Was looking for something near my in-laws that wasn't a chain restaurant and so glad I found this place. It's not a very big place but they were able to seat us almost immediately. The service was great, the food was fantastic and the sangria, half a glass and you'll start feeling nice. Will definitely be making a return trip next time we're in the area.

Resturaunt in a strip mall. Husband cooks and wife host. TV plays pictures and information on Argentina.. server was amazing extremely knowledgeable. Experienced a sampling of Savignon Blanc from Argentina like I've never had before she let me sample a Savignon Blanc and said hold it in my mouth and the flavors just exploded. I said please give me a glass. My Husband ordered a sangria which they explained that it takes three days to make with different wines from Argentina and citrus fruits very good, not sweet. we enjoyed having a conversation while learning about Argentina with this stunning beauty of the mountains, the falls, the snow the land is just Beautiful. I ordered asada de tira. Which are cow ribs sliced thin. Ribs were grilled. Juicy and , tender and tons of flavor. Served with beans that were extremely tasty. Never have I had beans that tasted that good. Fresh mixed green salad served with olive oil and balsamic. I have a new found love for Argentina and the food. Go try this little quaint place out. It will be an enjoyable experience that you want to repeat.

Neighborhood gem in the heart of St Cloud that is small, quaint, and cozy--offering a relaxed yet unique Argentinian vibe that stands out from typical chains . They offer high-quality, flavorful cuts of meat and Friendly, engaging staff; at times the owner or manager serves and interacts with guests. Usually, I'm taking food home in a doggy bag. We left nothing on the plate! Delicious! They also offer Argentinian Wine selection including Malbec, Cab Sauvignon and Rosè .The Chimichurri was memorable!

This is exactly what my wife and I were hoping for with traditional dishes, flavors, service & hospitality and fantastic portions with more than reasonable prices. Location is small quaint but comfortable and inviting. Service was friendly, cheerful, entertaining & helpful. We plan to visit again!

Great place to experience Argentinian flavor food. Is our second time, first time we tried the steaks, they were great too. The music is great too!

The main course part of the menu.

You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Huge kudos to Chef Frankie for delivering such a phenomenal meal. Everything from the steak to the sides was well executed and beautifully presented. Our server, Aubrey, was fantastic and truly elevated the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu without ever making us feel rushed. Her service made the evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. We also have to mention the banana fosters cheesecake for dessert--it was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. Rich, flavorful, and something we would come back for on its own. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and standout service. Between Chef Frankie's incredible cooking and Aubrey's attentive service, this steakhouse is definitely a place we will return to and highly recommend

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, only a few people were sitting at the bar, so I practically had the entire dining room to myself. Phyre is located on a quiet street just steps away from St. Cloud City Hall. The décor features black velvet booths, black chairs, and marble tables. It isn't fancy, but it has a cool, modern vibe. They even had a huge Christmas tree still on display, decorated in preparation for the Fourth of July, which definitely caught my attention. Allie was my host and server, and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my visit. Every restaurant needs a Allie. She was amazing! If Phyre management reads this, she needs a raise. I mean absolutely wonderful service! I started with what they call the "Our Fashion" cocktail and their famous pretzels served with beer cheese . The cocktail was enjoyable, and I can see why the pretzels get so much attention. They were soft, warm, and fresh. I would have preferred a little less salt, but then again, it wouldn't really be a pretzel. The cheese sauce could have been hotter, but it was flavorful and paired well with the pretzels. For my entrée, I ordered the surf and turf featuring filet medallions, three crab-stuffed shrimp, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, which I appreciated. The filet medallions were cooked to a perfect medium and had a nice slight crisp on the outside, although they weren't quite as hot as I would have liked. It was served towith a delicious wine sauce that really elevated the dish. The crab stuffed shrimp were flavorful, and the garlic mashed potatoes were a great complement to the meal. Overall, I enjoyed my Sunday dinner at Phyre. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food delivered a satisfying steakhouse experience. I'd definitely return to try more of the menu.

I thought I had wrote a review for this unique spot, but it was one of those that slipped past me…read more I'm glad that Yelp's reminder email is a better memory than mine, so I remembered to write something nice about this great spot. I had a group of us driving to Orlando for a weekend and we were making good time, so it was perfect to stop short in St Cloud to see what this Black Squirrel Bookstore was all about. I actually let the girls go in and check it out as we had brought our dog. I sat in the car and read a book ironically, why they had some speakeasy fun. well after maybe a half hour i looked up and my gal and another lady were by the car. The other lady said she was the owner and that we could bring our dog Augie inside. It was very kind of her, as it really wasn't expected art such a nice spot. He sat politely under the table, while we enjoyed some fun drinks, a singer that was adding to a nice night. We left after a couple, but for sure will swing by again when we have the time; great spot.

