The ambiance is the feel of a food truck/ mom & pop local restaurant feels, they usually have a few tables setup outside their truck with foldable chairs, usually the seating is great if your coming in small groups, but with whole family above 6 people it's better to do takeout orders or bring your own foldable chairs to create seating space. Additionally, I'll add the location is very easy to find & right off the freeway 15 right behind the best buy store. I've tried practically 90% of their menu, & the items I personally recommend are the mixed bbq roll, double cheese burger, beef bihari roll, the New Yorker, & the loaded fries literally in this order, top 5 dishes. Highly recommend this place go support this local owned business & treat yourself to this flavorful fusion of a establishment!

I got the New Yorker which is rice, chicken, lettuce, onion, and tomato with a white and red sauce. This was soooo good and although not exactly like the ones in New York, it was very reminiscent of the Halal carts I used to have in New York. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned and the sauces were amazing. It had a nice kick to it too. I will definitely be going back soon to get this again.

Taco Tuesday: $1.50 street tacos! Al Pastor, Chicken, carnitas, and Tripa are the choices, and the taco comes with a shockingly generous amount of meat for that small price. Flavors are all very Mexican, very flavorful, and very delicious. Soda cans are a very reasonable $1.50 each for Squirt or Coke. $5 Horchata is excellent, creamy and lovely zesty cinnamon sensations.

The experience of waiting was about 1hr 20mins from waiting in line to waiting for the food. I haven't been to a Taco Tuesdays in a while but I assume that it's usually busy. $1.50 per taco in this economy is literally a godsend. They also did have a sign saying that they make things to order so I knew it would take a while. Food: We ordered 4 al pastor street tacos, 3 carnitas tacos, and horchata. They actually ran out of carnitas tacos and so we replaced the meat with al pastor. The horchata was one of those that had a bit of a powdery taste so it's not my type I like. The tacos overall tasted good but idk if it's because we waited so long for the food. Service: Staff were good. Nothing much to say since they looked like they were busy with the long line of customers. Ambiance: Typical food truck tacos with outdoor seating. Parking: There's plenty of parking in the area. No trouble at all.

On this first visit, I had two beef birria tacos and one beef quesa birria taco. Both types of tacos were delicious. The highlight was no doubt the beef birria on each tacos. It's flavor was beefy and well seasoned, not to mention was bathed in a red chile broth that packed great flavor. I really appreciated the fact that they did not over use the clove like many other places do. It was all about the beef flavor here. The tacos came with fresh chopped cilantro, red onions, and a side of spicy pickled onions with habaneros, sliced cucumbers, lime wedges, and a red and green hots sauces. Both hot sauces were very tasty and offered a medium heat. The brother and sister team are very cool. They mean for you to have a great meal, with friendly service of course. There's plenty of parking. They offer outside eating tables with shade.

I had the quesataco with birria which was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and completed very well by their red and green salsas. My only suggestion for improvement is the menu needs to list the prices (two quesatacos ended up being about $11). Would definitely return!
