Marco's not as if you actually read any of these reviews but your service, your webpage and your product just suck. Ordered a pizza and a salad tonight, just under $20 but your webpage would not let me order it unless I added something else. So I added a Greek salad, thought my wife would like it. Yeah you delivered it just over the 30 minute timeframe and deliver two forks in the salad just no dressing. What a freaking disappointment you guys just take every opportunity to fuck it up again. Switched from Dominos a few years ago because of some of the same issues that Marcos is now having. I'm currently sitting in my car outside of Marcos, 45 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready, and I was just told it'd be another 20 minute wait. They sell a small salad and give 1 salad dressing and when I ask for another it's 59 cent .They nickel and dime you to death.If you can't afford to give customers dressing then shut it down and go home. read more

Delicious delivery pizza. Toppings were fresh and tasty. Pizza was delivered hot and fresh to my front door.... and on a Friday night to boot !!! Minus one star because I was supposed to get a text per their "no contact" delivery model. Luckily my husband saw the young man leaving and knew it was there. I have lived in Prattville for 3.5 years since I was stationed at Maxwell AFB. Since 2012 this Marco's has always screwed up my orders, both carry out and delivery. Because it is the better tasting pizza of the major chain places, I have overlooked the mess ups. Tonights screwup is it and it is was the final straw and I will never order from this place again!! If you want what you ordered, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Slow delivery, wrong items on pizza than what was ordered, no accountability when they make mistakes. read more

Hubby and I order pizza from Marco's at least once a week (yeah, I know we shouldn't, but we get thin crust and meatless, so we're TRYING to be healthy:)) and have almost always found the pies to be outstanding! Every now and then one is a little extra crispy, but never to the point of being inedible. The folks behind the counter always happily yell, "Welcome to Marco's!" We love these guys and they're the only pizza chain we frequent. read more

I'm sad to give this place such a poor review because the pizza is great. However, the new manager is by far the most rude person I have ever encountered. The previous manager was extremely nice and accommodating but unlike him the new manager is extremely rude and made me feel like ordering from her was a bother. On top of that she got my order wrong and upon asking her very nicely to fix her mistake she blamed my wrong order on me! I politely declined her offer to fix my pizza in fear of what she might do to my pizza if I would've allowed her to fix the problem. After this experience, this location will no longer receive my or my family's business. We will make the drive to go to another location until they get a new manager. read more

I've been a big Domino's pizza fan, especially their bacon, ham an pepperoni pizza. Their online ordering is seamless....however I've ordered the same type pizza from Marcos and used their online ordering service and had it delivered. The pizza was wonderful and the delivery service was great as well. Move over Domino's, I've found a better pizza, can order online and have it delivered with no issues....can't get any better than that. read more

I have to say I just moved here and this is by far one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. They have your order ready promptly, great coupons and discounts so it's well priced (cheaper than dominoes!) their online ordering system could use some improvement but if you just call them they are very nice and helpful! I strongly recommend trying them at least once :) you get a free garlic sauce (side) and you can pick a free crust topping!! (At least with the large pizzas both times for me that was the case) read more

I'd give it no stars...after waiting on a carry out order, we had to wait longer because it " got messed up ". We had to insist they remake the entire order, but they tried to give us the old pizza as well. This place has gone downhill service wise & I would recommend any other pizza place. read more

I tried to order a pizza by delivery last night from Marco's and use our Boy Scouts of America 2015 discount card and save 10% off any regular priced item. Unfortunately the young lady taking my order would not honor the discount on delivery orders even though it does not specify that on the discount card. I asked if I could supply it at time of delivery for their review but that was still not acceptable to her. I let her know the discount was the only reason I was ordering from them.( their pizza is good but can get pricey.) I cancelled the order and ordered from a competitor. Very disappointing. read more
