A while after the survey, the general manager reached out via email and apologized for the situation then offered me a free large one topping pizza to make up for it. For reference, a large pizza is a value of 9 dollars on their deals menu. Not even half of what I paid for previously! Regardless, I would have accepted it but I never even received an email response when I requested clarity on how I would receive this "free" pizza. Moral of the story is it's a coin flip if you'll be happy with your purchase and if you're unhappy then don't expect them to fix it.
