After getting proposals from 5 contractors, we decided to go with LIMC for the project. Tommy and his son came by twice to ensure the measurements are correct and their proposal is one of the most competitive in terms of pricing. I wanted to have a concrete base for the pavers because my previous patio was set on regular gravel base and had settled unevenly after just two years. The whole project took about two weeks from start to finish. Tommy's crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. You can definitely tell that they are experienced with concrete and masonry. We decided to go with the Cambridge Toffee Onyx ledgestone pavers with Mocha Border. For the driveway, we went with graphite colored concrete with pavers circle and apron. The result was spectacular. I have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on my driveway. The blue stone stoops were excellent as well. Devin and his team really impressed me with their professionalism, creativity, and respect for my property. I did not have to chase them as to when they would be showing up as I have with other contractors. His estimate was very detailed and was easy to understand with breakdown and description. His 3D rendering was extremely impressive and really was representative of what he was able to create. Dan was present every single day to get the men set up and to do a check-in with me to make sure I was happy with the process from start to finish. Each day the crew left my property neat, never leaving garbage behind, and were very mindful to never leave my gates open due to me having 2 dogs. As for the work... I was unsure what I wanted exactly but knew I didn't want a cookie cutter yard like most of Long Island. Dan and Devin both worked with me to pick out the perfect colors and showed me how to best utilize the space I have. With landscaping, they were able to give me more privacy and brighten up my entire yard with beautiful perennials. The hot tub area they created with an outdoor television and pergola will definitely be used all year round. The outdoor BBQ and bar area will be the highlight of my outdoor parties! Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. Tiffany from the office was super responsive and polite throughout the project, keeping me in the loop at all times. Thank you Flawless for your integrity, talent and hard work!

There were so many dents in the floor that I was sure it would never be smooth again--epoxy or no epoxy. Well, I guess I was proven wrong because these guys took their time to grind the floor, patch it, and then grind it again to make sure it was buttery smooth! They recommended sand for traction before putting the colored epoxy coating and that was a spot-on recommendation also (we don't want our customers slipping!). They offered a great color selection palette and recommended dark grey which I ended up liking as well. You can barely see the sand when the top color epoxy coat is applied so that was a plus. Before I hired them I got a quote from another company that was going to charge more and use an inferior method (acid etch instead of straight up grinding). Overall these guys are really professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks a lot, we love our new floor!

They were in the middle for pricing but sals local knowledge and no nonsense attitude were key factors for me. I got stacci confirmed and sal and his team got to work. The staff is top notch and did an amazing job, not just for the main driveway expansion job, but also with reconfiguring my steps (towards the top) to be wider and more welcoming (which I didn't even have specs for!). You will not get sticker shock over what many others quote you at, he's local to Great Neck / Manhasset / Port Washington. If you tell him the budget, he can find the right balance of what you want and the right price. They did a retaining wall in one day. Demolition, dug way down and put in the right foundations and caps. Mid way, he checked in and we even made adjustments and he was able to make that happen. The quality of the material is top notch, the setting of the wall and the caps were perfectly level, and basically guarantees his work for decades because of how well he set the foundations

Vinny came to our house and was very detailed in explaining what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He listened to my questions (I tend to have a lot) and didn't try to upsell us. I assumed the problem would need a French drain and more and he felt confident that we didn't need to go to that expense. He said he could do all of that but we would be fine with an exterior membrane. I met with two other waterproofers who pretty much said the same and Vinny was the middle quote -yet we still chose him because he was honest and down to earth. Also I liked that his sons do the work so I trust they will take care to do it right. They scheduled us pretty quickly and got to work right away at 7 am. Three of them hand dug a 25 ft x 9 ft trench over two days (originally was supposed to be one but they needed a second because of our collapsing soil). They sealed the foundation and took care to replace my window wells, put my Sprinkler lines back, and stack the pavers they had to remove. They were respectful to me and my neighbors and didn't mind me hawking over to see them work every once and a while. We were very pleased with their work would recommend them.
