Out of about 5 times that I have ordered from this location this is my only bad experience. Maybe it was a bad night to order pizza for me. I got 2 large 2 topping pizzas. To say the least, 7/11 pizza tasted better than this visit. The bread was so dry it felt like I was eating a plain baguette with no sauce and minimal cheese. The pizza was also paper thin, no garlic crust. I did reach out to the restaurant and the manager told me to come by for a 1 replacement pizza out of 2 that I ordered. read more

I would like to say that this establishment and their employees are very courteous and friendly. The people behind the counter were super-friendly when we walked in to make an order. Everyone was smiling; no one looked stressed or rushed. We were told our pizza would take about 15 minutes to bake. Their waiting area has a few tables, so we parked it and hung out while it baked. This Domino's has a lot of traffic and it was freezing outside, so the area was very cold. There are tables and chairs we intended to eat at, but it was just not possible with how breezy it was. Pizza was ready when I walked in, (took 11 minutes to make) fast service and the staff was very friendly. Got the online order special, two items or more for $5.99 each. Ordered a thin crust pineapple and pepperoni, hand tossed sausage and pepperoni and an order of the spinach, feta stuffed bread. The thin crust was cooked perfectly, just enough sauce and the pineapple tasted really fresh! My kiddo devoured his pizza and between the bf and I, there was no trace is the spinach, feta bread left. For a chain pizzeria this location used to make a pretty good pie. A couple of years ago when Dominoes corporate announced making improved pizzas, this location starting going downhill. I have been disappointed the last couple of times here but last night went for the online deal of 50 percent off. I received a sloppy mess. I asked for well done and it was undercooked. Made my order clear and it was repeated back to me. One of my pizzas was cheese and pepperoni. Got home to find it just a plain cheese pizza. When I called to address the situation and ask them to simply switch out the pizza and I'd bring the other one back, the manager told me there is nothing they can do about it besides give me a free breadstick order because "I ordered just cheese". So just because she misheard me means that's what I ordered? I've never seen a manager insist on not addressing an order screw up.. any other pizza place gladly offers to deliver the correct one or at least let me change it out. A bunch of rude young employees working in this store. Side note: they also don't warn you before hand that they don't accept $50 dollar bills so if that's all you have you are screwed.. didn't realize that was such a huge bill. Brooklyn style pizza is the greatest. It's 7.99 for a large and it's great on type 1 diabetics blood sugar. You can order lite sauce which helps with glucose increases. Great taste I love Brooklyn style not a lot of places around here make Brooklyn style. read more

Sorry for the long review but to some it up the cook touched Money and then touched food without washing his hands. I order pizza from dominos often usually is always delivered. Now when I order the food the food is always amazing. BUT on 5/27 we were leaving the park so we decided to pick up pizza on our way home. First thing that through me off is when I walked through the door it was a guy making pizzas. As I stood there for maybe 3 minutes not once did this guy turn around to acknowledge me. Now I know it's gets busy but at least give me a welcome to dominos someone will be with you shortly. It wasn't to much of a big deal but just thought I would give me thoughts on that part BUT the BIGGEST concern I had with this dominos is once the guy finally acknowledged me he came and took my order with a not so friendly attitude but whatever. I ordered the 2 medium 2 topping carry out special. Well before I continued to check out I realized they had the exact special for larges though so I asked him if it was ok for me to change it at this time I had handed him money but he just put he Money in the register without giving me my change he went and grabbed the manager for help. So the manager comes to the front very nice guy. He fixed everything gave me my change and everything. This whole time the manager is helping me I'm watching the other guy as he proceeds to finish making someone else's pizza and immediately started making mine. Well I had told my boyfriend like I just watched this guy not wash his hands. So I call back over the manager and asked for a refund and explained why and left. The food here made my family and I violently ill. It smelled funny as soon as we opened the boxes. We order 2 large pizzas and a breadstick. The breadsticks were burned, and the pizza crust was soggy and had a spoiled smell to it. We took one bite and spit it out and had to throw away both pizzas. They wouldn't give us our money back. The delivery driver called us on his cell phone and said he couldn't knock on the door and we should have been looking out our living room window to open the door for him when he showed up. What?! Who does that? Who looks out a window or stands in the driveway waiting for a pizza delivery guy? Ever heard of a doorbell? What a joke this place is. Stay away from this place. My wife and are very healthy eaters, we normally do not eat pizza at all but choose to eat at Domino's on Friday. Friday night about 3 hours after eating the pizza my wife began throwing up,and had diarrhea. My symtoms soon followed although I did not throw up or have diarrhea, my symtoms were burning stomach, overall feeling of being sore and sick to my stomach. It is now Thursday , 6 days later and I still feel the same symptoms my wife stopped having diarrhea and stopped throwing up on Tuesday but still today she is experiancing the same symptoms as me , lost of appetit, burning stomach, sick to her stomach. The pizza was the cause we ate nothing else out of the ordinary , our diet is the same everyday. I will never buy from this place again. Both my wife and I had to take 2 days off of work beacause of this. Thank god we did not feed our 1 year old son the pizza he was having his regular chicken and veggie dish. Its a shame this place has went down the tubes like it has, when I went to pick up the pizza there were kids just not even paying attention to the people walking in I had to wait 5 mins before someone could even take my order. I used to eat at this Dominos in the 90's and it was the best. Looks like you lost a customer and believe me I will tell everyone I know about this.
