    The trunk looks partially open now.

    Our trunk broke & we took our SUV to Don Brown for repair. They said, "this is the best we can do" and charged me full price for the repair. It seemed crazy that a dealership couldn't repair this adequately & felt this was acceptable work. The repair is suboptimal & unfinished.

    Clearly says was 35,418 now 32,853 and they won't honor the price.

    Don brown, "home of the falsely advertised deal." Called to see if a truckers in stock. When I made contact with someone I they asked me what price I saw. Then they proceeded to tell me that the price was $3500 more than what is posted. Claimed computer issues. If it was a computer issue it would not have been posted that way on multiple sites. One site sure but not 2-3 different sites all of which have no association with each other. If you view my picture it clearly shows was this price now this price. It showed the same thing on there website but they changed it before i could screen shot it. FALSELY advertising an item to try and get people to come in is bad business. Which by the looks of some of these reviews is a common theme at this dealership.

I scheduled the the appointment over the phone. I live out of town, but my son's car is in Saint Louis where he attends college. I set it up when I would be in town. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation early Saturday morning. The Bay Area was so clean you could eat off the floor. The initial staff was friendly. He took me in immediately and I met with a service advisor Vincent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Complimentary bottle water and snacks are provided. My advisor came out to speak with me on recommendations for additional service. With the mileage being close to 90k performing a more extensive service with fluids and replacement of spark plugs. I agreed. He also said I could locate a coupon online and use, even from another dealer. With a more extensive service they needed two more hours. The car was completed at approximately the three hour mark. They also at my request removed an insurance beacon and scraped off the glue residue. Checkout was smooth and I utilized a 10% discount. They take all major credit cards. I was given my paperwork. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend and will return.

    I brought in my 750i due to issues with a sensor. That repair plus three preventative maintenance…read moreservices totaled $ 1500. When I was checking out, I handed the gal my credit card, she processed the transaction and I left. Before leaving, I texted my son, as there was a T-shirt in the boutique I thought he would want. I left the dealership and several minutes later he texted back that he did want one. I drove back to the dealership and there was a different gal at the payment desk. While she was processing my purchase I was standing at the counter and there was a plastic frame holding a piece of paper. I turned it around facing the boutique and read that there was a 2% charge for credit card purchases. I totally get the reason for Autohaus to charge that, however I was not informed by the first cashier and if I had been, I would have simply given the gal my debit card and avoided the almost $ 30.00 charge. I spoke with Chris (Service Manager) and he said he would 'look into it" and get back to me. I have not heard from him, and it's been 2 weeks. I actually saw Peggy W (Business Manager) at a car show last Sunday. I explained the scenario to her, and she was very unempathetic, and dismissive with me. She immediately went into a rhetoric of "Oh well, I'll have to remind them again to mention that". She had the opportunity right then to "make it right" by offering to do something but instead started picking up brochures telling me that I had automatically been enrolled in a customer loyalty program. Bottom line- I would like that 2% ($ 28.50) credited back to my credit card. Once again, it would have not been an issue to use my debit card and I certainly would have if I was aware of the fee. I purchased my vehicle from Autohaus and have gone there exclusively for all maintenance and repairs. With how rude Peggy W. was and how unwilling they are to make this right, I'll most likely be looking for another dealership.

My credit wasn't perfect, and I didn't have a lot of capital to put down as a down payment, but Richard Witkowski made it happen...we were upside down, about $5000 on our previous car (purchased a year ago) that we bought from Richard Witkowski -- I have bought 6 from him to date and he ALWAYS takes care of me and my family. He is the best and most honest car salesman I have ever encountered and as a small business owner I've encountered a bunch.     I called the dealership to schedule service for the 2019 F250 I had purchased new from the…read moredealership years ago. I had new tires put on my vehicle and Ford will not reprogram the ODB2 setting for tire circumference. This is Ford policy, they refuse to calibrate Odometers. I understand the policy what I do not understand is why the person I was talking to felt it incumbent on himself to treat me with utter disrespect. I was asked, "why would you want to put out of spec tires on your vehicle?" in response to my question, "why would Ford not want me to have an accurate speed?" Two things: (1) This year and model came with different wheel and tire size options so the statement that my tires are "out of spec" is an assumption. (2) It's my truck and I did it because I wanted to. Why do Ford dealers in the Sullivan area lift new trucks, put aggressive tire and wheel packages on them and sell them new - they are Ford, I'm not Ford. People who talk to me this way lose my business. I am no longer a Schicker customer and I know my next heavy duty truck (which I'm actually shopping for right now) is NOT going to be a Ford. Recommendation to the dealer - treat your customers as if you want them to come back to your dealership.
