I haven't eaten at a Domino's Pizza since before they rebranded/ new ownership. (Many issues previously and I had worked at one while in college, so ewwww...) I was greeted immediately by a young lady who was working the oven/prep area. This Villa Rica location was fast and friendly with my carryout order a today and the guy with the beard taking my payment was very helpful when I told him it was an older (cardboard!) gift card that I had from a Christmas gift. I really enjoy the New York style pizzas and this one was fresh and delicious! Made just how I ordered online. I live just across the highway and I'll be ordering again soon for sure! read more

(VILLA RICA STORE) I do love their pizza, and I've never before had a problem at this store. That said, I am 70 years old and disabled. As such, I *always order Curbside Delivery. Today (7/31/2026), ordering from the app, I gave a description of my car, and which side (driver's) to bring it to. When I parked, in full view of the store, I waited for a good 5 minutes. Then I called the store. The worker who answered blasted me saying I was supposed to come in the store, saying 'you always do this!' When I tried to correct her she yelled at me again saying she'd bring it out when she could. She finally came out after 5 minutes or so and began to yell at me again! Cut me off *again when I tried to speak, threw up her hands saying she didn't have time and stormed off, back inside the store. As I said, I've *never had a problem at this store before. The driver left order on porch with no knock NOTHING !!!! Forgot part of the order. Tried to call was left on hold for 11 minutes with no assistance !!!!!!! The service SUCKS !!!! read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas on phone for pickup. Got to store 15 minutes after ordering. Gave my name, told not ready yet. I say down and waited another 15 minutes, then asked about my order. After my order could not be found, I was told someone took my pizzas. That's it, hello Papa John's. read more

I've been a customer of yours for four years and prior to that another 15 years in Texas. I placed an order on Saturday, November 30. The order was never delivered, but I got an update saying that it was. I called the store and was told that the driver was there which means the driver never came to my home and that the driver could not deliver that no one was available, I find that to be false because I placed an order two days before that and the driver delivered my order rung my doorbell at night and I was told that no one rings doorbells at night I then called the store to place a complaint and was met by a hostile Rachel who stated she was the store manager. Rachel was very rude to me. Told me she was sending the order back out. It never came and I continuously called only for Rachel and the other employees to hang up in my face. I've been a customer service representative for over 34 years. I've never had this type of customer service presented to me. I called this morning today, Monday, December 2 and was met by another hostile individual by the name of Valerie who stated that I get no more credit and that I've been rude I've never asked for credit from your company ever before. Never had an issue never have I been rude to you guys. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as corporate office as well as trying to reach out to the owner of this Domino's to inform them of the type of employees that they have I will never place an order with your company again, and I will tell my friends the same. I am a very dissatisfied customer of Domino's and will shop with other pizza franchises from now onwards. read more

ordered in the app, it was two hours late and i had to go into the store to get it and their excuse was "someone died"

So the app is the best!! The fact that I can track my order every step of the way is something I love. We always seem to order with special instructions and they always get it right. They have it ready faster than I can actually get to the store. My favorite dominos hands down. read more

I won't order from the other places, even if they have a deal or a pizza I want, because Domino's has made it just so much easier. Next, the Villa Rica store is fantastic. Hurricane Zeta had just hit last night and most people don't have power so they go out for food. Yes, the phones were ringing off the hook. Yes, there were people in the lobby. Yes, they looked exhausted. BUT THEY GOT IT DONE! And they got it done with smiles on they're faces. They deserve respect and recognition. Always great food when I order...only once have they ever messed it up but it was fine someone got our order and they got ours. If they are ever late on a delivery I've always gotten a 50% off coupon in the mail, so they are making up for our. Truthfully I've never noticed that they were late except for one time that I ordered it online and choose carry out and didn't realize it so that was my bad. LOL The iPhone app is sooooo easy to use and saves your orders for an even easier order the next time. The drivers and the people at the store are always super nice and professional and always very courteous. We don't order pizza from anywhere else because we know we are going to get a great dinner and awesome service EVERY TIME! read more

There is a big promotion going on where amy pizza you order online you get 50% off. So we went to eat pizza this week. The online ordering is great. It's fast and detailed. There is also the pizza tracker which I find kind of useless but also enjoyable. It really is just a glorified way to know when your pizza is done. The wait said 10-15 minutes but it was at least 20. What's funny about this location is that maybe 50 yards away, there is a papa johns. We ordered a large Alfredo pizza with mushroom, sliced Italian sausage, ham, and Parmesan and asiago cheese. We also got an order of 32 Parmesan bites and a garlic dipping sauce. I liked the pizza, it was creamy, the ham made it savory, and the sliced Italian sausage gave it a tiny kick. The Parmesan bites I also enjoyed but they didn't have a lot of Parmesan and the bread was a bit overpowering. The garlic sauce I really didn't like. I thought it would be like the papa johns one but it really didn't taste that way. It was kind of watery with a lot of garlic and and the aftertaste was just horrid. But it was just the sauce so who cares. The total price was around 16 dollars. Which is great since I got both a large pizza and 32 Parmesan bites for that price. 20 minutes from order to my belly!!! For a chain pizza place, Domino's has an untouchable pan pizza!! Tried the chicken, not too bad, not in love with it but not entirely unlikeable! We have been ordering from this dominos for years. Love the food and the people. My only issue is with their communication. From time to time they have forgotten things from my order. Just the other day we place an order through their app as usual. The driver shows up short an item and it wasn't on the receipt from them but was on my end. The totals matched up just not the items. The driver informed me that she would run back and get it. No big deal. It took approximately 45 minutes for them to return. Which only happened after a phone call. The driver told me that due to my inconvenience I would be given a free medium two topping pizza on my next order. So what do you know? I call to order today after the credit didn't show on the app and they have no record of what I was told. This is just too frequent and I'm tired of paying for things I am not reviving at all or at the same time. This may be our last time with dominos. read more

Since the big brand revamp Dominos did however many years ago, this location has done nothing but impress. Orders are always cooked well and delivered quickly, and their drivers are friendly. I couldn't ask for better service. Frequent coupons and a great experience means that this is my local pizza place of choice. read more
