Domino's has cameras so there's proof of this!without going into the whole story made a mistake on my pizza. They put me on hold it was taking so long that I drove down there and I was still on hold. I'm sure they were annoyed with me when I came in. To put something in someone's pizza intentionally I'm pretty sure is against the law. Like I said to the manager today is jalapeno juice what could they possibly put in someone else's pizza later that's really gross. And so now I can't order from there either because of what they've already done to me. So they remade the two pizzas but one of them was doused with jalapeno juice. Barely could eat it My eyes watering's not running down my face kind of hot. Jackson one employee while I was talking just smiled at me the whole time smirking and I'm thinking what's funny? I'm sure he knew about my pizza He probably did it himself. I spoke to the manager Devin I spoke to & also Miranda and Jackson. The manager Devin said he will leave a message for the general manager but he has not it's been days and no one's called me. This Dominos location is always hit or miss. My order always takes longer than expected if I do carry out and it's even worse if I do delivery. Sometimes the food is really good, sometimes it really bad. I tried the bbq chicken pizza and it was delicious but I also ordered the bacon jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread and requested no bacon. When I got home, guess what was STILL added to the cheesy bread? I can't say I'm surprised because there is always a chance that my order will be incorrect at this location. read more

I had to add a review because they are a great bunch. They got my order wrong. However, this is a football Sunday and they were swamped. I called to let them know, just because there was probably another order that would be wrong and someone else might not be so forgiving. We ate what the brought. We were hungry and at this point did not care. Well, the manager called me back to apologize. They remade the order and had it deliver. He told me they wanted to make things right. I told him we had already eaten what they brought. He said "eat away", that they would get my order shortly. And they did. Good job! I will do more business with them. read more

Food was on time, staff was very professional, and online order convenience was easy and understandable.

I ordered online through the app and wasn't expecting much however the pizza was half burned and half with no cheese. I think they were short-handed because the phone rang forever. The guy on the phone was very nice he was able to replace it with a salad and brownies. read more

I hung up and I called back and the manager didn't apologize or act concerned at all. I had to ask for a refund and call the next day to remind them in order to get the refund. I was hesitant to eat here because of the lukewarm reviews. But this was honestly the best pizza I've probably ever had. The bell peppers were so fresh they actually crunched when I ate them, and that is RARE in my experience. Perfect pizza. Soft, cheesy, and very flavorful. Very unimpressed with this dominos they have constantly screwed up our order first it started with forgetting my garlic cup on multiple (at least 6 different deliveries) hey manager check your history on that. Now the straw that broke the camels back was three complete screw ups medium pizza requested no sauce but got all the sauce, 2nd delivery forgotten desert. Yes these two were corrected and we were given items for free to compensate. Congrats dominoes there's that dominoes guarantee . Third and final screw up we ask the host (the phone guy, you have one job.... know the menu). If dominoes has bread bowls for the pasta and we are answered yes. So we order two Alfredo and chicken "bread bowls" order arrives, they are just pasta bowls after we were told they do in fact have "bread bowls." There is essentially no sauce on fiancés "bread bowl" we call to get order corrected and that good ole dominoes guarantee has just flown out the window. The manager states that our last two deliveries have been given to us for free, I said yes because they are wrong everytime. We are very specific when we order just get it right man. There is a lady manger there that is rude and refuses to deliver the my orders every time she is there even after I continue to tell her that I live in her zone. The staff is friendly, always greets you when you walk in, food is ready quickly and they will always fix it if it isn't accurate! The new bread twists and cinnamon twists are delicious, and so is the cheesy bread! I've not tried the salads, but I've tried the sandwiches and the pastas, which taste really excellent as well. read more

I love dominos pizza! But idk what's up with the Texas city location. Every time I order my pizza looks like sh**, they 90% of the time forget my drink and just pocket that money.. this last time I just had to call the store.. I spoke to the manager and he basically just told me that I've only called to order on that number 3 times.. lol.. where's the customer service? Bob cannot manage the store properly. Try's to get you to cancel your order to make the load lighter on himself and the driver. He argues vs. solving the solution. Offers a 2+hour wait for services and says that online orders can't be completed in the time the App offers. read more
