On Wednesday, April 29, 2026; our girlfriend chose to lunch at the delicious and well diverse variety of opportunity of drinks, appetizers and entrees! Derek and his staff of servers were on point with setting up for our group, but was more impressive is the warmth, the ambiance, the atmosphere of superbness! Initially we were to be a rather large group but with the season of allergies, colds, and other illnesses, we became a group of around 20. My visit was disappointing. The food lacked quality and flavor, and although the staff was polite, the service moved at a crawl. The building itself really needs attention - the interior feels worn down, and the exterior looks neglected and honestly a bit gross. The food should get 5 stars but the manager Judy was not helpful and just took the path of lest resistance. The server was great but attempted to order something off their online menu and they no longer offer it in the store. You can order it online for in-store pickup. Then they have games at the front door for kids to play that cost a $1 per play. No signage saying play at your own risk or anything. Took my 4 year olds money and she did not get to play and Judy just said these are third party machines sorry we can't do anything for you. This is completely unacceptable, if you want to have machine on your property that you are not going to take ownership you should have signage so parents can let their kids know. Wish that had management that kept up with their food quality. Love that they have tv's everywhere the restaurant has a great setup for big parties if needed. This is a convienent spot for lunch and or dinner a no frills family spot with a game arcade for the kids to lose your money while you dine. Staff is pleasant and professional , food is very good with a strong influence of Korean sauces on some food items wings being a specialty to include being smoked. Stopped in for lunch. We found a spot at the bar..... Karen was our Bartender. Nice, warm personality. Inside, they have several TV's showing all sort of channels for sports. Service is everything! We've had mixed feelings about our experiences here, but let me say, this one was beyond amazing! Our server, Mikalyn was exceptional. Friday afternoon we went to Wings And Rings at 1020 El Jobean Rd, Port Charlotte, in the Town Center drive across from Red Lobster.  TBH I wasn't expecting  much, given the reviews I've read online, but I was pleasantly surprised.  It is just another example to read everything with a grain of salt and find out things for yourself. We arrived and waited a minute before anyone knew, but it gave us time to look around.  The place is much larger than we had thought and it was not only spacious, but clean as well.  They do have outside seating, but since it was humid, we opted for inside.  It was cool but comfortable.  Our wait person, Desiree, asked what we wanted to drink.  While she was off getting the Diet Cokes, we had time to look at the menu and it was extensive.   My wife ordered the boneless wings, plain with a side of onion rings with bleu cheese dip.  I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch burger with a side of rings and bleu cheese dip.  When our food came out, it at first did not look like much b/c they were placed in oversize bowls. so it was deceiving.  We both thought that the onion rings were some of the BEST we ever had! You could taste the beer batter and it was not greasy at all!  They were crisp and flavorful.  We both were NOT impressed by the bleu cheese dip.  I would love to try some of the Ghost Pepper Ranch dip next time.  My wife said that the boneless wings were delicious.  She was very happy with them.  I can say the same thing for my Ghost Pepper Ranch burger!  It was very flavorful and the roasted jalapeños on top were a great addition.  The heat was good and not overpowering.  All in all we really enjoyed our meal. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was decent, given this is a sports bar.  There are plenty of TVs to grab your attention.  We will be back and think this place is a decent place to recommend people to try.  I think you will find it a good option.  Try it out and see! read more

I usually enjoy their food and we frequent here for take out at least every 4 weeks. Tonight I tried something different and was not pleased. I ordered the Ranchero Tots, they are described as tater tots with cheese and bacon in them. Take a look at the pic, there appears to be yellow which would indicate cheese, no bacon. There are the artificial bacon bits on the outside. Then it says sauce, look at pic, maybe 1 Tablespoon. And I'm being generous. We had a great waiter, and because of him, I wish I had more nice things to say. But the food was absolutely disgusting. Wings need to be cooked right or they are gross. These wings were soggy and chewy, as well as cold. The ones we ordered with sauce had a cold congealed blob of sauce on top. (Wouldn't it be better to toss them in sauce? Is the kitchen too lazy to do this?) We were shorted wings, and brought this to the attention to out awesome waiter, who made it right-but the kitchen was slow to get it out, and we had already finished the rest of them. Responding to Management You couch your answer around freedom of choice, but does your staff really have the choice or is it made for them. 100% of the staff did not have a mask, now is that their choice or has management pressured them into not wearing a mask. This is about all previous trips. I just have to say amazing, the food is always so good, staff are always so friendly. I love that they have cauliflower wings (1. I'm vegetarian, and 2. Healthy and delicious!). I always go with my boyfriend, whenever I come to visit, we make it a point to go here! We constantly order takeout as well. I like to switch it up what I get once and a while. However my bf is a stick with it if it's good, he'll usually get the 20 wings with half Ghost Pepper Ranch and half Lemon Pepper. The people and service was really good, we enjoyed sitting out on their large covered deck. But the food was mediocre.

We got takeout from here. Not one customer or staff member was wearing a mask. We were the ONLY ones. We sat outside to wait and had the pleasure of inhaling a woman's cigarette smoke 2 tables over. At first I thought she couldn't possibly be allowed to smoke, until I saw she was provided with an ash tray. I gave an extra star because the food was good. Was just here tonight 6/27 and they have customers seated in every booth. They wanted to put us in a both with people on both sides so we asked our server for a new table that follows the current social distancing requirements and was told that they do not observe social distancing. WHAT? State currently mandates 50 capacity and social distancing between tables. Even thou we were able to move half way through our meal they sat a table of little league kids directly next to us. We simply left and will not be back. The manager of this place should be ashamed of their willingness to endanger their customers!
