I pulled up to pick up my pizza when a worker saw me in the drive thru and proceeded to just stand in the kitchen! Then 3 minutes later he peeked around the corner and I waved to him and he walked away again! I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without being talked to. Then when a lady came to help me she was so rude and didn't say sorry for the wait or even ask how I was, such bad customer service. Then I got home & there was a hair cooked into my pizza! Donatos cauliflower crust pizza is amazing! We won a free cauliflower crust pizza as part of a promotional Instagram giveaway and it was delicious! Everything free taste better but this pizza truly was excellent! We loved the new crust which is gluten free and lower carb and the plant based sausage protein also was awesome! If I didn't know it wasn't real sausage I would have had no clue! Ordering online was very simple to do and I loved that you can select a specific pickup time! The pizza was ready on time and was still hot and delicious by the time we got home to enjoy it! There are 3 different cauliflower crust pizza options and you can also select the crust and the plant based sausage options on any pizza you order! This time we tried the cauliflower garden and the next time I would like to try the cauliflower heat to spice it up! read more

Donatos in Burlington KY visited July 1 2023. This location is horrible and gross. The restaurant is dirty and so are the employees. Guys and ladies you need to trim and clean your dirt fingernails and wash your clothes. The drive thru window looks like it has never been cleaned just as the kitchen looking through the pickup window. Looked like black grease running down the wall from the ceiling. The food was under cooked. I love the cauliflower crust pizza but it was not done. The party twist were not done either and not edible, the middle was still doughy and way under cooked. I would not recommend this Donatos location at all! I made a complaint on their website about two months ago and thought I would go back to see if they made any changes. The same people still work there and the place still looks horrible and dirty. read more

For $20 I expected something good and flavorful. What I got was small and tasteless. Should have gone to Kroger and got a frozen pizza.

When I showed up to pay, half of my order was not ready, even though it was past the time I was told. the cashier told me to wait a few minutes, assuming it was being made, but never checked. 10-15 minutes later, when I am trying to ask her about it, she avoids me at all costs to go figure out the problem. It was not even being made. She never even explains this to me or apologizes, a half hour after my order should have been done it finally was I then get the garlic bread and it is the tiniest and worst I have ever had. There were also questionable sanitary concerns I had. Needless to say I submitted a complaint with Donatos about all these problems and concerns a week ago and have yet to hear anything. read more

I am really a fan of Donatos. Living in Chicago we get the awesome deep dish pizza (Lou Malnati's is the best and you cannot convince me otherwise) but the thin crust is hit or miss. Donatos is always top notch - never a bad pizza. Their Founder's Favorite is my favorite and they put together a perfect pizza every time. I went to this location while visiting a local attraction and we ordered for two families. This location did a fine job in the pizza preparation. They get dinged a star because they screwed up my order and we paid for something we did not get but they promptly reversed the charge and the amount was returned. I have to give Donatos a 5 star rating for pizza and trust that this establishment is getting better to not cause my opinion to fall on the overall business. read more

Donato's has one of the best gluten-free pizzas on the market. They even have certified gluten-free frozen pizzas so anyone with an allergy can take it home, bake it and be free of mind. This location can be busy at times, but the wait time they quote is very accurate. The interior is always spotless, and in the off chance something goes wrong with your order, the management will make it right no matter what. This is on of the best restaurants to choose in florence, not for just pizza but the rest of the menu is great as well. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not only was my $70 order incorrect, the store rudely refused to make it right. Here's what happened: placed order online, including a generous tip. An hour later the order was delivered. Opened the order and saw that 2 pizzas were wrong. Called store, employee stated that they would remake the pizzas and that they should arrive in 30-40 minutes. An hour later...no pizzas. We called back again to find out they had not and were not going to make them! "Andrew" (probably not his name) said that he can't run his business "by giving away free pizzas." Andrew was reminded that we paid for our food and that we were only requesting what we paid for. Then Andrew said we "ordered wrong" and that his screen said something different. Then it was a back and forth conversation where he decided he would remake one pizza but that the other was "our fault." (Yes, seriously.) So after over two hours of waiting and $70 spent, we ended up with no pizzas. "Andrew" (again, he lied repeatedly during our conversation, so that might not be his name) was the most unprofessional and unnecessarily rude individual I have ever encountered. Ordered a pizza from this location and when I went to pick it up it was discovered to be the wrong pizza. Manager and employee told me that I ordered it wrong and would have to wait for it to be remade. Delivery was going to take over an hour and no discount or apology was given for the mistake. I was blamed for the employee's mistake. My customer service experience was awful which is unfortunate because the pizza is good. read more

The pizza is ok, nothing spectacular. However, I made the mistake of ordering a ham sub...twice. The 1st time, the sub was just so so, not much ham and scant tomatoes. But, the 2nd time, the sub was beyond awful. There was not even 2 tablespoons of chopped ham on the sub and that's being generous. Paying over $6 for a bread roll and 2 slices of tomato with hardly any ham is just ridiculous. We're also not pleased with the service when picking up the order. The staff is primarily teenagers and there seems to be no adult in charge. The kids are busy chatting and goofing around and make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them to get your order. There's nothing wrong with having some fun at work, but when the staff appears to be bothered to get your order, that's a real problem. We won't order from them again. read more

Ordered from them for delivery for the second time today. First time a few months ago it was awful. Tried again today and ordered 4 cheese sauces (I like cheese) and they did not deliver... again. This should have been my first warning. Picked up order and when I got home it was two sandwiches with mushrooms and pickle?? Couldn't understand what was so difficult about the pizza sauce, pickles and onions?? Went back and got my money back. Manager was kind of so what. Won't be patronizing this establishment again. We have been going here for the past seven years. Since December 2016 the service is terrible. I order on-line and they still mess up the order. Act like it's my fault. Not once but several times. On my last visit the CSR's are to busy cutting pizzas to wait on you at the counter. I waited for the CSR to cut six pizzas and then pulled more from the oven. Kept looking at me and never said a word. Then find out my order was on the floor and never made after waiting almost ten minutes to be acknowledged. I am done! read more

This is the worst place in town. Everytime we have ordered there in the past 2 years our order has been messed up. Each time we keep saying, we will not go back. Why we did tonight, I have no idea. I called in at 6:01 pm. Spoke to a Mike. Was told our order would be ready in 21 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and the girl at the window, after looking, said we don't have an order for you. So, my husband came home and asked what one I had called, and I called the 384-8796 and asked where they were located, the guy told me across from Union Kroger's. I then asked why my husband was told I had ordered from the Florence store after the girl supposedly looked it up. He at first said I ordered on line, when I told him that was not true, the excuses went on. He then said my order was not called in to that store, when I told him it was, he then said oh yeah, your husband didn't give us time to locate the order (not true), that my order was now hot and ready and I could come back (no way). And then he said they were very busy. So many excuses! We have been short ordered prior to this, one night we ordered a pizza and waited over 2 hours for delivery. We will not be back. If you treat all of your customers the way we have been treated in the last 5 times ordering from you, I do not understand how you are still in business. read more
