I love 3 Brothers. I have seen other reviews and say that this cannot be the same place that I go to? I have been a guest of theirs for over 10 years. They treat me like family and I have even asked them to host my classes 50th reunion several years ago. Bart, Loretta, Jennifer and especially our Laura take good care if you. Their pizza stands out. Love their buffalo chicken wrap and their chicken cheeses teak. Great selection of desserts all the way to yummy brownies and black and white cookies. Oh, and I forgot salads. The Chicken Cobb and Buffalo Chicken salad are great. I enjoy each time I go there and am glad to recommend. read more

My wife and I went there for lunch this week. Everyone was really nice. We ordered and tried to pay, but their credit card system was not working. The manager tried several times to get it working, even called their tech guy, but it was not fixed. We did not have enough cash, so I told my wife that I would go to an ATM. When I got back I went to pay, but the manager would not let me, and he made our lunch "on the house". We had a great lunch, the atmosphere was really good, family style. The manager even gave us some gift cards for our troubles. We have yet to go there and not get good service and good food. This was above and beyond! Thanks! read more

Regretfully, in my view point, this location is progressively going downhill. Since the manager patty moved to another store and it was taken over by somebody else. Last time I ordered shrimp. Alfredo, it was the consistency of milk ordered shrimp parmesan tonight, and the whole bottom of the bowl was swimming in water. My dinner jest asked for an extra blue cheese dressing for their side salad, which is fairly large and was told there would be an extra charge for blue cheese. Been a customer of this business in different locations. Since the eighties, and it just seems like this location has given up Trying. I think they might just wanna consider how much longer they're gonna stay open? Since they also have adopted designer hours, including closing at seven p m on a monday. read more

I visited Three Brothers and an issue arose with my order due to an allergy. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he refused to remake the order or issue a refund. He repeatedly tried to insist that I take a pizza containing an ingredient I am allergic to, which was extremely concerning. A few (and I truly mean a few) employees were kind and courteous--thank you to them. Unfortunately, the overall service was not up to par. The lack of professionalism, particularly in handling a serious allergy concern, left me with a very poor experience. I personally would not return to this restaurant. read more

First impressions matter--especially when there aren't many pizza options in Prince Frederick, MD. I used to enjoy Three Brothers in Bowie years ago, so I decided to give their Prince Frederick location a try tonight. I arrived at 7:30 p.m., well before their listed closing time of 8:00 p.m. (according to both their website and Yelp). As soon as I walked in, I was told--rather curtly--that it was carry-out only. There was no signage or notice online indicating that dine-in service ends early. Whether I eat in or carry out, the food is paid for, and so is the staff. I wasn't part of a large group--I simply wanted a pizza and a seat like any other customer that day. Instead, I left and took my business to Brick Oven Pizza. Not only do they have better Yelp reviews, they offered a much more welcoming and comfortable experience. read more

Today was a pretty good day at Three Brothers. The customer service was pretty good. The young woman at the counter greeted us with a smile and took our order. My friend threw a few curveballs at her when making his order, but she made sure to tell the cook. Everything came out perfect. My chicken cheese steak was soooooo goooood. Highly recommended. I got it "loaded". This means it comes with "hots" (hot peppers). The sub had a little kick of spicy but not really hot. Well to me at least. If you like spicy, don't be afraid at all. The interior decor could use a little updating, but this is a place where you grab a meal, not have a candlelight dinner. There is outside seating, and when the weather is nice, it's a great spot to sit outside and eat. read more

Ordered calzones and a slice of pizza for the road. calzones were hot, fresh and both types spinach and the other pepperoni were big and full of flavor. Also very nice was the fact the order came with 2 cups each of sauce for the calzones and I didn't have e to ask. The pizza was good wish the crust was thicker but that said it was hot, tasted good and the bottom of the crust was t burnt. Very friendly cashier, while waiting looked around clean atmosphere l, plenty of space between tables and most of all food was hot As I did eat the pizza on the way home. We ordered ahead for pickup. The customer service was great, but the food was below average. My husband got the chicken parm. It was ok, but wasn't anything special. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was not good. There was zero flavor (not even salt) and no texture due to over cooked noodles. Definitely wouldn't order again. Both meals came with garlic bread and a side salad. Bread was good and the salad tasted fresh. May be back to try other things, but will stay away from the pasta. read more

They are on the local Door Dash, so I tried out the sampler platter to get a good idea of the italian pasta overall. It was just average. Nothing I would go out of my way for, and not what someone used to eating Italian (our family is) would be impressed. Not sure how the pizza is, but the stuffed shells, cheese ravioli and manicotti were all just a meal that will get you by, unfortunately. I'd try something else. I'm sitting here waiting for the pizza I ordered... again. The online ordering is complete chaos. Sure, It'll give you an estimated time, but just plan to wait another 30 minutes to over an hour on top of the estimate. It's happened more than once. Look, the staff is trying hard, but I don't think the oven is big enough for the demand on a typical Friday. Just give me a semi accurate time estimate and all is good. The thing that really bugs me is the dine in customers don't seem to wait any extra time, and I'm pretty sure the door dash drivers don't wait either. The online order pickups, oh boy. I have a feeling their way of doing things pushes all the online orders back and prioritizes everything else. This is where the estimated time seems to go insanely wrong. I can't prove it, but it sure looks like it while you wait there well over your estimated time over and over again. I don't think I'll order here again. My family is starving at home again and now this backup is making me late for other things in my life. Yes, I do more than pick up pizzas with my free time and I try to keep a tight schedule. The Pizza is good. It's the best in Prince Frederick, but that's not saying much. There's not much competition besides dominoes and papa John's and neither of which is really pizza. I'm just hangry. The staff at the restaurant are always so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help make everything perfect. We are frequent customers, either by dine in or carry out. Always consistent. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't enjoy the eggplant Parmesan. It seemed to have been previously frozen and had a chewy slimy texture. Walked over from the hotel where I was staying for a late meal. At the counter, the decision was tough. The garlic and tomato smell was strong, so I opted for their lasagna and got a seat outside. A few minutes later, a salad that was mostly lettuce (meh, but that wasn't the point of the meal) arrived with a packet of dressing. Another basket with garlic break and that was quite good - hot and buttery. And then the lasagna arrived. Piping hot and steaming, I had to wait a bit to avoid scorching the inside of my mouth. Lots of cheese, lots of meat, lots of pasta. A good sized and very tasty serving. I was a little bummed that I'd eaten all the garlic bread already. *smile* Visit two was for two slices to go. Their pizza isn't thin crust but it's not thick crust either. Somewhere in between and certainly not the gigantic sized slices of NY style I prefer. But it was decent, if maybe a little doughy. I visited "Three Brothers" (5/21/16) 1st time. Grab a quick lunch before attending A local event. The place is a pizzeria & sit down restaurant. It was a rainy day not many diners during my meal. I ordered Lasagna w/Caesar Salad & fountain drink. $11 not bad-my meal delicious. My server brought the lasagna salad and a side of garlic bread to my table. The lasagna was piping hot and the mozzarella cheese was still bubbling on top. Decent size portion (see photo). The service was very fast by the time I got my soda the salad was on the table-lasagna followed shortly after. Great customer service. So haven't eaten at three brothers in very long time. Live local and always loved their pizza. Went Friday and today. Both days I lost 10lbs weight ordering food. Temp easily was 90 degrees with no AC. Ordered for dining in. Quickly found my family being taken hostage by a colony of fruit flies. Ants on the walls and those damn flies that are just that much quicker than you. Overall food was great, but I can't see how that place could pass any code inspection with the heat and insects.
