Called and talked to Catherine who said she put wings in personally. Called driver again, she asked what was delivered and asked if I recieved another pizza instead. Then admitted to delivering to another customer. Said she would take care of it. Thirty minutes later called driver again, she sounded put out that I was calling. This location's service is awful and is run by grossly incompetent people. I have ordered from this location six times, because my son loves their pizza, and each time, the service has been lacking. Their delivery time always exceeds the estimation by 40 minutes. They forget items. This last time (and it will be the last time), they delivered to the wrong house; we waited over an hour, on a Tuesday. The person who answered the phone at Pizza Hut (after attempting to call several times over a twenty minute span) argued that the driver went to my address and was told we didn't want the pizza. I phoned from outta state to place an order for my family to pick up. It was a small order totaling around $18. I asked and was told it was ok to pay by phone with a credit card. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes for the order taker to answer she placed me back on hold so that I could complete my transaction with another person. I ordered pizza tuesday evening, given a 2 hour delivery time. 2 and a half hours later, still waiting. Need i remind you, we were sitting outside waiting for the pizza to arrive. Turns out, we missed a call from the delivery driver who left a voicemail stating that he could not find our address. I called the number back multiple times with no answer. I called pizza hut and spoke with a manager. He first stated that it should arrive within 10-15 minutes. I mentioned the voicemail and he then stated that the delivery driver was at my residence knocking on my door, but we did not answer....we were outside waiting. And how was he knocking on our door if he could not find our residence in the first place? After now waiting 3 hours, the pizza arrives. So, I order delivery from Pizza Hut so I didn't have to get out of my PJ and go anywhere to get food. The the pizza that I was brought had a 1/2 cup of grease in the corner of the box. It was also dripped across the kitchen as that much more drained into the floor as a carried it to the counter. Absolutely inedible. I called and was put on hold and then hung up on. So I got dressed, drove to the store that sent it out and plopped it on the counter. After waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come to see who entered the store, as no one was up front, a guy in a dirty T-shirt walked up. I told him of my problem and showed him the pizza. He then argued with me that if was because I had ordered extra bacon and chicken. Extra bacon, yes, but I did not order the 1/2 pound of bacon that was on this pizza. This is a pizza that I order frequently from other pizza hits and have never had a issue. Why is it that suddenly my pizza ends up with a cup of grease in the box this time. This is not the first time we have had issues with this store. We have gotten old, tough dough from them as well. There Google rating is 2.8 stars and I suspect that is only because some of the employees had done a couple 5 start reviews to pull it up to there. Most of the reviews are 1 star. So we just ordered dinner from them tonight and not only did our food take 2 and a half hours to get to our house but the order was completely wrong. We ordered at 7pm and it didn't arrive till 9:35pm when we were told a 30/40 minute time frame. We ordered a family Tuscany Tuesday pasta deal with cheese sticks and a sausage personal pan pizza but the order we revived was two boxes full of breadsticks and a personal pan cheese pizza. So we decided to call customer service to try to fix the issue so we can finally fix our dinner, feed our kids and put them to bed but customer service kept re routing us to different lines where no one was able to help us. Now we are told we have to call tomorrow to get the issue fixed so we are forced to make something at home for the kiddos before putting them to bed because all we got was a ton of breadsticks and a personal pizza. read more
