Now remember that I am reviewing a Domino's Pizza! It's not often that I would give Domino's four stars, but this location in East Falmouth really pulled through tonight. Today we had a ton of snow and after a long day of work, followed by shoveling, the last thing I wanted to do was cook. Since this was the only open restaurant in town we decided to order some chicken wings and cheesy bread. We ordered online and we were astonished that the meal was ready in under 15 minutes. When we picked up the meal we were greeted by polite staff and the food itself was delicious. The pizzas were cooked to (Domino's) perfect and the cheesy bread wasn't burnt like some other locations. In the end, we enjoyed our meal and enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to cook after a long day. read more

I've been a customer of the Falmouth Domino's store for over 7 years. Over that time I have seen a wide range of quality -- and most of the time the quality has been good and sometimes very good. But there have been several times where the quality has been simply horrible. I have now tried their chicken twice and both times it has been HORRIBLE chicken. The coating is heavy, tasteless and simply disgusting! And the 1st time I thought the chicken was a little bit greasy but tonight it was so greasy that the super heavy coating FELL OFF the chicken without any help from me. Think about that for a second. A breaded coating could not stick to a chunk of chicken because there was so much GREASE! So while I liked the taste of the chicken both times I ate it, I can't order it again because it was so disgustingly greasy. Come on Domino's -- even a slow witted Colonel figured out how to make the coating stick to his chicken and YOU can't?? read more

Obviously this is not gourmet food but this location is consistent so I always know what I will get. Over the years that I have lived in Falmouth this location has steadily reduced the amount of meat (beef/chicken) and added more mushrooms. But I don't expect a gourmet meal from Domino's -- just a quick, filling one. And THAT is what they provide 99% of the time. Last night was quick and filling, so my expectations were met. it is what it is .basically fast food pizza . I pick up Dominos sometimes on my way home from work they do have some decent specials. I 've never really had to wait .The one thing that I find that bugs me is when you pick up the pizza your self , on the debit pin pad it asks you how much of a tip you want to give!I'm picking the order up my self!I go to a Wendy's or McDonald's or even a Papa Ginos and pick up and order and that does not pop up on the pin pad .I feel like I'm being shaken down for a tip while cashier stares at me! read more

The food from this Domino's establishment has always been good but its their customer service from their drivers that needs improvement. The delivery drivers never smile, half the time forget their pen in the car and on one occasion blast their radio in their car at 10:30 at night. Great Dominos! Order is always correct and food comes quickly (even when I order multiple things along with a pizza). Online ordering allows you to know when the delivery is coming. Drivers always read and remember special instructions. The salad sometimes tastes bad but everything else is perfect. Lava cakes and pasta are delicious. read more

Okay, it is not the worlds best (Abbot's in Venice, CA) pizza but everything about my experience with this establishment was A+. From ordering online to double-checking on the phone because of the bad reviews it was handled efficiently and everything I ordered for my mom's nursing home peeps was delivered on time, tasted delicious and best of all, the delivery person was so kind I couldn't believe it. We popped in after a VERY long day in the sun to grab a quick dinner as the original plan for dinner was far too packed with too long of a wait. I had a tired and very hungry toddler with me. He just could not wait to get some pizza in his belly. He wasnt throwing a tantrum, but was calling out for 'pizza' over and over. We took him over to the window so he could watch them make the pizza, but that only helped for a minute. Your staff went above and beyond, by giving our hungry little guy some of your delicious parm bites. You saved our butts!! I called in my order which was answered quickly. I was told 10min for my order. When I walked in my order was sitting there ready (ON TIME) and the woman at the counter continually answered the ringing phone while I stood there unacknowledged. There was a man working quickly preparing orders. When she hung up the phone for the third time I asked her if I could please pay for my order she apologized, I told her that was the 4th call she took while I stood there. She explained she had to answer the phone and took the 4th call. I was then able to pay. I ordered a medium speciality pizza and a cheesy bread. When I placed my order I asked for sauce which I know you don't get without asking and paying for it for the cheesy bread. I double checked my order which was missing the sauce, I asked for it and got it. Food looks good. I understand busy, I work in food and beverage but if you say an order will be ready in 10min take care of the customer when they are standing in front of you. I found it very rude to have the in person customer waiting unacknowledged especially with the food sitting there ready. I also wasn't given a copy of my receipt. It's been a while since I've got dominos but almost $24 for a medium pizza and cheesy bread seems a bit excessive, I was probably overcharged. There was someone waiting behind me so I didn't ask for the receipt which I didn't see print. He saw his food ready and I wanted him to be able to get his food and pay before the phone rang.
