Ordered dominos last week and waited an hour and a half for my pizzas even though delivery said it would take max 25 minutes. I called and was told I would get a free pizza credited to my account for the inconvenience. Decided to use that free pizza today and was told I don't have anything credited to my account. And was told on the phone "you were most likely told that so that you wouldn't be upset." So I was lied to. Be careful ordering pizza here. It's not worth the hassle for a $6 pizza. read more

This is the absolute WORST Domino's Pizza location I've ever experienced. We ordered two pizzas and were given a 34-54 minute delivery time. Fine. I watched the pizza tracker and everything seemed to be going well until the pizzas were in "Quality Review." They stayed there for AN HOUR! "Quality Review" at Domino's means your pizza is sitting on a shelf (not warming) waiting to be delivered. When an hour was up I called the store and got some giggly girl who laughed and said "well, we're really busy." My pizza arrived about 10 minutes later, cold, shriveled and inedible. $40 bucks for nothing. The health department should review this restaurant's food handling practices because they are dangerous. Horrible experience..! I should have came on yelp first it would have saved me time and money.! Ordered on app was told 10-15 mins and it would be ready. Waited until it said oven before heading to the store get there and they said it was going to be 8 minutes mind you it's been 15. Fine no problem but after about 15 mins I didn't get an update on the app so I went inside and of course pizza not ready. When I asked what the disconnect is with the app and the pizza the employee laughed and said that's a him question and pointed to another employee who had given me a crap excuse. I wouldn't have been so upset had they just been honest with the time and not only that my name and another name were the only 2 on the screen but after the 15 mins I had waited went back in they were up to 9 names and 2 other customers were there wondering what the hold up was on their order. I made an order online for deliver and selected cash as the payment. I saw online that it said that drivers don't have more than $20 on them, so I added an extra item and rounded up my order to make it an even $35 since I only had a $50. This was the only information it had on cash on the website, so I thought I was in the clear. When my order arrived, not only did the driver not have money to make any change, but he tried to say that they don't accept cash at all. I told him again that I had selected cash as my payment option and it was all I had, and he called his supervisor, who asked if I could pay over the phone with a card, which I didn't have available. The driver then started saying that they didn't take $50 bills anyways and that was on the website, and I told him that there was nothing on the website that indicated that. The driver continued to insist that it said that on the site, that he worked there so he knew better despite me having the site up at that time, and then left with the food I had waited longer than planned for. In December 2023 I made an online order for deliver that took 3 hours for them to deliver. On February 9, 2024 I made an online delivery order for 1 Hawaiian pizza at a cost of $29.46 (tip was included.) This pizza was never delivered and my debit card was charged. I contacted the business and it was explained to me that, "it is contingent upon me to prove that the pizza was not ordered." read more

Among other things, I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. When I opened it up, there were hardly any noodles and absolutely no Alfredo sauce! When I called the store and spoke with Tiana (who supposedly was the manager) I asked her to make it right. She refused and basically hung up on me. I will not be going back to Domino's! read more

The food tastes like it should but this location is so under staffed. Every time we order delivery even at non peak times they take over 2 hours to get us our food. They also cut the pizza like a small child would. Some pieces are huge others are really small and it's never cut all the way through. The last time we got our pizza delivered it was cold I ordered at 6:45 it was delivered at 9:00 I had to make my kids a different dinner so I could put them to bed and I froze the pizza they delivered. read more

Zero stars? Consistently terrible. I've waited 3 hours for deliveries that never ended up coming (OR refunded. I got "pizza credits"). They have called me after ordering online to cancel my order for various reasons. They have delivered pizza that looks like it was prepared by a preschooler. Congratulations Little Caesars. I've ordered pizza twice from this location now. First time it took 2 hours for delivery, and had asked for extra bacon on my pizza. There wasn't even the appropriate amount for a normal amount. Thought I'd give them another chance today... does this look like extra bacon and mushroom?! The missing slices didn't look any better. At least I got this pizza in 45 minutes the second time around. The guys working when I stopped in to pick up my take out order were fast, but not overly friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes, but probably wouldn't want to eat in, based on the lukewarm reception. The pizza we ordered was a half-n-half and it seemed as though the dough bubbled up too much and left quite a bit of the pizza without toppings. Also, whoever cut the pizza, didn't cut on the toppings line and intermingled two of the slices with toppings from each side. My husband doesn't like veggies, and I prefer to skip the meat, so we struggled with who was going to eat the "combo" pieces. read more

