WOW. Domino's!! Gotta be new ownership because about 4-5 years ago this place sucked farts. There's a dude in there makin pizzas with the Dominos logos tattooed on his forearms. So I normally don't review quick style pizza however when it's bad it's bad and then I'll make a review. So we ordered a bunch of pizzas and for pick up. My sister and my dad went to the location at the time specified and when they arrived they it wasn't ready and the order was incorrect. They told my sister the order was placed wrong and made them pay for a cheese pizza instead of fixing the order and replacing a pepperoni with a cheese. As they were discussing it the female staff got an attitude and rolled her eyes at my elderly father and sister. When my sister called them out she lied about having an attitude and rolling her eyes at them. After they received all the pizzas and wings and got home, they weren't given any wing sauces. The cheese pizza that they gave late wasn't even cooked and had to be placed in the oven for 20 minutes to make it edible. I normally don't review pizza joints but good lord this was bad and we will never use them again even if it's close. We will use Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. read more

Well after a long day I really thought I could get away with not cooking dinner tonight.. Considering my food was finished at 7:51.. I thought maybe it's a glitch so I politely called 30 minutes later to see if my food was on the way. They let me know that they didn't have a driver at the store or it would already be on it's a way. I understand they couldn't help that as I work in food also but after waiting another 15 minutes I decided I didn't want the food anymore. I'd prefer it to be more on the fresh side & with all due respect the food wasn't even on the way yet after basically an hour of already being cooked. Had they offered to make it fresh again while waiting on the driver I may have kept the order. Maybe my luck will be better next time and I'll update my review. ‍ read more

Do not order from this dominos. I have ordered from them numerous times with no problems. I called tonight to put in my normal order for delivery and the person told me they don't deliver to me. The manager, Brandi, was rude and did not have an answer as to why they have delivered to me at the same location probably 15 times yet tonight all of a sudden I am "out of their delivery area". Costumer service goes a long way. Had they not been so rude and dismissive about it I would have still been unhappy but not enough so to leave a 1 star review. Update: called Marcos pizza which is actually 2 miles farther away from us than y'all and they delivered 2 hot pizzas and Cinnasticks in no time and with a smile! I forgot how much better their pizza is than yours anyhow. My son wanted wings so we called y'all. Won't be again, but I will be calling tomorrow to speak w Brandi's boss. read more

Worst. Ever. Ordered online at 5:01pm and got a call at 5:10 saying they were out of Caesar salads. I said, cool, just a regular salad. Six o'clock rolls around and no sign of the pizza. Six twenty rolls around and I call them to get no answer. I was on 'hold' for five minutes. Called again, and again, and again. NO ANSWER. Finally the dude rolled up at 6:50 pm with a cold pizza and some lame chicken pieces with buffalo sauce on them. The delivery driver barely said anything to me, no apologies or anything. My son was ravenous. Oh, and I accidentally gave the dude an extra five. Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN. Everything was cold as ICE. Please stay away from this location. Ordered 3 pizzas. Asked for 1 pizza with no cheese but just bbq, chicken and some veggies. I can't have dairy so it's always my go to pizza. We placed an order online and got the pizza delivered. The pizza we got had cheese on it. We called and told them there was a mistake. They said they would make us a new one and send it and never got the pizza. I was so sad. read more

We ordered at 7:52. The email receipt said 26-36 minutes. The food arrived at 9:15. We called and were told that the store was very busy because of daylight savings time and local kids were out of school. My kids are not out of school tomorrow. Not good excuses. Had we been told you guys were slammed, we could have picked up the order or just canceled. According to the app, our food sat in "quality control" from 8:03 to 9:06. That's unacceptable. Now i can't file a complaint on the site because it says my pizza hasn't been delivered yet. It's 10:15. That's a convenient glitch. read more

First time using this dominos restaurant- passing through. Very good! Despite arriving on a Friday night- the busiest time, the pizza was done in the 15mins that they said. The staff was friendly and courteous. There is an area to sit and eat, if you wish. It appeared to be be clean and put together nicely. read more

We continue to order from here even though they mess the order up quite often. LOL. It's the only place that delivers around here. Three times in a row , they forgot the Marinara sauce I bought and paid for. So we continue to order from them and hope for the best !! LOL. Updated review: The last few times have been much better. On 12/1, I ordered Domino's online for an evening delivery for the first time in two years. Our order was about 20 minutes late, but the delivery guy Brantley was super apologetic, friendly, gave us a free two-litter, and made us happy we'd ordered from Domino's. The food was delicious and we thought, we will order from here now. On 12/2, we ordered again since the previous night was so good. I put in an online order for a few hours later in the evening, for 7:45. I'm watching the tracker and my food was checked by Nicholas at 7:29. Then for the next hour it sat like that. I was upset because my husband leaves for work at 9:30 and it was so late I worried he wouldn't be able to eat. He called for me since I was so upset, and was told by a woman that they were waiting on delivery drivers and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before our delivery arrived. So almost three hours after our PLAN AHEAD time, would be when we received our order. My husband asked for a credit, our order to be free, anything to make up for this. The lady told him she'd give him a credit and they ended the call. Another hour later the pizza still hasn't arrived. I called and was told by Michael - who was very pleasant - that the woman from before had canceled the order, when that is NOT what we had said. They'd canceled our order, did NOT credit us, and when the order finally arrived three and a half hours later I had to pay AGAIN and we received no apologies, no special add-ins, nothing to make up for the horrible experience we received. Let me tell you this. We order pizza regularly, as two people who are on opposite schedules it's helpful to have pizza delivered. We were about to be ordering from Domino's exclusively. Well, scrap that now. I realize it was college football game night. But we ORDERED IN ADVANCE, online, which is what the whole system is made for! So they can PLAN AHEAD. Delivery drivers? It's a Saturday night game day in the south. As a pizza joint you should be OVERPREPARED for this scenario. We are disappointed and gonna stick with Papa John's. I use to this store all the time. However tonight's fluke on their (online system) made my entire mood sour. The website (glitched) at check out. And gave a message to call the store. Checked my credit card and the funds were taken out. YET the store has NO recollection of my order. Strange enough, after calling the store. Reconfirming their store address and store number. I was told they HAVE no control over the internet. Wasn't born yesterday, I know no one has control over the internet. But they do have control over their website. And a "glitch" on the website randomly taking money without fulfilling the order. Sounds like a DOMINO's error. Hello where are the funds going -into DOMINO's account. After clearly speaking to a green pea of an associate. And a back and forth dialogue. I've concluded that DOMINO's will no longer have any of my business. Their lack of actual customer service skills, and simple basic common courtesy (essentially arguing over) a website error. *their solution, is for me to drive there. And dispute the charges?
