Stopped in for lunch today. We ordered a pizza, wings, and a Stromboli. We always order pizzas to be well done, and this place delivered just that. It was quite refreshing to have our food made the way we ordered. The wings were nothing to write home about, but they aren't bad, either. Hopefully, if you're a wing eater, you understand what I mean. The Stromboli was made with pepperoni, ham, onion, and cheese. It wouldn't have hurt it to be in the oven a few minutes more, but, it was cooked through. The onion was quite overpowering, though. I had to pick a lot out to balance the flavors. Perhaps, next time I'll see if they can half it. All in all, it was a very good experience, and definitely a place we will come back to. read more

I've been ordering from Paisano's for over a year never had an issue. It's become my families Friday night tradition but that's gonna change. I ordered our usuals except this time I got extra steak on my steak and cheese and fries. As I was eating the fries I felt a different texture and immediately spit the food out. After a closer look it had a small knotted gray/ silver hair. Idk if the rest of the food is ok or not but as one can imagine it's a turn off and couldn't bring myself to touch the food anymore. read more

Very good food. Have tried the pizza, gyro and gyro salad. Each one was very good and reasonably priced. Thought the atmosphere is good and enjoyed eating there because it was relatively quiet even though there was what seemed to be a regular stream of people coming in. Last time I was there they got my order wrong but when I pointed this out to the person working there they were apologetic and even offered to redo the whole order. But what I got looked so good that I ended up eating it anyway and was glad that I did. Seems to be a busy place but does not feel very busy. They let you eat your food in peace but seem to be friendly if you want to talk with anyone. I also appreciated that they let me just get water as my drink without any difficulties given that they did not have a soda choice that I wanted. Good place for getting good food at a good price without having to put up with too much hassle. That should be less surprising than it is but given what I've seen at other pizza places it actually makes this place stand out quite a lot. read more

Had the chicken parmigiana and the chicken giadiniera with side salads and everything was excellent. The bread that comes with the meals was so fresh and we even bought a loaf to take home. Hands down the most mismanaged quick serve restaurant Ive ever been in! Waited 1 hour 15 mins for a small takeaway order before I decided to just walk out. At least 4 other tables waiting longer than me. Girl at cash register clueless - could not find menu items on register and told me they didnt have them. Loud hard core rap music blaring out of the kitchen. Employees in back look like they are on prison work release. There are incleaned tables with leftover food on them that have not been cleaned. They have no idea what customer ordered what food. Running around asking who ordered what. The casheir just came out now and asked what I ordered. Holy cow this is a mess! Food is great, service def needs improvement. I placed an order for over $100 and called 3x because i was stuck in snow and was running late. I was out on hold each time for over 7 mins. By the time i arrived of course my food was cold and i had to go back and forth with an employee about remaking it. We ordered food delivery from them at the Wingate hotel. They were very timely with the delivery. We had their pepperoni pizza with green peppers - thin crust - very good. Also got a club sandwich which was fresh and very good. Ordered zeppolis for dessert - they are triangular shaped and tasty and they added in a cherry sauce container to dip them in! That was different. Usually zeppolis are just by themselves as circles of dough fried with powdered sugar on them when ordered from other places. So nice. We will order from them again. I have eaten here multiple times and it is normally pretty good. I normally get a regular pepperoni pizza and some wings. The wings are normally pretty good, great flavor, and always fresh. The pizza is normally pretty good too. No complaints, until last night. I was excited to get pizza and wings while watching the playoffs and it kind of ruined the night. I couldn't even eat the pizza. The base of the pizza was like paper. It was paper thin and couldn't stand up on itself at all. I had to use a fork and knife because it would just keep ripping. And for a 20+ dollar pizza, it needs to be better than that. Im going to try it again and hopefully it's better, but last night was terrible. read more

What happened to this place? I have been a Winchester resident for three years. I didn't want a typical pizza from a large-scale chain and unprompted I gave these guys a chance. My initial experience with paisano's was good. Decent food, fair prices, and no issues with delivery times. I even created an account with my email address in anticipation of future orders. In the last year, my orders now come far later than advertised. And it's not just a covid-thing. I put an online order for later in the day and the pizza still arrived 40-50 minutes late and calling it lukewarm is generous. I love (love) to root for pizza chains outside of the big-guys...but this place has slid downhill fast. read more

