They do floor preparation before the installation, use top notch products and are very accommodating with time. Every time that I've needed to deliver a work ahead of time they've move their schedule to fit me in. I quoted them 1000 square feet, even thought I know it was more like 800. They gave me a price of $400. Then they decided to add an additional man cause they had to move furniture which was clear in my photos which came out to $550. They did not remove the nails from the boarder and didn't clean up after carpet removal. At that point I decided to go with someone else for the flooring there after. I do not recommend this place.

Three weeks ago my husband and I setup and appt with Empire Today for bedroom flooring. The sales…read moreperson shows us floors we pick one and he says if you book in the next week we will give you a discount. So we book for a week later on a Saturday. The Friday before late in the afternoon I get a call saying the installer cut his hand and they can't come and cancelled our appt. And scheduled it for when they wanted it smack in the middle of the week. I called my sales rep 13 times and finally got him and said no we want a Saturday and afternoon appt. So he says let me call my boss and ask if that's possible. He books it for today. I asked him about our bedroom furniture do we have to move it he said no they do that it's in your contract. So this morning at 6:45 am I receive a call from them saying they would be there between 8-830am, I said no my salesman says Noon or afternoon, she states we don't make afternoon appts do you want to cancel like she was hoping I said yes. I said ok I guess, 8 830 goes by no one. I call the number she called from and she say we're on our way 5 minutes. She arrives with a little mini van and 2 guys in another van. She had the nerve to back into my driveway. She comes up to the door and say Hi maam how are you I said not happy she says to me yeah me neither, she has the sample of the floor and she says verify the sample before I come in. So I did. And then I said to her my husband and I decided to move the furniture to help you out but the bed you'll have to move and it's a sleep number with an electric box underneath it and it's plugged into the wall. She says we move no furniture especially electronic beds. Let me see it and brushes past me. She goes in to the bedroom looks under the bed and says yeah I don't think so she gets on the phone calls some guy name Mario and says no we won't move this so unless your going to do we're done, I said I guess your done. I told her I was done when she called me this morning she pulled a face and walked out. So now no flooring and now my husband has a line of credit with them for nothing. Apparently I just read online that in 2024 they were in finanacia, trouble. DO US ALL A FAVOR and close down! Nothing but lies and empty promises, I will take my business elsewhere!
