After a fire at my home I started having troubles with the insurance adjusters. Multiple times I call Tyler to get help with my claim and got no responses or follow through. Not once did Tyler reach out to me to see if any resolve ever happened. The insurance doesn't want to pay for certain policy coverage items and has been very unethical. Tyler has done nothing to encourage Mercury Insurance to pay based on the coverage I paid for. When I informed him I had to file a complaint with CDI - no follow up. When I let him know I had to go give a statement under oath - no follow up. Almost 2 years and my home is still under construction because the insurance hasn't paid the coverage. I will likely have to take this to court. If you you want an agent that has your back - go to someone else! read more
