for an hour before it arrives to your home. Our last delivery we canceled after the app showed our pizza was done for over an hour yet never left the store. we called and canceled the order with the manager and she said she would let the driver know. The driver showed up 10 minutes later and when we told him that we had canceled the order on the phone at the store he was very upset. He demanded we pay for the pizza but we refused. The drivers name is David. Apparently he threw a hissy fit and tore open the box of pizza in my front yard and threw it all over my house and yard after the fact. I called the manager she did not care one bit, her name is Megan. I finally had to threaten to call the police and file a report before I could get any answers. I had to call the dominos corporate in Ann Arbor Michigan to get any sort of response from them. Once I called they hung up on me, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then ttook the phone off the hook. Finally a brand new manager picked up, he was nice all he said was we are sorry.
