They are alright it's a very depending on the people that are working. I just had a delivery. My boyfriend from a different state ordered it for me cuz I'm really sick. Wasn't expecting it and they said that his card declined. That's fine but call ahead when the card declines... I did when I worked at dominos. You're supposed to. And when he didn't have change which they are supposed to carry change on them, again I was a delivery driver for dominos so I know. I couldn't give him a tip cuz I wasn't about to give him a big bill I don't have that type of money right now and it was just the brownies so I was going to give him small tip. Today we ordered a large pizza and cheese stuffed bread from Domino's in Wellington. My 92 year old father picked up the order and when he got home, the salad we ordered was missing. He drove back to pick up the salad and the server stuffed it into a bag sideways spilling some of the ingredients in the mini containers and neglected to provide the salad dressing. My father also presented a coupon for free cheese stuffed bread. The server took the coupon but apparently didn't take the price of the bread off the ticket. The food was okay, but the service was poor, and my father even provided a tip. Disappointed and dad said he's not going back! read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would do so gladly. They had my pizza sitting done for over 20 minutes without being delivered. When I called, a young girl told me she was the manager and that they were doing the best they could and that their facebook page says not to trust the website times, the wait times are actually much longer ( no such post exists). No apology, no attempt to rectify situation. When I got upset, she told me my order was being cancelled and hung up on me. When I went there within 5 minutes of the call to make sure I got a copy of the voided order and a refund, Marcus, the actual manager, told me I had spoken with his GM. When I asked to speak with her, they told me she had left already. Pretty sure he had just asked one of his young staffers to talk to me on the phone. When I told him I wanted a copy of my voided check, he told me if I was going to yell ( my voice was raised, hardly yelling) he would call the cops on me. I told him to do that then, and he then stomped off like a child and yelled to his staff not to speak to me, which was absurd since I hadn't spoken to anyone except him. I sat calmly and waited, while he kept poking his head around the corner. When the cop did arrive, I told her I was waiting for my voided receipt, and she said that he told her that they asked me to leave. He never asked me anything he just told me he was calling the cops, as if raising my voice to a useless Dominos manager is against the law. Worst customer service I have ever seen. They need new management, those poor high school kids working there certainly shouldn't be learning from Marcus on how to speak with and treat customers. read more

Ordered food from dominos tonight for me and my family, ordered $107 worth of food only for them to give us the wrong wings and then say we didn't order boneless when I had multiple people who heard me say it, we decided to call back and told them the messed up the order they were rude and said they would bring us our wings back. We never got our wings. The pizza was covered in grease, was absolutely disgusting. So we will never eat here again. read more

Save your self some frustration and some time and go to Ft Collins if you want a pizza. This place is not in sync with the online ordering system so when you get there you have to wait 20 minutes to get your order. Finally, decent pizza in Wellington! We order carry out about once a week, its always fresh, hot and tasty. They got our order wrong once and I didn't notice until we got back, they sent out a delivery driver with the correct pizza within 20 minutes, no charge. If you are traveling by on I-25, they do have tables and beverages so you can dine-in. Our homeschooling group also did a trip to this Domino's to learn about how pizza is made and they were fantastic. I'm not sure what Richard B. is talking about in his review, (notice how all his reviews are rants) but trust me you won't be disappointed! read more

My fiancé and I went in for carry out on a Friday night. We we totally okay with waiting for our pizza because we knew it would be busy. While placing our order no one knew how to ring in anything. While we were waiting for our order one of the guys working was just yelling at his staff the entire time and talking about someone else who complained about waiting for her pizza too long. Pizza only took 25 minutes which was awesome but when we got home realized both of the things we ordered were incorrect. read more
