He is not gentle or try to ease the needle in, he just jammed it in my husbands already painful mouth. I left when they were going to put him under anesthesia. The DDS did not give the chance for the anesthesia to start working. My husband felt everything, heard the teeth cracking and had all three pulled in under 10 minutes. He was so terrible he has caused my husband to now have anxiety about dentists. When I saw my husband, he looked like he was beaten with a bat. His mouth bled for 3 days.