UPDATE: 2/22/2019 I was contacted by corporate office and asked to give them another chance as their guest since they had changed management. They did not ask me to change or update my review, but I did warn them that if I went to the trouble to give them another try, I would write an honest review good, bad or otherwise. I have upgraded from 1 to 2 stars because it improved a little. First, the ordering process online is a little clunky. After navigating to promo codes and coupons, it's a little confusing what to do first: put the item in the cart or what? Also, my Supreme pizza said we could add black olives at no extra charge, but when I added them, the extra charge appeared in the cart. I asked in the notes section to add black olives if there would be no charge, and that did the trick. The Supreme pizza was hot and tasty, but two of the diners thought it needed more sauce. The gluten-sensitive "Cheezy Garlic Bacon Pizza" was inedible. The ricotta on top was delicious, but the rest was so horribly salty nobody could eat it. At first, we thought it was due to the bacon, but as I dissected it, we determined it to be the sauce or cheese just under the top layer of cheese. It is gooey and slightly underdone once you look under the "hood". You can see the layers somewhat in my photo. Even my husband, who loves salt so much he makes his mashed potatoes crunchy, said it was too salty for him. This was an epic fail. We tried the Greek Gyro Salad again. As you can see in my photos, there is plenty of lettuce, it is very light on tomatoes, onions and other vegetables. The meat was adequate for the size of the salad. It was fresh and crisp and cold. The biggest disappointment was the lack of yogurt sauce. This is a HUGE salad and (look at the picture) it comes with one tiny container of about a tablespoon of yogurt sauce. I ordered an extra tiny container for 75 cents and it still wasn't enough. The website had me select a salad dressing to accompany it. I chose the House Dressing. I didn't really want anything but the yogurt sauce, but thought if I didn't get any again, at least I'd have the salad dressing. Nope. There was none included. Which reminds me, they don't include plates or utensils either. Next is the garlic knots. They were hot and soft and came with plenty of marinara. Finally, I ordered the zeppoles again. This time they were not rubbery. They weren't exactly melt-in-your-mouth or pillowy either, but they were just fine - maybe 20 seconds overdone. The raspberry sauce? OMG TO DIE FOR! I don't know if this is their own concoction or if they just open a can, but if they make it themselves, they should just give up on pizza and sell the raspberry sauce. I'd buy it over and over again and put it on and in everything. Sadly, while I can't recommend them overall, if they could just make those few corrections, I'd say give it a try. Alternatively, if you have a sweet tooth or want a delicious salad, stop in for the Gyro Salad and Zeppoles - extra raspberry sauce. You can thank me later. read more

Ordered the margarita pizza, normally has fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella, this place does it differently. They only add maybe a total of 3 basil leaves, and that's it. I eat here at least once a week, mostly for the salads but have tried a lot of items on the menu. I have not been disappointed thus far. Everything I've tried is fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxed and comforting. After a few pick ups, the staff refers to me by my first name. Staff has always been friendly, inviting, and helpful in determining your food likes. Our family has a pretty standard order from Paisano's. I get the hot wings, my wife gets the caesar wrap, the kids get a stromboli and a pizza. Oh and don't miss out on the free garlic knots. Since we nailed down what we like here we order it pretty much once every two weeks and it is always tasty. I would say that not everything we tried on the menu was great but it's hard to say that of any restaurant really. Lastly, their delivery service is always fast and if I go to the restaurant to pickup they are super friendly and courteous. read more

The food was really good. But the cashier got the whole order that i placed wrong. It was still good, but her attitude was not good. Everyone and everything else was amazing. General agreement on the sausage and pepperoni pizza I split with two friends - "Not the worst pizza in Winchester, but not the best either." The pizza is not bad but not really true NY style pizza. The crust is kind of chewy like Costco pizza but slightly better. Toppings were good and pizza was flavorful. Probably in line with Papa Johns. The cheese used on the pizza has a really weird smell. Almost like it's turned. We have ordered twice from here and both time have gotten the same thing. This is apparently a chain restaurant so I am unsure as to why it is like this, but this is one of those chain that, unfortunately, if you like pizza, you should probably steer clear of. In all fairness we haven't tried much else other than the fried mushrooms which are unseasoned and oddly fried so that the mushroom inside is full of water.
