They delivered the wrong pizzas, the wrong sizes, and smaller pizzas than what we actually ordered. That alone is unacceptable. When we called to have it fixed, we were told the replacement would be rushed. That was a lie. An entire hour passed. No delivery. No update. Nothing. When we called back again, they then told us it would be another hour before they could even get the replacement out. At that point it was obvious they either never made the replacement at all or simply did not care enough to do their jobs. We finally demanded a full refund, which they issued, but that does not undo the fact that this location is clearly run by people who are clearly incapable. This is not a one time mistake. This is a pattern of negligence, laziness, and total lack of basic operational competence. If you cannot get a pizza order right, cannot fix your own screw ups, and cannot communicate honestly with customers, you have no business being open. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else. We are done with this place forever.
