THIS HAPPENED TWICE Place an order online was told it would take 15 minutes. Made my way there; check the tracker and it said pizza was in the oven. Waited 10 more minutes before tracker said ready (20 min already passed). Go inside only to find out that it wasn't ready and they had "given pizza away". So they had to start a new one. I waited in the lobby for it to finish, (another 15 min). Once it boxed, handed to me, not an apology, no coupon, no discount, nothing... just very poor customer service. 45 min to get pizza. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and BBQ wings online at 6:30pm. It was finally delivered at 8:32pm, one a half hours later. Which means the food sat in their store for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, so it was received cold and dry. I had to use my own oven to make the food edible again. The store did not pick up the phone at all when I called. I waited 25 minutes on the line, listening to their advertising of how great Dominos is. In fact, they should not continue to accept orders, given that they are clearly understaffed to handle business properly. Probably everyone was calling to complain at the same time about how bad their service is! The only option left was to report an issue online about the order and was offered a coupon for a lousy medium pizza that must be redeemed within 30 days. What a joke! At the very least they should warn customers before an order is placed that they can expect to wait 1.5 hours for their overpriced food and that it will be received cold. And they have the nerve to charge a delivery fee! What a sorry, incompetent, irresponsible manager Portland Domino's has! read more

Why do I bother? Three times I have ordered from Domino's, three times the tracker shows pizza out of the oven and they "want to make sure it's right", three times I got cold pizza that took almost an hour to get from their oven to my front door. I tip with order so they can leave pizza and go. Now, I don't know if they don't care because I've already tipped, or in one case dude couldn't find our house. Seriously??? Each time I complain I get an offer for a free pizza, coupon to be used within 7 days. I don't want another cold pizza. I am done with this place. If they are short on drivers, then orders should be made in a more timely manner so they don't sit somewhere for an hour. read more

Just moved into town and needed dinner. Pizza is usually a sure bet for a first night move in dinner. Ordered 2 medium pizzas online. One Hawaiian and one Pepperoni/Sausage. Had them delivered via contactless delivery that was straightforward online how this works. Driver was on time and even though I stated the wrong Apt # on the order he found me. Super nice young man. Domino's Pizza, Inc has declined tremendously. I live in Portland, TX and we have four Pizza Parlors in our area. I have chosen Domino's Pizza because it was one one of the best. I understand that COVID has/had an impact on certain businesses over the last year. Somethings can be overlooked and something cannot. The problems start from the owners, to district managers to the store managers and employees. In the last year the orders have been incorrect, food cold just not a good experience overall. Yesterday, September 26, 2021 at 6:56pm I ordered pizza and wings online to enjoy a Sunday evening with my family. At 7:54pm I check the tracking online and it stated that the food was being prepped by Colton (store manager). All the while I was on the phone waiting for someone to speak to me, I waited on hold for a little over 15 minutes and still was on hold when I walked into the store. The manager Colton came across uncaring and blamed everything on firing staff for breaking items and being short staffed. I asked for his manager he could not remember her name but provided the area store phone number to reach out. I called the area store to speak to the district manager "Courtney", but spoke guest relations "Shirley". The district manager "Courtney" finally called me be without a care in the world, stating that she over see's 5 other stores and they are all short staffed, but receives more complaints about the Domino's store on Wildcat Drive. My suggestion was she should focus on that store a little more and stated she was working on a game plan. Honestly, "a game plan" was to shut me up because they have received multiple complaints regarding this store. I am a business owner in the customer service industry as well and like I stated before somethings can be overlooked and something cannot. The customer service is not what it used to be. Ordered pizza and specialty chicken ONLINE at 6:06pm. Yes, it was Friday and it had been raining. The online order time said 24-37 minutes. At 7:45 I drove down to the store after 2 phone calls at 7:14 and 7:33 telling me my order was out for delivery. When I got to the store my order had not even left!!!!! Kaleb was the manager on duty and I never even got an apology or offer of free anything. He told me I would have a refund in 5-7 days!!! And it's not like everyone it that store was going crazy with all the orders they had. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Never ordering from there again! read more

The food is perfectly fine, but their prices are highly deceptive. The only way to get half-decent value is to use the app and search for the right coupon. Sometimes they'll even have two coupons for almost the exact same thing for totally different prices, so you have to be very careful. read more

Pizza lukewarm, delivery extremely slow, worse experience in months

The flyer I received in the mail did not reflect an expiration date, it was printed smeared & crooked. I guess the expiration was either not printed or smeared so badly it was illegible. I did not get the coupon savings. Nathan at the store immediately offered to cancel my order rather than suggest an alternate order. Guess what, I agreed with him & cancelled the order. I know their pizza's are good, but this restaurant is severely lacking in customer service & whomever is in charge of their printing vendors.....one suggestion -QUALITY CONTROL!
