The stealership said I needed new exhaust from the cats back on top of the actuator and quoted me $3600. I received very poor in person customer service and the female worker was very rude and snappy over the phone while trying to get clarity on my truck. So i had tl leave work and go see in person to get status of vehicle. Was told that was never looked at (although vehicle was dropped off night prior to get a diagnostic scan). Asked where was my vehicle and another worker came outside to let me know it was at the home depot across from the shop. Parked there. The male staff member went and brought me the truck letting me know they NEVER TOUCHED IT!! this was beyond horrible and will be doing a Google and yelp review because of this.
