Palio Pizzeria is the best pizza on Cape Cod- The service is a true delight. The atmosphere is very laidback, wherein you can dine inside, or dine outside. The pizza is absolutely delicious! It is brick oven, thin crust pie. Whenever I visit Hyannis, Palio pizza is our go to place for pizza!

Definitely above-average pizza and one of the better spots on Cape Cod. We love their fennel sausage and their regular crust. We do have a gluten-free family member and she loves that they have two options for her. We ordered the cauliflower crust on this past order and we weren't thrilled by it. The broccoli rabe specialty pizza is delicious. Overall, a solid place to do takeout!

I got two slices. It was disappointing, they didn't taste super fresh, very very tough in fact. I recommend building your own pizza, its fresher tasting im sure. That seemed to be what everyone else was doing. My wife got a gluten free pepperoni, she wasn't impressed. I guess they aren't back their making gluten free dough with gluten free flour. Too much to ask for I presume. It was totally underwhelming in my opinion, but she ate it cuz she was hungry. It's the place for you if you need a quick bite or if you have kids that get the hunger bug at night. A bit on the pricey side. I think if you're going to serve underwhleming pizza slices at night, at least make them half price. Especially if they've been sitting there a while.

We walk in the waitress's are so friendly and inviting beautiful outdoor courtyard with plenty of seating when you go to these small towns the people that live here are in a bad mood not here !!! Lovely place and affordable I have to bring the family back !!! My score is a 7.2 lol

    Arugula Special Pizza!

I have been eating their arugula pizza for years. Never disappoints. All their other pizzas are delish too.

I love this place. My family and I go here every year during our fishing trip and the pizza is amazing! The service was great and they even have games to play while you wait. Definitely a good place for large groups and families.

Review of 08/23/2024 we ordered a cheese pizza and Greek Salad with chicken. Hard to screw up a salad but dressing was not the best.Lacked flavor. Meatballs were ok but red sauce lacked flavor. A positive was the crust on the cheese pizza... Slice was good. It's kind of a system of ordering at the counter paying & tipping up front before any service, getting your own utensils, and picking your own seats. You can sit outside as well.

We decided to try someplace different for lunch, and I'm glad we did. I ended up getting 2 slices of cheese pizza and a coke and it was less than 12 bucks. Pizza was nice an thin and very tasty. I have been back twice since then and the food is consistently good. I recommend Palio over some of the other competitors in the area.

I am a regular here and usually order on Saturdays when watching UFC. Their pizza is the thin crust type of style I like. I have been trying a few combinations of toppings to see which one I like. My best combo so far has been shrimp, bacon, mushroom, and pineapple. You'll thank me later when you're eating it. And of course, you gotta get the meatballs!

Would've gone 3 1/2 stars if available. Got a pepperoni pizza and some chicken fingers. Both were okay - just nothing that really stood out. Service was friendly. Thought it was on the pricey side for what I got.

Highly recommend for late night pizza in Hyannis. Thin crust so get the large. Also recommend the white to go along with a regular pie.

My first glass of vinho verde wine was served at room temperature (the second was fine), and the side plate I was given was crusted with dried food residue. I also watched an employee behind the bar wipe her nose with her hand and then continue slicing citrus barehanded. The chicken empanadas were good but not particularly special. We also had one of the small pizzas, which was the best thing of the night, crispy and flavorful (with a little char at the edges, which we like). The decor is a little bananas (different shades of green between the walls, the napkins, the barstools, and the banquettes; five kinds of lighting fixtures; lots of sound and lighting items with exposed, hasty-looking wiring). The bathroom door doesn't really close and lock properly. And the restaurant is really loud, even half full. The writing on the menu, about family members and special recipes, tells me that there's pride here and real care about making a good restaurant. However, without the attention to detail (particularly cleanliness and hygiene!), that's kind of moot. Three stars instead of two here because the pizza was good and the staff obviously care about customers.

The TV screens are perfectly placed, the bartenders are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The pizza was excellent -- flavorful, hot, and done just right. We also tried the meatloaf, and it genuinely reminded us of our grandmother's from years ago -- comforting, hearty, and full of flavor. That's not something you find everywhere. Even in the middle of winter, the place had a warm, lively vibe. We ended up having a great conversation with someone we later found out was the owner -- just chatting about everyday life.
