I have been a regular customer at this location, often visiting on my lunch breaks. Unfortunately, due to an unpleasant experience, I will no longer be returning. The chicken I received was overcooked to the point of being inedible, and I was disappointed that it was served in that condition. I simply requested that they remake the order, which was only 10 wings, but my request was denied. As a loyal customer who frequents this establishment multiple times a week, I was surprised by the lack of customer service and the refusal to correct a mistake. This is a brand new place just opened 3 weeks from now. It is located in a shopping strip where you have Walmart and Murphy gas station. It is a franchise and they already have about 15+ locations in Georgia and now in Stockbridge, GA. Very pleasant atmosphere and love the Philly Steak over here. My French fries were hot and fresh, not greasy and limp from sitting to long. You must try this place if you are around here. They do have ample free parking in front of their place. I ordered key west (dry rub) online. When u opened wings it was wet, I bit it and it was spicy and tasted like a chili red pepper flavor. I tried to go exchange since the description said basil amd lemon dry rub and this was nothing like described. The cook refused to exchange food until I insisted. The wings pictured were the exchange of Lemon pepper wet but they are watery and look sloppy. I've been to Ellen wood location and never had a problem. I won't be back. read more

Loved this spot!! Needed some wings soon as I got into Georgia/ATL found this spot locally where I was staying and was thoroughly satisfied. Ordered Shrimp Fried Rice which was amazing considering it wasn't a Chinese or Japanese restaurant, Honey Hot & Honey Lemon Pepper wings and a order of fried shrimp with sweet Thai chili sauce on the side. Beware. Please read the reviews before you eat here. If you have time to waste, then this may be an option for you. Even if you call in, the orders are never ready and they always, always, always have an excuse. Plus, the customer service is terrible! The average customer waits 30 - 45 minutes for their order. I was able to walk next door and place an order at American Deli, and get my food before WNB had my order ready, and I called WNB 45 minutes before my arrival. Plus, American Deli was extremely busy that day. The only conclusion I can arrive at is that this restaurant is under terrible management. Hopefully, after enough repeat customers complain, they will make changes. read more

When WNB HAMPTON first opened the food and service was really good. As they became popular the Owner let the good service and food quality decline. He has hired people who don't give a care. While the prices went up substantially the food quality went down hill. Like every other business today they increased the prices and reduced the portion sizes. I called in an order for wings & rice. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes so I gave them 15. Walked in, paid the bill and proceeded to wait. Everytime an order would come up I would ask if it was mine and of course it was not. After 3 three orders and an additional 10 minutes I asked to cancel my order. The owner (who was on the phone the entire time) acted as if I had asked for the moon, voided my order and then told the young lady to go cancel my order! They hadn't even made it yet.
