I tried to walk-in to this Domino's for a dinner order. However, there were only two people working and they were cranking out orders. So, I decided to order online from my phone while in their lobby. One of the workers came to take my order but I let him know I was doing it online. He was very kind and apologetic, but it was not necessary; I very much understood. The pizzas were made well, and they worked quickly to get orders filled and send customers on their way. I went home with two pizzas and one stuffed cheesy bread that my family was happy to have. I'd definitely come to this location again! read more

This establishment is pathetic and from the looks of the other reviews , it has been with no reform. Don't order from here. There's no communication. They don't answer the phone. I placed an order at 3:18 PM and after 2 hours - still haven't received it with no update to the tracker at all. I've been on hold for at least 40 minutes. With an elderly mom with dementia and children in care , I cannot get up and go physically deal with this. The point of delivery is convenience and yet here I am inconvenienced. Ordered pizza online at 8:30pm last night, still not delivered by 10:30. You can't cancel online to get refunded. The only way to cancel an online order is to call the store, but they won't answer the phone even after more than 30 minutes of trying. So we go to the store, which defeats the purpose of online ordering and deliver... so all of that "service" is literally useless. I would like to put negative numbers but they don't allow that! The stogebridge area has been my location since 2012. Lately the Hudson Bridge rd. I have had many issues throu-out the last 4 yrs but specifically the way they handled not only a rediculouz mistake but making it worse when they said they wuld make rite. Last wkend we ordered pizzaz,sides, desert ect online. Basically we never got our order placed at 830 after multiple calls & Neverending hold when operator kept sending us to specifically store phone nymber. They never answered n we NEVER got our food, went 2 bed late, hungry without dinner. Called next day about it & was told they had no drivers! WHAT? THAS OPPOSITE OF THEIR CLAIM ON COMMENT S, THAT IS THEIR SELLING POINT...ITS A JOKE! Then we were told that 2 claim 2 free pizzaz 4 our issue(less than our original order of $13) we decided to try again yhe next day at 2pm & was warned of a two hr wait by mngr....again some bs. 4 hrs later they called & said we had to pick up pizza. After I placed an online order this store called me to tell me my order will take two hours to deliver, typical domino's. The woman rudely asked me if I wanted to pick up my order and I told her I can't pick it up because I'm in a semi truck and I'd like to cancel my order and then she aggressively asks me if I'd like to cancel my order as if I didn't just say that. Yes Im serious...Domino's gets 4 stars. The commercials aint lyin...they really have gotten the hint. Everything about the pizza is better, crust is perfectly baked and tasty, toppings are better, the cheese and sauce are better......... Whats really cool if that if you order delivery online, there is a status bar that shows whether the pizza has left the store or not. OK Im a geek and those kinda things are cool to me. Pizza is usually decent. I've had a handful of bad delivery's where they are usually late by 30 min or more. I went by a few weeks ago and picked up. During this time and COVID I noticed the person who was making pizzas was not even wearing gloves. Even at a time like this. They said they were a franchise and they have never used gloves and they didn't care to wear them even during a pandemic bc it is a franchise. Will never go back after 8 years of service. How sickening. Atleast be cautious especially during a pandemic. They don't care. Their pizza isn't even that great. Just cheap. The drivers are awesome and very friendly. The young kids that work inside are very nice too. But as far as management goes, they are very terrible. The lady with the red orange hair is very rude and has poor customer service. The new guy Kevin is also extremely rude and curses in front of customers. On top of the pizza being cold, another delivery came without sauces. Once is an overlook, twice is a mistake, three times is a pattern. I'm not donating money to Domino's. For me to pay for extra sauce, on top of the basic one that's actually supposed to be included, means that it's actually needed. My order number 899276 and I wouldn't recommend this location to any one. They took over 1.5 hrs, to delivery my food and gave me a bad customer service experience when I call to question the order. In addition, the food was terrible, the chicken sandwich only had two small pieces of chicken and the pizza looked as if it had fell to one side of the box. It was too late to get my order replaced. Why am I writing a review about a corporate pizza restaurant? Well, really the review is specific to the particular location. The pizza is good for what it is (love the hand tossed crust, and also the spinach-feta bread) and they are always fast when ordering online. Once they were unusually late (it was a rainy night) and they sent us a 50% off coupon for compensation, although we had not complained. So why not review them? Keep it up Dominoes EL! read more

I was told the first delivery driver had car problems (No big deal, things happen) She told me my order was made again and another delivery driver was on the way with fresh food. I received my food and it was HORRIBLE, either it was luke warm or cold. I wasted $30 and over an hour for this food. I never even received a call letting me know what was going on, I shouldn't have had to call and inquire about my food, and I shouldn't have received cold food. After an hour passed I checked the tracker and it stated my delivery driver Michelle left with my order at 8:21. I live about 10 mins from Dominos, so after 30 more mins when my order still wasn't here I called Dominos and was on hold for about 5 mins. Very frustrating, I've ordered from the Hudson Bridge dominos multiple times for delivery and it's usually either late or missing items. The food a lot of times will come luke warm and the cinnamon sticks will come over cooked.
