Placed an online order, but was called back and told the distance of 9.6 miles to my house was too far per policy and for the safety of the driver. This was very interesting considering this pizza location has already delivered to my address on several past occasions and to our neighborhood. According to the manager this slipped past their team because they are supposed to screen for addresses that this location has determined to be too far. Maybe Domino's could ask Pizza Hut for some help because they figured out how to ask for a customer's location and then let you know before ordering if they can deliver to that address. So, if you wondering the distance Dominos will deliver-- it's about 8.4 miles. My house was 9.6 miles according to the Apple Maps. However, To be fair Dominos said I could meet them at the Mulder Church about 1.2 miles from house. PS, I would and have tipped really well! read more

This Domino's location consistently gets the orders wrong and overcooks the pizza. Three to four incorrect orders in a row and now we're done with them. On our last order, the thin crust pepperoni pizza was burnt and completely came apart in transport. The manager offered to make us a new pizza or give us a credit. We chose the credit. When we called to order a pizza and use our credit they couldn't find our credit. They ended up working that out but then forgot to give us the soda that we ordered and, instead of two orders of cinnamon sticks that we ordered, we got one order of cinnamon sticks and one order of some cheese bread. They don't pay attention and just don't seem to care about quality. read more

Every time I have used this location there has been an issue. You order things you don't get, and it spoils the whole experience. I ordered dipping sauce for the pizza, but I got none. They average messing up one order every six months and I guess I could live with that...The time before last they did not get the correct toppings on my pizza. And to be honest, I just took the pizza and ate it... so that one was on me. The very next time (tonight), they burnt my pizza to a crisp. It was not that you had to see it was burnt, but you could smell it was burnt before opening the box. Just wanting to give them feedback, because I was tired of not getting what I paid for; I called and spoke to Gina, the manager. She provided the cursory "I am sorry... I don't know what they are doing when I am not watching... it is crazy tonight." I told her that I wanted to send her a text with a photo of my burnt pizza. To which she said she did not need it. I told her that I was either sending it to her to address with her team or I was sending it to Yelp. She finally said I could send it to her, so she gave me her cell phone number. I sent the photo of the pizza and she did not respond. I sent her another text stating that I now see where her Team got their Customer Focus. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S! I would've select NO stars if that was possible. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, Italian sandwich, and cheese bread. The buffalo chicken pizza is burned and brown on the top. The other boxes had wings instead of what we ordered. My fiancé called our local dominos to let them know they gave us the wrong order (the label on the side boxes even had the wrong address) and they proceeded to say okay and set the phone down. While putting him on hold he can hear them for 10 minutes taking other orders, talking amongst themselves, etc. Also, Domino's as a company says they will make it right but the other options you have through the app is to report it then get 20% off your next order..... how about sending the correct order. Add that to you list Dominos. Needless to say we recently got a Papa John's and that is what we will be ordering from now on. read more

I use this location at least 4-6 times a month and it's always super fast and correct.The app on my phone makes ordering almost too easy.The pizza isn't the best but when your options are limited,it will work.I give an A+ to the staff and speed,and a C- to the food taste read more

Tonight's pick up order makes the third bad experience with this location. By the way if you want cheese on your pizza you apparently need to ask for double or triple the amount for them to get the request right of EXTRA cheese. Not to mention the pizza experts where all under the age of twenty and more concerned about eating food in the back than getting any order right. I also wrote into corporate not sure if I'll get a response there was maybe 1 cup of cheese spread over my entire medium hand tossed pizza. Which all by the was was crunchy and gross! Ordered and watched the progress of the order online. Smooth transaction, very easy to order and submit request. The time of delivery was right at 30 minutes, but that is excellent considering the distance. The driver was very nice and polite. The food was still hot and excellent value for the money. read more

I think this Domino's store is at the top of their game. I was a carry out customer. My order was very promptly delivered, exactly the way I ordered it. Its good to have a Domino's that cares. I would not hesitate to recommend their food. Next time you are headed north toward one of our beautiful Elmore County lakes or rivers, think about letting this Domino's location take care of your feasting needs. read more

The pizza is good and the delivery time is good. The only problem is the ownership. The complaints department is the people managing the place and that's really a joke. Corporate can't help you if you have a serious problem. When it comes to a worldwide chain it shouldn't matter who buys a franchise,they should have to be accountable for the way they treat their employees and the public. When it comes to Wetumpka,it'll definitely be Pizza Hut us. I won't give the people who own the wetumpka location a dime of my Money. It's a shame too,because it's not bad service or bad food. It was the way a complaint and or an inquiry was handled by the male part of the ownership. Called corporate and they said their was nothing they could do. Corporate also added that they would absolutely address something like this if they could. Really?? Yelp has helped me really get an understanding of the way a lot of businesses work. We live 11 miles from this location, and inside the city limits. We were starving, but needed to shower and get cleaned up before dinner, so we called and asked if they would be able to deliver a pizza to our location. We were told over the phone that they could. Twenty minutes later, we get a call back saying that they actually can't deliver that far, and they only deliver within an 8 miles radius. No apologies made for making promises they literally can't deliver on. When we got a chance to speak to the owner, he never offered any apologies, but did offer a free two liter of coke, which we did not want. He let it slip that they actually do deliver outside of their range sometimes, but I guess they just weren't feeling like it today. We ended up cancelling our order because the customer service was so poor. I would rather spend my money supporting a business that actually cares to please their customers. We simply wanted a pizza delivered, and felt like they should follow through with what they said they would do. Will not be giving this place my business again. read more
