Been ordering from Toarmina's for at least 5 years and never had any issues with our order. Any of the employees who answer the phone are pleasant and kind, I really appreciate that! We usually order a large thin crust Deluxe or Meatfest cooked well done and it's always delicious and cooked to our liking. Price is a bit high but so well worth it, you get what you pay for!! Twice they delivered the wrong pizza . Would hate to have to find another pizza place. They make good pizza's. And it took about a hour and a half to get the wrong pizza. They did bring me correct pizza after I called . Too bad it was getting cold by the time I got it. read more

Every time we order the big party pizza it ends up squished (see photo) because the delivery guy struggles to carry it and the box slightly tips. Bright side, the pizza is so good I don't mind a few squished slices. I will still continue to order the pizza for every party I have! read more

Been having pizza delivered from this place for months first few times never an issue . Now a different delivery driver seems to want to tell us every time we order ( only on arrival ) never on phone at time of order that we are out of delivery area . If you take the time to tell me this on every delivery don't you think it would make sense to tell us that on phone and not be so rude every time? We've been ordering here for months . Maybe they should get Becky back because she made this place a nice atmosphere, this delivery driver is not personable and he's rude to toraminas loyal customers. Pizza sure did hit the spot for this cheese lover! I definitely will be ordering again in the near future. My only gripe was the delivery driver was a lil less then pleasant, he had quite the potty mouth. I've seen the commercials on TV and the pizza looks so good and I must admit I'm surprised by the size. In the past two months I have ordered from Toarmina's Pizza at two different locations. At both locations the staff has been so helpful and kind in helping me order for large groups. The pizza is delicious and I definitely recommend ordering the 24 inch pizza not only is it a conversation piece but it's so good. Everything is fresh and they do not skimp on the toppings or cheese. Just the right amount of sauce too. Salads are very large which you will definitely have left overs. We ordered bread and chicken wings. read more

We ordered a large pizza and a large square pan pizza which looked liked they were made by someone who never did it before. Totally tasteless. Both pizza's had about a teaspoon of sauce and 11 pepperonis and very little cheese. Also ordered a salad ,will give them credit there was lettuce but little else.Will not be back. read more

This is my go to for quanity (aka I have a house full of teenage boys). High points: good assortment of coupons and specials, phone etiquette is perfect and makes ordering a breeze, the quanity and quality for the price is amazing, the deliver people have a personality and patience as I'm trying to wrestle a 24 inch pizza and 14 add ons past a room full of of starving hormone carriers, and while they may be a little later on delivery than they quote they always own it. The real sticking point of their food is the day after because while the boys will eat cold congealed pizza for breakfast I have some standards. I can reheat without it becoming a dried out inedible mess or having to soop up a gross amount of grease. read more

I been ordering from you guys for a year and a half now and all of a sudden this year they want to pull some stuff on me a month ago it took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver my pizza when they said 30-45 min and just yesterday they did the same thing and when I ended up getting everything it was ALL WRONG EVEN DOWN TO THE SAUCE I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous y'all gonna start losing business if you keep pulling this BS read more

Pre-ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas with a few salads for an event. Toarminas called to confirm the order a few days prior and had the wrong date. Day of event pizza order was incorrect (pepperoni and cheese pizzas should be simple?) and all salads were missing. Upon attempting to resolve the issue we were told we need to buy the replacement pizzas. Very poor customer service delayed our event, would not recommend this disorganized place. read more

Had a pepperoni pizza with bacon and onions and it was good. I was really craving a New York style pizza and even though it looks like one in their pictures on the website, its just a regular pizza. This is my favorite go to for pizza only my second pizza since I decided venture out of my old pizza places and happy followed my quest. I can't get over the friendliness of the young man at the counter and the young lady to took my order fast service and the pizza hot and so much flavor and the pepperoni wasn't like some places that their extremely spicy not every one wants to burn a hole in their stomach lining.I am trying to go there only once at most as a special treat because I want to shed a few pounds so need to stick to a plan of going on the first day of each month with a seven and if I miss that day I'll have to wait to try again the following month. They also have a program after buying five pizzas you'll get $5.00 off your next order and even a $10.00 bill for you tenth pizza what country . The higher reviews on here are confusing. Do people not like flavor? This is literally the worst pizza I have ever had. It is absolutely flavorless. The toppings, cheese, sauce, crust, just everything. How can all of these things come out tasting so very bland? It's like some kind of evil sorcery zapped all of the flavor. I got a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. I ordered delivery after the snow hit. Price was high even though I had a coupon. Guy on the phone seemed confused about their promos so I don't know if I was overcharged or what. Whatever. On the plus side delivery was fast so that's a bonus. Again though,the pizza was terrible so who cares how fast it got there. I actually threw away the leftovers. Tossing leftover pizza is something I literally have never done in my life. Always order from the Trenton location. Had a problem with using a coupon with a credit I was issued for my last order that was not made as it should have been. Manager told me to call and speak to the owner the following day so I did and he basically told me that's too bad and if I didn't like it to go order some place else. I had a large pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Let me just say, that the bread sticks were gross. I would not recommend them at all. The pizza was good while it was fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the pizza is awful the next day. The cheese gets rubbery and chewy. I cannot be the only person who orders pizza for the family with the intentions of having it for lunch the next day, and this is not the place for that. With all the different pizza places in the area, this is not the go to place for me. It is expensive and I would rather take my business somewhere else. read more

Good pizza, poor customer service. Had to wait an hour and a half for our delivery! I have never waited that long for a pizza delivery ever, even on a Friday! After an hour we called to see what was up and they told us the delivery guy was on his way. However, the pizza place is only five minutes from our house and it took another 30 minutes! We went to Trenton for hockey, and had a van full of 14 year old boys. This place is right by Kennedy Ice Arena and easy to find. We ordered the large (please understand, when you order a large...you're getting a huge pie) meat lover pizza and hot wings (I suggest that you ask for them crispy). With four boys and an adult male, we still had leftovers - amazingly good pizza, and, the owner adds his own special hot sauce to the wings if you ask for it (make sure that you do). Talked to the owner for quite a long time - they are big into hockey and wanted to know how the team was doing, who we had on the schedule, etc...very welcoming. I would recommend this place for anyone hungry after a game at the rink, or, if you need to feed the family and live in the local area. read more

I ordered four of the big party pizza's for a birthday party I was hosting and placed the order a week ahead of time. I repeatedly asked for the pizza's to be cut into squares. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the pizza's were not cut to my request (AND THEY WERE COLD)! I ordered the 24'' Round Hawian pizza with butte Cheese crust, a Greek salad, and Cinnamon Bread. I had it delivered to Woodhaven. My pizza arived in about 25 minutes piping hot and Delicious. The Salad was good as well. The cinnamon bread with the icing was so great i could not stop eating it. Very Impressed with the pizza and service. I ordered a pizza online for delivery on a Friday they delivery time passed and the money had been taken off my card so I called and the "manager" says she didnt get any order online orders from me she took my name and number and said she'll have the manager look at it and call me back. Saturday comes and no one calls me back so I ordered again online no one comes no one calls. I ordered again Sunday online delivery time passes so I call again and the same "manager" I spoke to 2 days prior says she called me to tell me they can no longer the phone rang once and went to voicemail but they can no longer talk online orders from me. I'm told her no one has called my phone I've been by my phone and no one left a voice mail at all. I will never order from this place again management is horrible I will be calling the corporate office in the morning because this situation was handled very poorly. The money situation was still never taken care of. If I could give zero stars I would. read more
