I had so many questions about fiber, pattern, carpet pad, durability, and care, and he took the time to answer every single one without rushing me. The subcontractors were professional, efficient, and worked quickly. During the installation, I started feeling overwhelmed thinking about how much cleanup I'd have to do afterward--but to my surprise, they left absolutely no mess behind. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Upon my initial visit I was greeted by Jason while he was taking care of other customers. Jason was patient and helped me select a tile that matched a picture I showed him. What I absolutely loved about Jason was his concern about getting the correct dimensions for my job. I live a distance away but that was never an issue with them. Paul came out to my home to measure correctly and get a feel for what I wanted vs what would be most suitable for my room. Paul convinced me to go with a larger size tile in a lighter color. I was doubtful at first but decided to follow his lead. Best decision!!! My floors look fantastic! Their installer is superb. I look forward to working with them again.

The showroom is beautiful and the multi-colored styled wood flooring allows you to get a first hand idea of how the wood will look on your floor as you step on them. He explained the structural differences between certain wood panels vs vinyl. He explained in simple terms various issues and concerns that I was contemplating. The RightWood premium durable floors are about $3.50 a square foot which includes the moisture padding. The installation is additional of course.

We finally bit the bullet and decided to go for it. We spent a couple of months going to a bunch of tile stores looking at flooring and were finally able to agree on 24" x 24" porcelain tiles with a rectified edge. We found a tile that we liked and worked with Clay to order it. Clay came out to our house to measure and we paid a deposit on the tile to get it shipped to their warehouse which took a couple of weeks for the tile to come in. They're really good about working with you if there's a delay and you need to push back a date. Each subcontractor who came out was fantastic. The tile guys did a great job with the install. At the time we were tile shopping, we thought the 24" x 24" tiles were huge, but now that they're in our house, we realize that 36" x 36" wouldn't have looked odd. We paid a little extra for virtually dust free tile removal which was DEFINITELY worth it because we didn't have dust all over our house. I recommend that you get that if you're redoing your tile. The guys who came out to install our baseboards were just as amazing. Nothing in our house is normal and of course the walls are not straight. They made sure that the baseboards looked right. They even put the kick plates and trim back on the bottom of our cabinets. We had a couple of very minor issues which were dealt with professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend this company if you are redoing your flooring. We now have beautiful floors and are extremely happy customers!

Rob was friendly and forthcoming in explaining the process and the best flooring for my mom's bedroom. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rob and how he treated us and handled business. He gave us a good deal on new flooring, and we set the start date. However, I do have some negative things to say, but they are towards the workmen who came to do the flooring construction. We were told that the workmen would be out of our house by 10 AM, but they showed up an hour earlier. We were in the process of putting up the dogs so they wouldn't be in the way, but because they got here early when one of them got out! One of the workmen did not close the front door properly, and one of the dogs we were trying to corral into a bedroom slipped out and ran out the cracked front door. My mom screamed at one of them to grab the dog because she was sniffing one of the workmen's pant legs. The workmen just stared at her and did not attempt to capture the dog. Our shiba inu ran down the neighborhood leaving me, my mother, my sister, and some fellow neighbors to deal with trying to catch the dog. It actually pissed me off because they seemed to show a lack of empathy. I actually said, "That was my sister's dog" and they decided to stare up into the clouds as if they had just spotted the most interesting cloud to look at. Thankfully, we caught my sister's dog and then they proceeded to go inside the house to begin deconstruction. The construction part went fast. They started by 10:20 and were basically done by 12:00 except apparently they were missing some sort of piece for the baseboards. The one worker who was left behind to do the work had to text his co-workers for them to bring a piece. It ended up being around 4:00 PM by the time the whole thing was done. The day was long but the floors look really good. The only thing I did not appreciate was the lack of communication for arrival time, finishing time, etc.

(Lowe's, Miami Dolphin and tile, Home Depot, carpet boutique, and 3 more sites I don't even remember anymore)... mind you not, not all of this were terrible, some were OK. Flow carpet was just a little harder to find! As it is a small store and not super advertised online, nevertheless I found it on Google maps and then digged for some reviews here! (As you can see, not many). Let me tell you, all of the 5 star reviews are 100% accurate! (Does it even have anything below 5?) Very charming shop, with lots of art and some musical instruments that directly reflect the attitude of the owner, Jeffrey, which helps you with a smile every step of the way! Explaining every bit for you without hesitation and the best part, NOT TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF LIKE MOST. The carpet I chose I saw it in other shops, and he immediately gave me lower prices than any other shop, because he is FAIR about his business. Clear, straightforward and broken down. Maybe that is why he has good reviews and has been there for 30 years! An honest businessman and a pleasure to do business with. The Job is not actually done yet, but all the negotiation process is, I will update with pictures as soon as the job is done! I promise, you can look no further! Go to flow carpet!
