The food is good, however, they have a habit of forgetting sauces; which is pretty sad when ordering chicken.

I was broke less then $3 in my pocket and out of work and the manager after I ordered gave me a drink and fries , people like. We ordered an hour ahead on the Online App. The food was to be in the window to pick up at 6:45pm per the app. Ordering ahead doesn't matter. I arrived on time. I live 17 minutes from the location. The food wasn't in the window for quick pick up. Of course it was pre paid for. I was told my order would be 25-30 minutes longer because they ran out of chicken. The manager said ordering ahead on the app doesn't save you chicken or a spot in line. If my specific time was 6:45, that's when they are notified to begin preparing the meal. At 6:45 they noticed they were out of chicken. The manager didn't say she was sorry but only said that's the way things are done. The kids were hungry when I left and boy are they going to be "hangry" when I get back 40 minutes or more late. I noticed the drive thru was getting orders completed. The manager said that it was the original chicken they ran out of. That they had extra crispy which I didn't know when I first talked with her 15 minutes earlier. read more

I was short of food on my last order and have tried to make my order whole with no luck. I used KFC's online app to place an order for a 12 piece dark only bucket with sides. Within minutes, I received an email that my order was ready. I arrived at this store about 10-15 minutes later and went inside as instructed. My order was not ready and it took several minutes for anyone in the kitchen area to notice me. I was asked if I had an online order and told they were short of chicken so it would be a few more minutes. While waiting, an employee said to me they were working on replacing my chicken with squirrel which I thought was rude. Finally, some kid handed me my food and I drove the 30 minutes to my home. There, I found I was short 4 pieces of chicken as I had received only 8 pieces. I called the store immediately and explained the situation. The woman I spoke with took my name and offered to replace the mistake with another 12 piece bucket the next time I came in. Today, I went to the drive-thru, explained what happened last time and was told they didn't have my name listed anywhere and they couldn't make good on the promise because they didn't have enough chicken ready. Their chicken is too expensive to be cheated like this and I will try again to make my order whole but once done, I will not order from them again. Update: I did go back a few days and this time, the staff seemed to know about my phone call and replaced the missing chicken so I did upgrade the stars. read more

All I have to say is that they were slow as all hell we had to wait fifteen minutes in line then 35 minutes at the drive thru window and OTHER CARS waiting in line LEFT it was getting worse and worse the more we sat at the drive thru window (the last one) and people weren't even working as much most of them were sitting or standing and talking instead of getting our order done I swear the more they keeping being slow and talking all the time while they are supposed to be getting orders done they will be shut down for it read more

This place is low key disgusting. My boyfriend found a cockroach on the floor, the floors are sticky and gross. The walls and tables feel sticky to the touch. Also, my boyfriend said the bathroom had poo all over. Please fix read more

I don't usually give reviews but it's really getting irritating. I go to KFC periodically and always confirm my order by checking the receipt. This time I asked 'be sure to include the biscuits,' because they have been missed before. Got home and one of the orders was without a biscuit -- mine. It's a stupid thing to be bummed about, but what the heck, it's been a bad day all around anyway. And I really was looking forward to a biscuit! read more

Worst service ever, orders are constantly wrong even when you go inside for a to go order. Called back to speak to a manager and he hung up on me 3 times. The forth time I asked for the corporate number and was told to find it myself. Terrible person"Jeremy" the alleged manager. I will never go to this place again. read more