Because he was overwhelmed with orders and was frustrated because i followed the instructions on my app which told me my pizza would be ready in 30-45 minutes. This guy should not deal with customers in any capacity. With everything happening they should be really appreciative that customers are risking their health to support their business. The pizza was great. the delivery guy was an absolute jerk. I didn't add a tip online because I had cash. Herbert showed up with the pizza and wanted me to sign the receipt because it was a $0 tip. As I was signing he tells me he only makes $8/hr and he doesn't get the delivery fee. I said I know and hand him the receipt back. He looks at the receipt and tells me again that he only makes $8/hr and he has bills to pay. I said so do I. So, i just recently got my pizzas delivered to my house.. And they were completly unacceptable. So i called, asked for the manager, explained to him the condition of my pizza... and he put me on hold for OVER 10 minutes! he finally picked back up and told me that the driver was on his way back to my house to take the pizza back, and to give me a refund.. I let him (the driver) keep his tip, it's not his fault, but i am still very upset. The manager was very rude to me.. and i don't even know why whoever pulled this pizza out of the oven felt that it was ok to send out. Thin chest pizza was cold by the time we got it home, and the lava cake was put right on the cardboard so it showed a grease ring which make them super unappetizing. The regular crust was alright. Worth it with the coupon but I wouldn't pay full price for the pizza here. read more

This is such a hard review to give. This dominos is always a hit and miss. Drives me crazy! Most of the time the employees are really nice and I feel bad because they are getting overwhelmed, but sitting around over an hour for Carryout is ridiculous! Even when it gives you an estimated time of 69 mins and I show up and it is just being cooked. It's such a joke. Like I said, employees are nice but that doesn't change the fact that I wait around forever. I can't quite figure out why this is so hard for them to figure out. Pizza was supposed to be ready in about an hour. Went to pick it up and it wasn't. My name was 2nd on board that said 1-5 min. Emplouee said they were "working on it". After sitting for another 20 min got asked my name again. When we called them to ask them about the mistakes they said they could bring us the bites if we PAID for the delivery! They asked us to pay for their mistake. I always seem to get food poisoning whenever I eat here. And not just at any Domino's, THIS Domino's specifically. Their food is just... sub-par. It's definitely not worth spending the rest of the day in the restroom for. This is not a common occurrence for me at any other Domino's, but it definitely is with this one. My family ordered a pizza and wings. The delivery was here an hour later. The pizza was a bit warm, they forgot the drink, and forgot the sauce for the wings. My dad called the pizza place back and it took 30 minutes for them to bring back the drink, no sauce. Get it together Domino's. read more

Horrible service. Stay away!!! We ordered 3 pizzas. They were supposed to be done 15-25 min. I came in at approx. 23 min. They rep. said it was in the oven and it would about 2-3 minutes. About 15 minutes later I was had to go and ask were our pizza was. They said that they had to remake one of the pizzas becz they made a mistake on one of them. Well that would have been nice to know while I waiting. In asking further questions we found out that remake wasn't even in the oven. Needless to say I asked for refund and had to get dinner somewhere else. I issued a complaint to Domino's HQ. They said that the manager would contact me but that never happened either. Domino's service has downhill and I really don't think they care about thier customers at all. read more

These people don't seem to understand the concept of standards. My regular order is extra sauce, double meat, double cheese, & double black olives. What I get looks like someone waved a ladle of sauce near the dough, probably 50% of the cheese, meat, & 25% of the olives. This location is, however better than any of the other stores within several miles. read more

Normally I get good service from Domino's, tonight was a different story. I was at work and ordered from them online just before leaving. After I got home I checked the tracker, and it said the food was delivered. My wife and son were both home and watching for the driver. Neither of them saw or heard any knocking on the door, or a doorbell. I called the store and was told that the driver had been to the house and when they didn't get an answer, tried to call my cell phone, which was locked during driving. It's always a long wait. I try to be understanding but it's hard when they say 20 minutes and over and hour later you get your order. No one is efficient. You have to ask several time if your order is ready even after you check in. Why have us check in when no one even pays attention to it. read more
