ordered an Italian sub with sausage and a medium half pep pizza. The sub had no sausage and barely any meat on it at all I was supposed to get a credit and when I went to call to place an order for 3 subs and a large pizza they said there was no credit.. The guy was rude as hell and we order out a lot and so does our family here in circleville so when they stop getting orders they will know why.. Delivery Order Delivered in a timely fashion, food was hot and fresh. Gentlemen doing the delivery was polite and kind. Ordered: The Works thin crust with Extra Mushrooms. Thankful they use fresh mushrooms, not the slimy canned ones. Pizza was good as always, nice thin and crispy crust. Big Don with Sausage. Sub was good, but the portion is so small for the price. Very little meat, that's why this go around I ordered the Sausage but of course it's more expensive that way. Personal (7 inch) Serious Cheese. The spicy buffalo chicken pizza is EVERYTHING. Couple that with a caprese salad and you have a great meal. I have never had anything bad from this Donatos. I do recommend checking your spicy chicken pizza before driving away though. They have forgotten to add ranch twice but we're quick to make it right. I'd recommend this Donatos to anyone. read more

My husband and I use to order here 2-3 times a week as it is close to our house and easy on busy days. I have to have my sub light baked due to dental issues. Donates will be my go to place for pizza. I ordered a pizza and sub tonight and was wondering where it was as I watch TV. I pulled up my online order and I didn't get the traditional "your pizza has left the building" email. I call and the associate tells me I placed it for pick up not delivery. Local pizza chain restaurant that has pretty good pizza and subs. Their pep n cheese has a TON of pepperoni on it and is one of my favorites. Try the Founders Favorite if you like something a little spicy. The subs are really good here too. They do offer delivery if you are not too far from their store and our local store here has a drive thru pick up window which is nice. read more

I work for a big plant here in Circleville Ohio. About 3 nights ago I order a med Hawaiian pizza with a side of bread sticks, I had a $3 coupon and which made my total 15 something, the driver messed my order and someone else's order up I ended paying 17.81 plus tip and when I call all they do is credit me for the pizza, so I don't get my bread sticks because I brought little cash with me to work and have to pay another delivery charge because their driver messed up? So to be honest I probably will not order from them because they do not take care of their customers! Cristy's pizza always take care of their customers. Absolutely pitiful. I went here with my family.. They brought my Sub....just my food... everyone watched with rapt interest as I ate my dinner, then they brought my Sister's "wings" ...same scenario...then they brought my Mother and Brother's Pizza. We had to repeatedly get up and find someone, and interrupt them from their conversation with co-workers... to get drink refills, napkins.......You know...the little things. The music was LOUD and would come on and off randomly, creating those wonderfully awkward "screaming over the music and it stops" moments. While there, we enjoyed the show of two irate customers receiving heartfelt "shrugged shoulders" apologies from a manager who only seem to be on the floor when called in for such damage control. The service was deplorable, we were totally ignored, the pizza wasn't bad, but the rest of the food items were terrible. We even had to go find someone to give us our bill so we could flee the place. To top it off? The local fair was going on within eyesight, so it wasn't like they were overwhelmed with business. read more