This place is adorable!!…read more We were on our way to Orlando, and my fiancée found this place for us to stop by. The outside is a bookstore with other cute and interesting things to buy. The bookstore itself is a treat, but we were there for the speakeasy. For this you ring the doorbell outside, they come get you and give you a clue to get in. They don't make you do it if you don't want to but, that is part of the fun. We solved it and in we went. Squirrels everywhere, fun signs, chandeliers, books and light, plus beautiful cozy tables and sofa seating, giving this a great speakeasy ambiance. On the corner a piano, and to our surprise a wonderful live jazz singer, who made our experience even better. The owner happened to be there that night and came to welcomes us at our table. Really nice lady, very happy to see people enjoy the place, and she herself was there with friends having a great time. The drinks are fun, and they have a food menu too. Honestly a place I want to come back to and recommend to everyone.

How we don't, in Mexico, EVER put lettuce on anything. So why is this fantastic restaurant adding lettuce to my food? I asked in mock outrage and he laughed and laughed. The menu has plenty of variety at different price points, and it's hard to beat the value. My wife and I can split a fajita for one, each enjoy a margarita, and still get out for under $50. The food is consistently well-seasoned, the margaritas are excellent, and we've rarely had to wait long for a table. The staff has always been friendly, attentive, and the location right off 192 makes it an easy stop. My one consistent criticism is the complimentary chips and salsa. The chips are usually too thick and don't always taste fresh, while the salsa tends to be watery and lacks the bold flavor you'd hope for. Since that's the first thing every guest experiences, I think it leaves an underwhelming first impression that doesn't reflect the quality of the rest of the meal. Overall, it's a solid restaurant with good food, great drinks, fair prices, and friendly service. If they ever improve the chips and salsa, I'd have a hard time finding much else to criticize.

All right. So here goes. I'll give this place a solid three, maybe a 3 1/2. Here's the problem. Well let me let me give the positives first. The conch fritters were outstanding. A lot of conch meat and not a lot of filler. 5 out 5 . The mozzarella wedges not bad. Pretty much standard. That marinara sauce was from a can just admit it. It was lousy and then the fish and chips with the Mahi. The fish was outstanding. Well done. The batter was not soggy. It stayed crest for the most part of fish was good. Listen for that much money. I want more french fries in there. You literally gave me 10 french fries. In the end of the thing that's not excusable with the price of things where they are be a little more giving on the french fries. The remoulade Tartar sauce was was way too salty use. You can't use that much old base seasoning but overall the fish was good now here's my problem. And this is pretty much why I'm giving you three stars instead of giving you four or five. I lived. I worked and I cooked in Charleston South Carolina. I know how to make shrimp and grits. I know how to make it low country style like it's as it comes from what you served me. I appreciate your creativity but you don't put fried grit cakes and shrimp on a skewer. Let me call you and that is not shrimp and grits. Honestly, that's a mark of a lazy chef. If you can't make cheese grits and you don't know how to make cheese grits for shrimp and grits. I was a chef and I still am. I'll come over there. I'll teach you how to make a low country shrimp and grits. OK and it'll sell way better than that stuff. A fried GRITCAKE no . NOW the shrimp was cooked. Well it was nicely season. Good job on the shrimp. But like if you want me to come over there I'll show you how to cook it. You get you get $20 $25 for a bowl of that stuff. Instead of making that stuff. You can make cheese grits in a matter of minutes. OK all you need us some Bell peppers some good pepper, Jack cheese and come do it. I'll do it for free. Other than that. It was decent. Just let me help you. I don't mind coming over there and showing you how to do it. If you don't know how to do it. I really don't. But please don't do that. Again. If you, I know you're trying to be creative but that that's that's not. If you can't ruin a classic dish like that. I'm sorry. I don't mean to sound nasty and rude. But that's a lazy chef frying a great cake and putting it on skewer. No thanks. I'd love to come back maybe try something else but I certainly wouldn't be getting that again until you make some changes on that. But overall not a bad experience food wise. I can't. I'll have to come in and give you the rest.
