I like dominos, it's my go-to fast food delivery service for pizza. I was in Victoria visiting and noticed that many places near where I was staying had already closed for the night. I was hungry from all the site seeing so ordered a personal sized pizza that was delivered to me without hassle. What I liked about this particular order was they weren't stingy on toppings like they are in the GTA. March 3/24 ... Excellent pizza ! Could not find anything wrong with our order of two pizzas! arrived on time and hot ! Great crust with just the right amount of sauce, not too much or too little! as well with other ingredients cheese mushroom feta and olives ! their Manhattan pepperoni is excellent ! can't say enough about this pizza .... a lot of competition here in Victoria and tried many other pizza joints, I will definitely be ordering from Dominos again ! Okay. So they have gotten to know me and new management in the past year has been great so I usually get excellent pizzas. Some of the best delivered pizzas I have ever had. They let you substitute toppings no extra charge and accept and correct less than the best product complaints. No questions asked. Do not take advantage of this. Pizza delivery man STOLE from our shared apartment laundry room. The employee admitted to the crime to a police officer. And the manager refused to fire him!!!! Incident occurred Nov 23rd 6:40pm. I am perusing this case further with domino's head office to try and ensure this guy can not gain access to apartments and steal our stuff. The managers decision to not fire him caught the officer and I extremely off guard. read more

This little domino's is really something for customer service: super responsive, really nice to work with, and very professional. I find this SO rare these days that I felt compelled to write. We walked in and ordered a medium Hawaiian and 10 honey garlic chicken wings. I can imagine they are busy, however, persons came after us and ordered in store and got their order before ours. This was totally unacceptable and after waiting over 33mins I inquired why our order is taking so long. There seemed to be only 1 person making the pizzas and she chimed in that she can only make the order one at a time. Really? What does have to do with me. Others came after us and got their food, yet we must be patient. We spent over $23 here and it was way not worth the lack of customer service and wait time. I won't order from here again! read more

Came in after work for a carry out special. Clerk was doing an amazing job despite being understaffed. A very small error was made with my order but the clerk immediately took responsibility and made sure I went home happy. Very professional and great service. You know when you're ordering corporate delivery food you aren't going to get the best life has to offer. We know this, but we order it because fast and cheap. Food was hot, delivery was fast, price was fair. Of the 3 items, the chicken bites were the worst. Just low quality, poor flavor despite being well cooked. Pizza hut does a much better job on these. Pizza was tasty and fresh, if slightly toxic. Pasta was not totally disappointing but not amazing either. Cooked, tasty, but light weight. All in all, I think I got the best quality Dominos has to offer, its just that the quality isn't that great. For $10 more I could have had Romeo's quality and I wish I had paid it. read more

I've tried lots of take out pizza, but these days I only order Dominos. The website always has tons of coupons to choose from, and I can order online without talking to a single person. The delivery drivers are always friendly, and of course, the pizza is always piping hot and baked to perfection. The cinnamon bread is pretty good too, so are the cheesy breadsticks. My friends and I were sitting at home on a Saturday night, contemplating existence itself as we chattered about, perplexed by life. As the bong continued to circulate through the ranks, the troupe felt a sudden pang of hunger overcome them. We made eye contact. The unspoken message was conveyed. We had to order food, we needed the nutrients to fill our unsatiated bellies. But what to choose? As it worked out, pizza places were the only option as we soon realized it was 1:03am. Passing the laptop around, we selected our entrees from a variety of mouthwatering selections. One by one, each dish was added to the cart. Then, the deed was done. We pressed the tomato red button containing the words, "order now". As we begun to wait, the bar telling us our food was being prepared set the atmosphere of calm, we were reassured. We knew our nutrients were on the way, no questions asked. Simply divine. In what seemed like a matter of minutes, we recieved a phone call telling us our food was ready to be picked up in the adjacent parking lot. One brave solider rushed out to nab the grub, saluting us as she departed. Upon her return, we feasted. the food was scrumptious and warm, everything we needed. Truly, thank you for being there for us in dark times such as these, Domino's. You really are the MVP. read more

Order my Pizza 1.5 hours ago. Pizza went to wrong address. Called store 6 minute hold then was hung up on. Then called back and was told Pizza was sent to a different store. I called that location and was told this store misinformed me. My pizza is still 25 minutes away. This store is 1/2 a mile away. Terrible service. Last time I order from dominos! read more

I want to make a major complaint so basically I ordered pizza from this restaurant I was told by the Gentleman on the phone that the driver would have changed he shows up at my house tells me he has nothing and then ask me if I can pay debit while I wouldn't have told them I have cash if I was going to pay debit he didn't have change for me so he went to his car he pulled out $7 out of his pocket and said I have no change I knew nothing about it then after getting crappy service forces me to give him every last penny I have because he can't give me proper change then I get my food and by the time I eat it it's cold the garlic cheese bread was raw and it tasted like the one pizza wasn't cooked enough either it felt like raw dough on the bottom I recommend never eating there it's horrible and then they were going to give me a $10 credit after the fact when I told them that I didn't want to have their food ever again I didn't want to order from them which is crap and then eventually offered to e-transfer me money to give me twenty bucks back for all the hassle now we have to explain to his boss why he had to e-transfer me money and my food is disgusting and now I feel sick from basically eating raw dough bulshit I'm not even going to call back and bitch about the facts that my food is raw I'm so done never eat there ever again read more
