This isn't the first time they messed up the order. Things happen. Today I ordered and I got a message that the food was delivered. No food. I called the store and I was told it was left on my mailbox. My mailbox is at the end of my driveway which is 400 ft long. I can't see it from my house. We looked. Nothing there. No apology. Told I can have it remade or my money refunded. I said okay remake it. Celeste who says she is the manager there said it will take 50 minutes. Really? I thought it was a 30 minute guarantee? I placed an order for delivery and my pizza came literally cut off center. So I had 3 pieces that were huge and the others were the size of my palm. The cheese stuffed bread was very good and hot. The worst Dominos experience every. The first and the last time I will order from this Dominos! And I ordered from Dominos at least once a week. Place my order online a little before 8pm. The Dominos "tracker " states my order was check at 8:15 pm. At 8:53pm still no pizza. I decided to call the store to see how long the pizza would take and they told me an hour to an hour and half really!!! WTF I'm staying at a hotel 10 minutes down the street and I have to wait 2 hrs for a pizza. Somebody from the store should call the customer and left them know that they are short staff and delivery will take a little longer instead of have customers just waiting around. This review is about the Domino's in Prince Frederick, MD and their general manager. I ordered 2 boxes of wings, a sandwich and medium pizza... when the wings arrived I have to say I have never seen any so tiny in my life... not even as big as my thumb and we order frequently. I reached out to complain and was first told sorry that is how they come. I called back and requested to speak with the manager... was told I was speaking to him but wasn't. Called and requested owner info and was told they couldn't provide name or contact number and handed me over to the general manager. after much discussion he said he was going to give me a partial refund. Instead he charged my card for $15 and said he would void the $30 transaction without letting me know both charges will appear.... I said wait I can't do that.. he said it's too late. I became extremely upset because that is going to affect this single mother and her kids this weekend... and would have simply let them keep the original transaction (no refund). I started to swear and then started to immediately apologize. He hung up... I called back and he wouldn't let me say anything. He repeatedly said that there was nothing I could do, he wouldn't speak to me... it is illegal to say you are refunding someone and ask for their card when you are actually adding a charge for that amount... especially when he didn't communicate that and I didn't give him permission to do that. As usual, extra sauces requested and paid for and not delivered, after ordering 3 times prior. Pizza was ordered just before closing and was delivered undercooked and extra sauces were forgotten again. Called and spoke with Sara the shift manager. She immediately copped an attitude and told me that my online order was wrong and did not have any extra sauces ordered. After explaining to her that I was looking at my email verification online as I spoke with her she became more ignorant and rude. Called and requested to speak with general manager and was told he wasn't available and never returned calls. Overall , poor service, quality, and management. Would not order from EVER again. I ordered online at 7.15 and it kept telling me it didn't process and to try again soon I did they took out of my account a couple of times so I called 7.20 spoke to manager and He seen it processed and He said it will refund me back in 24 hours, so I was okay with that, I called back at 8.49 there is no record of my order with a new asst manager and SHE said that SHE was told what happened from the other manager. I just called to order a pizza. When I asked about specials I was told I couldn't get one pizza for under 10, that the special was 14.99 for two mediums, 2 toppings and a single was 15.99 or two toppings. I asked about the. 5.99 special and I was told it wasn't offered anymore (now I see it is if I ordered on-line). Thus I would have to order two pizzas for a cheaper price than a single I was stunned.
