So you tell me I get a free pizza after X amount of orders online, hahaha you're a fucking joke. Technically I'm paying a $4 delivery charge each time besides the tip which should go to the driver but, instead to the pocket of corporate assholes who designed the $4 delivery charge. Therefore the "free" medium pizza really isn't free. You're just bending over the customers as well as your delivery drivers whom use their own vehicles and fucking them straight in the ass. Your pizza is only good when everywhere else is closed at 11pm till 1am or so. IF you happen to get through on the phone you'll get an immigrant that doesn't speak English and is rude as heck. Horrible. I ordered online and an hour later after it said my food was being checked I called to see what was going on. The boy on the phone told me he was canceling my order only because there was no manager... I don't think that qualifies as a reason to cancel my order after an hour of it being ready. I ordered a small onion , mushroom pizza with Xtra cheese and talk lousy . Where the onions were i dont know . I asked and showed him the pizza pointing out the scant amount of them and he said they were under the cheese . When I got home there weren't any onions under the cheese . Absolutely horrible- the food is garbage 50% of the time and it takes FOREVER for them to make it. I had to cancel an order because the "35 minute wait time" was actually two hours. After waiting an hour for "Michael to put my pizza in the oven" I called to check in - I still had 4 pizzas ahead of me and it would be twenty minutes before it was even made. Terrible experience with online ordering & Carside pickup. First, our food didn't even go into the oven until well after it was supposed to be picked up. We'd already been waiting 20 minutes outside when the tracker updated to say it was baking. Then, when we tried to call the store to see what the issue was, it didn't even ring. It just went straight to a message about the phone not being able to take calls at that time. The Dominos texting help was also completely useless in a time-sensitive situation, since it was all done by a bot that just sent me an email with the case number. We finally went inside to see what the problem was, and the person behind the counter was completely unfazed and said they "hadn't had time to bring stuff out in a while." Meanwhile, we'd seen at least 4 other people get their orders. Despite what the tracker said, there was our order, just sitting on a shelf getting cold. This store clearly needs to stop being so cheap and hire more people for weekends. There's clearly a volume issue that the current workers can't handle, and they aren't paid enough to deal with people's frustration. As a result, things are completely disorganized and it's become untenable for us. We used to go to this location regularly but won't be back. read more

Delivery took forever, the drivers like to fudge the tracker so it says it's further along than it really is. You'll ne staring at " quality check " for at least 10-20 minutes. if it takes you longer to check the food is done than it does to eat it, there's an issue. Cashier accused me of stealing money. My total came out to $25.12. I gave her $40.12. She gave me a $10 bill and a $5 which is the correct change. She insisted she gave me $20 back. She handed me two bills. If she had given me $20 back, that would mean she gave me two $10 bills, right? Right. I had one $10 bill and the $5 she gave me. I even showed her the bills in my wallet and that there was no possible scenario that she gave me $20 back. She replied "I need $5 back.". I told her I would wait while she counted the drawer because I am not a thief and would have loved to prove her wrong in front of her manager. She replied "no. I'm not counting it. Just give me the $5". Excuse me? All in all, the manager said he would count the drawer and give me a call if there were any discrepancies. Guess who didn't get a call? Looks like this young lady (wish I remembered her name) needs to be taken off the register and replaced with someone who can do basic math. Have fun working minimum wage forever! Strictly take out. Not even a chair to sit in while your food is prepared. Had a coupon for a free pizza that necessitated me ordering on line. Was a pain to st up the account but very easy after that. Pizza tasted OK, but wasn't great. Certainly not worth the money at full price. A large (14") 1 topping pizza cost me thirteen and change. Located on a busy corner, there's not a lot of parking nor is it easy to get into the parking lot at busy hours. The facts that the kids like it means I will probably have to go back at some point. I'll pay the extra dollars and have it delivered. The good part about delivery is that if you pay by card the driver will ask to see the card and ID to keep you honest. A review of Domino's Pizza in Southbridge, MA. A review by S.Osper I like Domino's Pizza. Not as much as Pizza Hut or Pizza Chef (A local pizza joint-locals of Southbridge will know what I'm talking about.) This Domino's was originally located on the more lively part of Main Street-Across from Friendly's. It has since moved to a location still on Main Street but towards the beginning section. It now is plagued by terrible parking. The staff could be brighter (No offense to the smarter employees.) Every time I've had pizza from this particular one it has either been terrible or okay. A second set of problems arise when you ask for delivery. They say it will be "thirty minutes." But recently when I ordered from there it was an hour or nearing an hour. The staff could be nicer and more interactive. Other than that, it is okay, but if you are looking for somewhere quick to eat, why not go down to the McDonald's on the edge of town, it is just as unhealthy but with with 5x less the wait time... A Review of Dominos Pizza in Southbridge, MA. By Dimitri D. Dominos is one of my favorite pizza joints. (Food and taste wise) next to Pizza Hut. USUALLY the food at this Dominos is decent. However, I must criticize the staff and the service. For starters the employee I talked to told me it would be ready in roughly 30 minutes. Well, that estimate was pretty damn rough. It took ONE HOUR for the pizza to arrive at our door. Dominos is supposed to be known for speedy delivery. WTF? Not to mention the the staff seems pretty unintelligent (the previous statement does not apply to the brighter employees) Here is an example of not-so-smart the employee that I talked to was: I was over my friend's house who lives in a double decker apartment. The man asks me whether it is a house or an apartment. When I tell him that it is an apartment and that we are on the lower level he asks me "Would that be the downstairs?" It sounds as if these guys never graduated elementary school. Food is usually good but 85% of the time the service is lousy. ONE HOUR!!! read more

The kids love having dominoes so we order from here quite a bit by ordering online. They usually have some good coupons and the cheesy bread and lava cakes are sooo good as well.
