He let us know if the tires we were getting were new or used and how much it cost out the door. For my 2007 Nissan Murano, he only had used tires. I was honestly skeptical at first but when we inspected the tires before we left, both tires seemed practically new! Also, what reassured us that the tire was in great condition was that we saw them testing several used tires before actually securing the final one. The man and his employees also checked for bubbles in each of the tires that they tried to put on. We thought that was great. Only thing I will say is that they don't accept credit or debit cards.
