I live in the Crossing at Windsong apartment I've ordered from this Dominos twice and never received any pizza and lost almost $50. Apparently they don't deliver to apartment complexes. read more

Normally every time we order pizza etc to go no problem but last night my husband went to dominos I'm Prescott valley to pick our order up but was told that they could not except a hundred dollar bill I get it they have to be careful but at the moment they need to put a sign up saying they can't except 100 dollar bills because they didn't have one when my husband went there and he looked so he just left with no food there are a lot of things they need to work on including some of the staff having bad attitude and could care less that customers were there. We haven't ordered in about 5 years due to missing items. So we decided to give them a try again. Ordered a pizza and boneless wings. We got the pizza and sauces but no wings. Called and was told they should be there in about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later no wings. Called again and was told they would just refund the order. Asked again to speak to manager but manager is too busy to talk. They have totally lost our business. read more

Heading home on a late night after trekking around the Grand Canyon trying to find something to eat. Apparently everything in my area closes super early and at 10pm there weren't many food options available. After looking at my options I decided to go with Domino's. I haven't had pizza in a long time or been to a Domino's in forever so what the heck. I decided on the $5.99 deal and got a medium with extra marinara sauce, mushrooms, and spinach. Could not order pizza online that was on sale. Called Stor couldn't help Stor had us order online. Did not work three times. Finally the Store gave us a deal but for a dollar more in their pocket bring it to their attention and they didn't give a hoot. False advertising. Store would not authorize what the Internet would not provide. Employees at the store didn't help us at all kept running around all of our questions terrible employees. Plus, they didn't give us our whole order. The manager of the store gave us a huge runaround. He had terrible customer service will never eat there again. read more

We picked up pizza for the Superbowl game today. We ordered online and picked up the pizza 30 minutes later. Domino's has a coupon for $5.99 mix and match deal that we took advantage of. The restaurant employees were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pizza too! read more

Had an issue with my delivery a week ago and it was sent to the wrong address, when I called , the female night manager hung up twice on me , saying I was not being nice. What ? I paid for a service. Never talked down to her, never used foul language, just asked why. Yes I was upset. So my wife called a few minutes later as I was beyond mad at that point. The manager said well because you're nice , I will re make and send. Brutal customer service. so if I kiss there Fannie's, to get my food that I paid for is the only way they will resolve an issue ? This place does not even deserve one star. We have had several unpleasant and strange interactions with the staff and management at this location. A few months ago, a manager called my house while we were waiting for our order to be delivered. He was asking weird questions and wondering how the food was, even though it had not been delivered yet. I handed the phone to my husband, then the guy started asking my husband "who's that girl?" Like he was trying to pick me up. It was such a weird experience and so confusing that we just hung up. Another time I accidentally forgot to include a tip when ordering from the app, and the driver wrote us a passive aggressive note and left it with our pizza, even though we have ALWAYS tipped before and we order from there often. Today though, was the last straw. We ordered a sandwich, pasta and got a free "emergency pizza". The pizza looked like it had been burnt, thrown in the trash, then dug out and delivered to us. They also didn't put any cheese on it! I'm including a picture of it on this review. This location needs to be shut down, especially after the other reviews I've read here. read more

I'm a long-time user of this app and customer of Dominoes in Prescott Valley, AZ. The app sent me a notification that they are offering a free dessert to rewards customers, so I clicked on it and after logging in, the offer was nowhere to be found and they were charging me for the dessert. I called the main line for Dominos. They transferred me to my local store in PV, where I was promptly told they could not help me because it was an online offer. I called the main line back and was told they couldn't help me. This is false advertising. Between that and one of their delivery drivers using my phone # to try to get a bootie-call after delivering my pizza, I'm done with Domino's. I'll be taking my business to Pizza Hut from here on out. read more

I ordered 3 pizzas a 2 liter and brownies. The delivery driver texed that my order was left per my contactless delivery instructions. Went outside to bring in my order immediatly and it was not there. Spent over an hour trying to contact the store and no answer. Had to make a claim online to try and get a refund (if dominos will give me one) with tip my bill was $80. The only people that would answer me was the call service to place orders but no one, not even the supervisor could help. I wont be ordering from them again. read more

