I came in not 100% sure what I needed for my bike, and Dwayne didn't just guess or try to upsell me -- he asked the right questions, looked things up, and made sure I walked out with the correct parts the first time. What stood out most was his excellent customer service and knowledge in auto parts. Dwayne was patient, helpful, and didn't make me feel rushed or clueless. He actually cared to get me the right parts! The store itself was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices were reasonable too -- not the cheapest on the planet, but fair for the level of help you get. The guys working did a great job and were so friendly and understanding (i was in a bad mood, having a bad day.) They even are pet friendly and let my puppy run around the lobby. And the best part? The brake pads wore out so I needed them replaced. Took it to this location. They said the calipers needed to be replaced and it'd be $3k. I told them I couldn't do that and asked them to replace the brake pads. They refused without the caliper replacement. They marked my suspension fine in their "full vehicle inspection" though....that I still had to pay for. They even sent a pic of the tire on the bad side, clearly worn unevenly due to a suspension problem. Shop down the street replaced the pads no problem. Either they were trying to cheat me or didn't know that they were doing. Whatever the case, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