Thought we'd take a chance and try Domino's. Haven't gone to one in years and now I remember why. Placed the order on line, that went well, easy to understand and navigate. Do not order food from this Dominos location. As a former employee I can attest to the unsettlingly low standards management has for cleanliness and customer care. For several months there was not and may still not be a doorstop to the back leaving an entire inch of the door exposed so that cockroaches and other pests could crawl around by the dozens. They'd hang out right at the opening often finding their way into the store. We would regularly see them crawling around the cut table where pizzas are placed before they go home with you. I lost count of the number of RIP roaches I'd sweep up at the end of every night. Yes, they do have some pest control measures in place but when the bottom of the door is MIA and nothing stops the pests from going for the pizzas... poison doesn't really do its job... similarly to the management. The dish water is also rarely changed and most containers your food is kept in are poorly sanitized and left with residue from the days and weeks before. The screens that your pizza is cooked on sit in filth or on the floor most of the time. The delivery drivers will intentionally delay or inconvenience you if you do not tip them. The managers know this and are fine with this. If anything they actively encourage and laugh about it. The first driver to tell me about how they'd punish customers for not tipping was also a manager. You should have seen how he boasted about the levels of petty he'd stoop to over not getting a tip. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism and hostility of the senior staff but that's not about the food... although it will effect your service. But is the food good at least? No. Dominos may as well be giving out plastic pizzas. They ship the dough in from some factory hours away every week and it's barely food grade material and appears heavily bleached. Your twists are made with unwashed hands on an often unclean table that people keep their drinks, food, and personal belongings on. The amount of toppings is a joke and the management intentionally stiffs customers by underweighting items so that they can get bonuses by showing less losses on food waste at the end of every quarter. On top of the store being disgusting the building itself is decrepit. They're very aware it's not an environment to be making food in so they're in the process of scouting other locations with active plans to open two new sites to close this one. In the meantime that doesn't change the fact your food is being made in an environment you wouldn't want to inspect yourself. They always know in advance about inspections so for a few weeks every so often they'll do things properly, maybe you'll get lucky and come in during one of those times... But truly I just wouldn't chance it. Yes I'm a bitter former employee but I'm bitter for good reasons. Save yourself the upset stomach & disappointment and treat yourself to a pizza from another local shop that puts real effort, genuine care, and top shelf ingredients into the pizzas they serve. This Dominos has horrible customer service! I called and asked for 2 Lg Pepperoni Pizzas and 1 Med Cheese Pizza. I wanted all hand toss original crust. The call center told me that the medium only came with pan crust which I specifically said I did not want! I asked the customer service rep to just upgrade the Med Cheese to a Large so I could get the hand tossed crust just like the others. I even verified with him the total price and he said it would be ready for pick up. My husband picked up the order on his way home and we got the 2 Lg Pepperonis and a Medium Cheese with Pan Crust which like I said before I specifically stated I did NOT want. I immediately called them and told them. They said they was nothing they could do! I said well I paid for 3 Lg pizzas so you owe me money back. They said that the pan crust was additional so it costs the same as the large! So not only did the call center screw up but your now telling me I've paid extra for something I didn't want! I've worked in customer service for many years, the correct way to handle the situation would be to say we are so sorry for the mix up and we can offer you a personal or small size pizza to make up for the difference. We've ordered pizza from the Prescott Valley Az location for several years now and today we were charged twice...Beware! The manager, Brody, when shown my mobile device in his store, on my bank app showing it was paid, denied it was paid and said "if you want the pizza you'll have to pay again." We always pay upon delivery or at pick up because they have gotten our orders wrong several times in the past (the last being just before this Christmas) but have let it slide for writing any bad reviews until now. We had to contact our bank to dispute the extra charge. The Manager, Brody, was rude, argumentative and unapologetic!!! As long as we have been loyal customers to this particular store the nonexistence of customer service from this manager was appalling!!! Me and my roommates order pizza and sandwiches all the time. We order a $45 order on 4/20/18. When it arrived my chicken Parmesan sandwich was sad with almost no chicken, and my chicken carbonara had 1 piece of chicken in it. I called over to complain and get it replaced. Joshua, the day time manager was rude. He said that was funny because he made it himself. After much going round and round with him, he agreed to resend those items. They arrived over an hour after. This is an ongoing problem with the lunch shift and poor management. Called corporate and they are sending a message to the franchise owner, however I'm afraid it will never get better. We ate at our hotel and found that this was the very best dominos we have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly and the whole order was correct and hot. Very dirty place and its gotten worse. Old man with the beard hardly washes his hands, handles 20 different pizzas. Not to mention has rings on which can harbor dirt and junk, not to mention cross contamination much?. Is always scratching his beard and rubbing his nose and when he does finally wash his hands, gos to rubbing his nose with the same papertowl he used to dry the hands.
